Abstract
Un aparato para generar una representación de una señal de ancho de banda ampliado en base a la representación de una señal de entrada que comprende un vocodificador de fase configurado para obtener valores de una representación en el dominio espectral de un primer parche de ancho de banda ampliado sobre la base de la representación de la señal de entrada. El aparato también comprende una copiadora de valores configurada para copiar una serie de valores de la representación en el dominio espectral del primer parche, valores son provistos por el vocodificador de fase, para obtener valores de una representación del dominio espectral de un segundo parche, donde el segundo parche está asociado a frecuencias más elevadas que el primer parche. El aparato está configurado para obtener la representación de la señal de ancho de banda ampliado empleando los valores de la representación en el dominio espectral del primer parche y los valores de la representación en el dominio espectral del segundo parche.
