Abstract
通过用含水已内酰胺洗涤废气的方法来去除废气中所含的与水不混溶的溶剂。
Description
许多化学反应、蒸馏、提取或蒸发的过程都会产生含有挥发性溶剂的废气,这种含溶剂的废气在未作进一步净化之前不能排放到空气中去。净化这种废气的一种方法包括用活性炭处理来吸收溶剂,但是从中回收溶剂在技术上却非常复杂。由于这种原因,需将活性炭之类吸收剂与溶剂一起烧掉,另一方法是使这种含有溶剂的废气通过火舌管,以便烧去其中的溶剂。溶剂再也不能回收,而且,如果是含氯烃,还会形成令人讨厌的氯化氢。
本发明的任务在于提供简单而有效的方法,可以去除废气中所含的与水不混溶溶剂,并且,该溶剂可以非常理想地回收。
我们发现,通过用含水己内酰胺洗涤废气以去除废气中所含水不溶混溶剂的方法能够完成本发明的任务。
新方法的优点在于可简单而有效地去除废气中所含的溶剂,新方法的另一个优点是可以回收溶剂。
根据本发明,待净化的废气的例子是惰性气体,如氮气或二氧化碳。它们也可以含有分子氧,例如含氧体积可高达20%,空气是其中一例。
需要处理的这类废气含有与水不混溶的溶剂,例如芳烃,如苯、甲苯、二甲苯或乙苯;含氯烃,如三氯甲烷、四氯化碳或三氯乙烯;酯,如乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯;或酮,如环己酮。与水不混溶的溶剂的沸点>50℃,尤其是>70℃为佳。特别适宜的溶剂,其沸点为70~150℃。本方法还证明特别适用于去除废气中所含的芳烃。
一般说来,需要处理的废气含有5~1000ppm,尤其是10~1000ppm的与水不混溶溶剂。
根据本发明,用含水己内酰胺洗涤需要处理的废气。所用己内酰胺的含水量为5~40%(重量)较为有利。通过中和由贝克曼重排作用的重排混合物和除去水相而得的粗制品内酰胺,也可用来洗涤废气。
其好处在于可以用常规的用于洗涤气体的仪器进行洗涤,例如用填充塔或者是筛板或泡罩塔。通常,将含水己内酰胺引入塔顶,而将需要处理的废气引入塔的底部,逆流操作。净化的废气自塔顶去除。每立方米(标准温度压力)待处理废气使用50~5000公斤含水己内酰胺较为适宜。
待处理的废气温度为10~100℃和用于洗涤的含水己内酰胺的温度为10~80℃较为适宜。
已经证实,本发明方法特别适宜于用来去除由粗制品内酰胺提取己内酰胺时所产生的废气中的苯或甲苯。这种废气包括含有10~5000ppm苯或甲苯的惰性气体。需要处理的该种废气在10~100℃下由塔的底部引入塔内,并将含有10~40%水份的粗制品内酰胺在20~80℃下装入塔的上部。还证明了在塔的上端配置泡罩板非常有用,该泡罩板还可以使每立方米(标准温度气压)废气又与50~1000公斤的水或1~70%的己内酰胺水溶液紧密接触。
然后,含溶剂的己内酰胺水溶液可进行全部或部分再循环,其可重复使用的程度决定于废气中溶剂的含量。例如,通过蒸发,可从己内酰胺水溶液中回收溶剂。用粗制品内酰胺处理提取产生的废气时,含有大量苯或甲苯的粗制品内酰胺可以再循环到提取液中。
下列实施例将详细说明本发明的方法:
实施例一
以10m3/h流量,将由含苯的内酰胺油中提取内酰胺时产生的含苯量为100ppm的惰性气体引入填料塔的底部,该填料塔的主要尺寸为:
高度:6000mm
直径:300mm
填料:带孔筒形填料25mm填料高度(2×1500mm)
在塔的上端,2×1500mm填料层顶部,以4m3/h流量注入30℃的内酰胺油,此内酰胺油含有69.5%己内酰胺、30%水和0.5%硫酸铵。塔的上部,直径为200mm,装有泡罩板,在20℃下与大约0.4m3/h的流水紧密接触。从塔中排出的废气含苯量为3ppm。含有溶解的苯并浮在塔下端的内酰胺油再送回纯化内酰胺的提取阶段。
在直径为200mm的塔的上部,也可用15mm大小的带孔筒形填料填充到300mm,代替泡罩板。
实施例二
按实施例一所述,将含有100ppm苯的惰性气体,以10m3/h流量引入塔的底部。注入塔上端的内酰胺水溶液含有85%己内酰胺和15%水,流量为5m3/h,温度为40℃。上部的板与流量为0.4m3/h的含有大约2%己内酰胺的水溶液接触。
浮在塔底端并含有溶解的苯的内酰胺水溶液再循环到提取阶段。废气含苯量为4ppm。
Claims (6)
1、去除废气中所含与水不混溶溶剂的方法,包括用含水已内酰胺洗涤废气。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其中所用己内酰胺的含水量为5~40%重量。
3、根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中每立方米(标准温度气压)废气使用50~5000公斤含水己内酰胺。
4、根据权利要求1至3的方法,其中洗涤时温度保持在10~80℃。
5、根据权利要求1至4的方法,其中待处理废气含有沸点为70~150℃的与水不混溶的溶剂。
6、根据权利要求1至5的方法,其中,由粗制的内酰胺提取时产生的含有苯或甲苯的惰性气体是用粗制品内酰胺进行洗涤的,含苯或甲苯的粗制品内酰胺再循环到提取液中。
