DEUTSCHESGERMAN

Die Erfindung betrifft Maschinen zum musartigen Zerkleinern von Grünfutter u. dgl. nach Patent 9S91771, deren auf einer lotrechten. Drehachse befestigte Zerkleinerungsscheibe am unteren Ende eines Einfüllschachtes umläuft. Es zeigte sich, daß bei diesen Maschinen nach dem Hauptpatent die Zentrifugalkraft der umlaufenden, mit Messern, besetzten Zerkleinerungsscheibe so groß ist, daß es gemäß der Verbesserung nach der Erfindung genügt, an Stelle des ringsum mit Öffnungen versehenen Ringes vor dem Behälterauslauf ein einzelnes Ringsegment vorzusehen, welches in Richtung der Zerkleinerungsscheibe schrägstehende, an sich bekannte sägezahnartige Schneidkörpeir aufweist, wobei auf der Zerkleinerungsscheibe ein oder mehrere im Abstand nebeneinander befestigte Messer angeordnet sind. Zur Einstellung der gewünschten, Zerkleinerungsfeinheit ist gemäß der weiteren, Ausbildung nach, der Erfindung das Ringsegment höhenverstellbar. Hierdurch wird, der Kraftbedarf dar Maschine um so mehr vermindert, als ein Abstreifer nicht mehr erforderlich ist. Diese weitere Vereinfachung und Verbilligung wird dadurch erreicht, daß auf dem Rand der Zerkleinerungsscheibe ein oder mehrere im Abstand nebeneinander befestigte Messer angeordnet sind.The invention relates to machines for crushing green fodder and the like according to patent 9S9 1 771, whose on a vertical. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Maschine ist also wesentlich, und neu, daß ein Schieber mit Gegenschneiden oder Anlagen verwendet wird., wobei die Messer nahe an diesen, Gegenschneiden, oder Anlagen vorbeilaufen, und das Gut gegen diese Gegenschneiden werfen. Durch das Zusammenwirken, von umlaufenden Messern und, Gegenschneiden wird eine gute Zerkleinerungsarbeit erzielt. Es ist dabei für die Zerkleinerung faserhaltigen: Futtermittel wichtig, daß die Gegenschneiden schräg und wenigstens zum Teil unten offen, sind; denn um geradestehende Gegenschneiden oder Anlagen wickeilt sich ein Bart von Fasern.
