Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μία διάταξη για την ανακύκλωση ενώσεων άνθρακα και υδρογονανθράκων από οργανικά υλικά εισροής μέσω κατεργασίας με πυρόλυση, η οποία περιλαμβάνει: έναν αντιδραστήρα (1) που αποτελείται από ένα θάλαμο (110) που περιορίζεται από ένα περίβλημα (111) και άνω και κάτω τμήματα ακραίου τοιχώματος (112,113), στον οποίο θάλαμο έχει σκοπό να εισαχθεί υλικό εισροής (Μ) σε θρυμματισμένη μορφή , μέσα εισαγωγής αερίου (120) για την τροφοδοσία θερμαινόμενου αδρανούς αερίου (101) στο υλικό εισροής, όπου τα μέσα εισαγωγής αερίου (120) είναι συνδεδεμένα με τρόπο που μεταφέρουν αέριο σε μια πηγή εκπομπής αερίου (102) διαμέσου σωλήνων εισαγωγής (104, 129, 187, 187.2) που συνδέονται με τους σωλήνες εισαγωγής και εξαγωγής αερίου (160) για τη διέλευση του αερίου από το θάλαμο, όπου τα μέσα εξαγωγής αερίου (120) που περιλαμβάνουν ανοίγματα (125, 146, 155, 185) μέσω των οποίων ρέει αέριο προοριζόμενα να τροφοδοτούν το αέριο (110) μέσα στο θάλαμο (110) , όπου τα ανοίγματα (125, 146, 155, 185) μέσω των οποίων ρέει αέριο είναι διατεταγμένα έτσι ώστε να δημιουργείται πτώση πίεσης dP κατά τη διάρκεια της τροφοδοσίας αερίου που υπερβαίνει την πτώση της πίεσης dM του αερίου κατά τη διέλευση από το υλικό εισροής Μ που έχει εισαχθεί μέσα στο θάλαμο. Η εφεύρεση αφορά επίσης μια μέθοδο για την ανακύκλωση ενώσεων άνθρακα και υδρογονανθράκων από οργανικό υλικό εισροής μέσω πυρόλυσης.
