本项发明是有关一种用于各种车辆的新型车胎,它具有特殊的设计,用几乎是实心的橡胶制作,不用内胎和内胎的附件,也不需要外充气体使其膨胀,本身即能维持车轮转动所需的弹性和缓冲特性。
这是一种无内胎的新型车轮,其特征和结构部件详见下述,这一发明实现了这方面技术上一直未能达到的目的。
当然,现在已有无内胎的车胎,但除非是完全实心型的,它们都需要一些附件使它膨胀及保持内充气体以供使用,而不致丧失其必要的特性。
而本项发明的车胎,则不需要外充气体。由于其形状,它的气体是自含的,这就避免了刺穿、爆裂和漏气的重要问题,从而常能保持其结构形状,使车轮可用于永久的行驶而不致受到车胎事故的烦扰。
本项发明使各种车辆解决了迄今为止最精心制作的车胎也未能避免的问题。
此发明的基本目的,是以一种新颖的设计来实现的,其特征是:a)在车胎内有一空腔,空腔的表面大约是车胎整个(表面)尺寸的百分之五十;b)车胎基部有两条向上突起的唇状结构,唇状突起的下部形成直壁,当车胎装到车轮轮缘上时,两个直壁部分相互贴合到一起,而上述唇状突起的设计又用于支承着一根调紧带;c)有一根调紧带将车胎紧固在轮缘上,其形状恰与胎内空膛的基部起伏相吻合,这样可固定车胎,当发生粗暴或急骤驱动时,防止它从轮缘移动脱出。其紧固力可由一齿条机构加以调节。
兹将这种新型车胎的各构成部件对照有关附图介绍如下:(以自行车车胎为例)
图1为装在轮缘上的车胎剖面图。其中:
标号1:胎内空腔,其基部为沟槽形,在这上面安装并承受调紧带。
标号2:基部突起的唇状结构。
标号3:车胎装在轮缘上的承受面。
标号4:两个唇部贴合处,当轮胎装到轮缘上时,此处为直壁形。
标号5:当调紧带装到轮胎的唇状突起部位(即空腔的基部)时,调紧带的剖面。
图2为轮胎调紧带及其齿条的透视图。
其中标号1:位于调紧带两端的齿条,可用一小齿轮操作而活动。
标号2:驱动齿条的小齿轮,从轮缘上通过原来用于常规气门的孔伸出来。
标号3:调紧带本体
标号4:将调紧带两端接合的金属箍套。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种用于车辆的轮胎,其特征是:这种轮胎内有一拱状的空腔,其表面大约为轮胎整个表面(内表面和外表面)的百分之五十,当车轮运转时不需外加空气即可产生缓冲和弹性效应;在轮胎基部有两条特殊形状的唇状突起,当轮胎装到轮缘上时,两者相互结合,在其上部形成波状起伏(即空腔基部下面),在这上面嵌装调紧带以施加其紧固力;在轮胎内部附加一根调紧带,可从空腔装入并紧固在构成上述空腔基部的唇状突起上,这根带子可为硬塑料或金属带,或特种塑料条等;调紧带的调紧装置(小齿轮)装在气门的入口,可用由塑料、金属等制作的小工具旋转而起机械的绷紧作用。
