Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种防滑垫，其包括胶层，且该胶层中夹有基材。该基材可选为纤维布、金属网、塑胶薄膜或丝网；该胶层为TPR材质(Thermo PlasticRubber)或TPE材质(Thermo Plastic Elastomer)。本实用新型防滑垫适用于汽车、轮船、飞机或火车等剧烈晃动的环境中，具有很强的防滑和防震性能，并且韧性佳，抗拉、抗老化性好，易于在基材上印刷各种所需图案，实用性强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防滑垫，尤其涉及一种适于在剧烈晃动环境下使用的防滑垫。
背景技术
现有的防滑垫主要有两种不同的应用类型：一种应用于日常家居生活中，另一种则是应用于汽车、轮船、飞机或火车等剧烈晃动的环境下。2000年公告的中国专利ZL99251268.9中提供了一种应用在日常家居生活中的防滑垫，该防滑垫适于在光滑地面或是浴缸表面上使用，防止滑倒，避免人们因湿滑发生摔伤意外。另一方面，放置在有相对剧烈晃动环境中的物体也需要使用防滑垫来保持稳定，例如，当不使用防滑垫而直接将手机、钥匙或香水瓶等物件放置在汽车仪表盘上时，这些物品的放置位置将无法在诸如刹车时或是在行驶的颠簸中保持稳定。而且，由于如上述专利中提供的用于家居生活的防滑垫普遍存在表面粘性较差的缺陷，无法完全应对存在剧烈晃动的使用环境。
近年来新出现一种用TPR(Thermo Plastic Rubber)材质或TPE(ThermoPlastic Elastomer)材质等热塑弹性体制作的防滑垫。由于TPR材质或TPE材质表面具有很强的粘性和弹力，因而该种防滑垫在汽车、轮船、飞机或火车等有剧烈晃动的环境下使用时可提供更佳的防滑和抗震效果。然而，在这种防滑垫上不容易印刷图案，不便于在该防滑垫上印刷如商标或其他广告信息等个性化的资讯，无法满足客户在实际中的相关需求。另一方面，由于该种防滑垫比较柔软，因而还存在易变形，韧性不足的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种适于在剧烈晃动环境下使用的防滑垫。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：提供一种防滑垫，其包括胶层，并且在该胶层中夹有基材。
上述技术方案的进一步改进在于：该胶层为TPR材质或TPE材质。
上述技术方案的另一进一步改进在于：该基材可选为纤维布、金属网、塑胶薄膜或丝网。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型防滑垫在胶层中夹有基材，该胶层为TPR材质或TPE材质，具有较强的防滑性能；增加了一层放置于柔软胶层中间的基材可增强产品的韧性，不易产生变形，抗拉、抗老化性好，并且在基材上易于印刷各种所需图案，实用性强。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示，本实用新型防滑垫包括基材1和胶层2。其中，该基材1是夹在胶层2之中，其可选用纤维布、金属网、塑胶薄膜或丝网等材料。该胶层2为热塑弹性体，如为TPR材质或TPE材质，其通过高温熔化后均匀涂布在基材1的两侧。
TPR材质或TPE材质弹性好，强度高，粘附力强，具有较强的防滑和抗震性能，而且易于加工成不同形状，满足实际中对产品形状的不同要求。而且，本实用新型防滑垫在相对柔软的胶层2中增加了一层基材1，由此可增强产品的韧性，不易产生变形，抗拉、抗老化性好，并且在基材1上易于印刷各种所需图案，花式变换成型容易，生产速度快，可降低生产成本，在实际生产中具有很高的实用性。
此外，由于胶层2具有很强的粘性，容易在包装过程中造成产品的污染。因而，在该胶层2外可进一步覆盖有保护膜3，用以减少人工作业对产品造成的污染，保障产品的良好品质。

1、一种防滑垫，其包括胶层，其特征在于：该胶层中夹有基材。
2、如权利要求1所述的防滑垫，其特征在于：该基材可选为纤维布、金属网、塑胶薄膜或丝网。
3、如权利要求1所述的防滑垫，其特征在于：该胶层为TPR材质或TPE材质。
4、如权利要求1所述的防滑垫，其特征在于：该胶层外有保护膜。
