Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine neuartige Einrichtung für Bügelmaschinen mit sich drehender Bügelwalze. Dieselbe besteht darin, dafs vor und hinter der Bügelwalze ein Vorplätteisen angeordnet ist, wodurch bezweckt wird, dafs die Wäsche, bevor sie mit der Bügelwalze selbst in Berührung kommt, entsprechend vorgetrocknet und vorgeplättet wird.The present invention relates to a novel device for ironing machines with rotating Ironing roller. In Fig. 2 ist die Einrichtung derart getroffen, dafs die sich drehende Walze b zu beiden Seiten über die vor und 'hinter ,derselben angeordneten Vorplätteisen q-, vorsteht und zwar auf beiden Seiten verschieden weit, so dafs auf der einen Seite die Walze intensiver auf die Wäsche einwirken kann als auf der anderen Seite. Sind die Vorplätteisen, wie bei den beiden vorbeschriebenen Ausführungsformen, von zwei Seiten benutzbar, so ist es nothwendig, dafs dieselben in geeigneter Weise drehbar gelagert sind, und zwar so, dafs sich ihre Drehachse mit der der Walze b deckt.Fig. Ι shows the former case in a cross section.
