Abstract
用于固持高负荷的紧固元件,用一个送进膨胀套筒的扩张体,在钻孔中张紧。为在出现超负荷时也能保证紧固元件继续维持其固持的功能,使用了一个最好设计为螺旋弹簧的蓄力器。由被固定的物体对紧固元件施加的拉力被通过这个蓄力器传送给扩张体。如果出现冲击负荷,则蓄力器起一个挠性的弹簧元件的作用,能弹性地接收剧烈的冲击。因而紧固元件特别适用于在受地震危及的地区或在对安全性要求特别高的领域使用。
Description
本发明涉及在一个砖石建筑的钻孔内使用的紧固元件,它设有按照主权项要求限定的扩张体及环绕该扩张体的膨胀套筒。
那些主要由一个螺栓、一个膨胀套筒(涨壳)和一个可以进入膨胀套筒的扩张体构成的紧固元件是公知的。扩张体通常设计为支撑锥体。膨胀套筒有纵向槽,它在扩张体进入膨胀套筒时,能使该套筒撑开。紧固元件的另一端可设计为螺栓,用螺母可把所需的物体固定在螺栓上。在旋转螺母时,螺栓被从钻孔向外拉出,扩张体同时被拉向膨胀套筒内。固定装在钻孔内的膨胀套筒因而被撑开,紧固元件就被楔紧在钻孔内。
如果由于剧烈的震动或地震而可能在装入钻孔的紧固元件上造成瞬时的冲击负荷或超负荷,则存在紧固元件不再能接收那时出现的极大的力量冲击的危险,该元件就会在钻孔中脱落,或逐渐移位。
本发明的任务在于提供一种能很好吸收冲击负荷的紧固元件。
本发明揭示的紧固元件中,有一个扩张体,一个环绕扩张体并固定在钻孔内的膨胀套筒,一个螺纹元件,拉力通过螺纹元件和蓄力器对扩张体起作用,将膨胀套筒撑开,从而实现本发明的任务。在把紧固元件送入钻孔时,为撑开膨胀套筒所需的力通过一蓄力器传送到扩张体上去。用作蓄力器的可以是一个拉力弹簧或最好是设计为压力弹簧的螺旋弹簧。蓄力器被作用在紧固元件上的拉力张紧,这样就有一相应的力对扩张体起作用。如果例如由于地震出现震动,则用紧固元件固定在砖石建筑上的物体由于其自身重量而产生冲击负荷,这种冲击负荷作为冲击波形的拉力对紧固元件起作用,特别当紧固元件进入一砖石建筑的顶部时,尤其如此。冲击负荷被蓄力器弹性地接收,从而剧烈的冲击不会向杆部及膨胀套筒传递。蓄力器的弹簧刚性系数因而必须足够大,使得用紧固元件固定的物由于其自身重量,而不会起越其弹性极限对蓄力器产生负荷。这样设计的紧固元件吸收极高的冲击负荷,因而也适合在受地震危及的地区使用。
从钻孔突出来的螺纹元件最好设计为螺栓,一个突进钻孔的、直径较小的杆部连接在该螺栓上。对于推荐采用的实施形式,规定在杆部突出端上设有支撑座,在支撑座和扩张体之间设有一压力弹簧作为蓄力器。扩张体可轴向地向杆部移动,并普通由压力弹簧施加的力压入膨胀套筒。膨胀套筒可用一弹簧环或其它固定元件固定在钻孔内。
由于采用作为蓄力器的压力弹簧,使紧固元件结构稳固而简单。杆部可设计为螺纹杆,它旋入设计为螺栓的螺纹元件的内螺纹内。通过这种方式,紧固元件可简便地组合而成,在螺纹杆旋入(螺纹元件)以前,压力弹簧、扩张体、膨胀套筒、可能时还有一固定元件被推向杆部。
下面借助描述一个实施例的附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图中所示的紧固元件进入一个混凝土-砖石建筑2的钻孔1,并支承着一个装在顶板上的物体4,在这里钻孔1用虚线绘出,设计为正在经过的钻孔。
紧固元件由一个带螺母6的螺栓5、一个设计为固定元件的弹簧环7、一个接合在膨胀套筒9内的扩张体8、一个压力弹簧10及一个杆部11组成,杆部的端部向支撑座12过渡。杆部11设计为螺纹杆,并以其螺纹13拧入螺栓5的内螺纹。弹簧环7突出于紧固元件的圆周,从而以很高的弹簧张力卡在钻孔1的内壁上。
旋紧螺母6,就导致螺栓5被向下拉,从而也导致支撑座12被向下拉。由螺旋弹簧10向扩张体8传送的弹力因此得到增强。膨胀套筒9借助弹簧环7牢固地固定在钻孔1内,从而通过提高对扩张体8作用的力,就会产生相应较高的扩张力。图中绘出的膨胀套筒9已经略微撑开。
在膨胀套筒9的范围内,钻孔1可磨成锥形,这样就会使得膨胀套筒9能撑得特别开。由此可在紧固元件和砖石建筑2之间取得一种由形状决定的连接。
如果在设计为螺栓5的螺栓元件范围内出现冲击负荷,支撑座12就会相应冲击式地被向下拉。然而因为在扩张体8和支撑座12之间设置有一个螺旋弹簧10形状的弹性的蓄力器,所产生的冲击就被弹性地接收,这样就使得即使冲击负荷较大,也不致造成钻孔1内膨胀套筒的偏移。
除螺栓5外,一个两边带有螺纹的螺栓也可用作螺纹元件,这样,螺母6可以由一个与内螺纹啮合的螺钉所取代。此外也可能通过一套筒把螺纹部分引出钻孔1外。在这种情况下,螺母6的螺纹直径应相应较小。
Claims (6)
1、带有一个扩张体、一个环绕扩张体并固定在钻孔内的膨胀套筒、及一个用于固定物体的螺纹元件的,用于砖石建筑的钻孔内的紧固元件,其特征在于:一个与螺纹元件(5)连接的拉力通过蓄力器(10)对扩张体(8)起作用,膨胀套筒(9)撑开。
2、按权利要求1的紧固元件,其特征在于:蓄力器是一个螺旋弹簧(10)。
3、按权利要求1或2的紧固元件,其特征在于:螺纹元件(5)过渡为一个杆部(11),有一轴向孔的扩张体(8)及膨胀套筒(9)被推到该杆部上。
4、按权利要求3的紧固元件,其特征在于:在杆部(11)的突出端部设计有一个支座(12),在该支座和扩张体(8)之间,配置了用作蓄力器的压力弹簧(10)。
5、按权利要求3或4中任何一项的紧固元件,其特征在于:杆部(11)是一个旋进设计为螺栓(5)的螺纹元件内螺纹的螺纹杆。
6、按权利要求3至5中任何一项的紧固元件,其特征在于:在螺纹元件(5)和膨胀套筒(9)之间,设置了弹性地突出于紧固元件圆周的弹簧环(7)。
