Abstract

Un componente conductivo eléctricamante que comprende un subtrato de metal conductivo eléctricamente que tiene una capa de una aleación de Ni-Sn cubriendo una superficie conductiva eléctricamente del subtrato y al menos una capa de Ag o Ag que contiene Sn cubriendo la capa de la aleación Ni-Sn. La aleación (S) de Ni-Sn tiene un contenido de Sn no mayor que el Ni3 Sn2 para uso a altas temperaturas. En un método conveniente de formar el elemento, Sn es aplicado a una o mas capas de Ni en mezcla de Ag+Sn y difundido en la capa (s) de Ni para formar la capa de la aleación de Ni- Sn y al menos una capa de Ag o Ag que contiene Sn. El elemento puede tener una capa superficial de SnO2 la cual pude ser formada oxidando el Sn residual el cual migra a la superficie exterior de al menos única capa de Ag que contiene Sn.</P>
