Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind bewegliche, mehradrige, gummiisolierte Niederspannungs-Starkstromleitungen für Bergwerksbetriebe mit in den Zwickelräumen liegenden leitgummiumhüllten Hilfsleitern, insbesondere für Schrämmaschinen. An derartige Leitungen werden infolge des rauhen Betriebes besonders hohe Anforderungen sowohl in elektrischer als auch in mechanischer Hinsicht gestellt. Die Leitungen werden aus diesen Gründen mit besonderen Überwachungseinrichtungen (Schutzrelais) λ-erbunden, die bei Eintreten eines Fehlers im Schutzmantel oder in der Isolierung die Leitung unverzüglich wieder abschalten, bevor Funkenbildungen entstehen können. Die in den Zwickelräumen liegenden leitgummiumhüllten Hilfsleiter können je nach den vorliegenden Verhältnissen und den jeweils benutzten Überwachungseinrichtungen als besondere Steueradern und/oder als zusätzliche Längsdrähte zur Vergrößerung der Leitfähigkeit der Leitgummischichteu dienen, an die die Überwachungseinrichtungen angeschlossen werden. Ferner können die Zwickelräume zur Unterbringung von Erd- bzw. Diese Wirkung wird noch weiter verschärft, wenn in üblicher Weise in der Mitte der verdrillten Leitung ein aus Gummi od. dgl. bestehender Profilkern (Cracore-Kern) angeordnet ist und die Hauptadern in schraubenlinienförmig verlaufenden Rillen des Kernes lagern. Wird nun die Leitung übermäßig auf Zug und Torsion beansprucht, so hat dies eine Dralländerung, d. h. eine Verlängerung oder Kürzung der Adern zur Folge.
