Abstract
本发明属于橡胶轮胎技术领域,具体为一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,包括橡胶层,所述橡胶层的下端面连接有弹性层,所述弹性层远离橡胶层的一侧连接有硬性复合层,所述硬性复合层远离弹性层的一侧连接有减震海绵层,所述减震海绵层上设有多个凹槽,多个所述凹槽内均连接有弹簧,所述弹簧远离减震海绵层的一侧与硬性复合层连接。本发明具有较好的减震性,弹性回复力强,使用寿命高。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶轮胎技术领域,具体为一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布。
背景技术
橡胶是指具有可逆形变的高弹性聚合物材料,在室温下富有弹性,在很小的外力作用下能产生较大形变,除去外力后能恢复原状。橡胶属于完全无定型聚合物,它的玻璃化转变温度低,分子量往往很大,大于几十万,随着汽车行业的发展,除了汽车在性能、硬件方面的提升外,汽车轮胎的提升也作为了一种重要的衡量标准,但现有的汽车轮胎所采用的隔离垫布通常减震性能较差,回弹性较低,导致使用寿命下降,具有一定的缺陷性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,包括橡胶层,所述橡胶层的下端面连接有弹性层,所述弹性层远离橡胶层的一侧连接有硬性复合层,所述硬性复合层远离弹性层的一侧连接有减震海绵层,所述减震海绵层上设有多个凹槽,多个所述凹槽内均连接有弹簧,所述弹簧远离减震海绵层的一侧与硬性复合层连接,所述减震海绵层远离硬性复合层的一侧连接有连接层,所述连接层远离减震海绵层的一侧连接有耐磨层。
作为优选的,所述弹性层的材质为苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体。
作为优选的,所述多处连接处均通过粘合层连接,所述粘合层均采用天然乳胶粘合剂。
作为优选的,所述减震海绵层呈山丘状设置。
作为优选的,所述硬性复合层材料为碳化硅纤维。
作为优选的,所述弹簧形状为环形弹簧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:表面设有第一橡胶层可以有效保护弹性层,弹性层增加了缓冲力,硬性复合层可以承受重力,减震海绵层增加减震性,在硬性复合层与减震海绵层之间安装弹簧可以在硬性复合层承受重力时,增加缓冲力,连接层将减震海绵层连接在耐磨层上,耐磨层可以很好增加耐磨性。本发明具有较好的减震性,弹性回复力强,使用寿命高。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,包括第一橡胶层1,第一橡胶层1的下端面连接有弹性层2,增加缓冲力,弹性层2远离第一橡胶层1的一侧连接有硬性复合层3,用于承受重力,硬性复合层3远离弹性层2的一侧连接有减震海绵层4,增加减震性,减震海绵层4上设有多个凹槽,用于安装弹簧5,多个凹槽内均连接有弹簧5,增加弹性,弹簧5远离减震海绵层4的一侧与硬性复合层3连接,减震海绵层4远离硬性复合层3的一侧连接有连接层6,用于连接耐磨层7,连接层6远离减震海绵层4的一侧连接有耐磨层7,增加耐磨性;进一步的,弹性层2的材质为苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体,易获取;进一步的,多处连接处均通过粘合层连接,粘合层均采用天然乳胶粘合剂,粘合效果好,操作简单;进一步的,减震海绵层4呈山丘状设置,增加透气性;进一步的,硬性复合层3材料为碳化硅纤维,耐热耐氧性高;进一步的,弹簧5形状为环形弹簧,增加受力面积。
工作原理:表面设有橡胶层1可以有效保护弹性层2,弹性层2增加了缓冲力,硬性复合层3可以承受重力,减震海绵层4增加减震性,在硬性复合层与减震海绵层4之间安装弹簧可以在硬性复合层3承受重力时,增加缓冲力,连接层6将减震海绵层4连接在耐磨层7上,耐磨层7可以很好增加耐磨性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,包括橡胶层(1),其特征在于,所述橡胶层(1)的下端面连接有弹性层(2),所述弹性层(2)远离橡胶层(1)的一侧连接有硬性复合层(3),所述硬性复合层(3)远离弹性层(2)的一侧连接有减震海绵层(4),所述减震海绵层(4)上设有多个凹槽,多个所述凹槽内均连接有弹簧(5),所述弹簧(5)远离减震海绵层(4)的一侧与硬性复合层(3)连接,所述减震海绵层(4)远离硬性复合层(3)的一侧连接有连接层(6),所述连接层远离减震海绵层(4)的一侧连接有耐磨层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,其特征在于:所述弹性层(3)的材质为苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,其特征在于:所述多处连接处均通过粘合层连接,所述粘合层均采用天然乳胶粘合剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,其特征在于:所述减震海绵层(4)呈山丘状设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,其特征在于:所述硬性复合层(3)材料为碳化硅纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶轮胎隔离垫布,其特征在于:所述弹簧(5)形状为环形弹簧。
