本实用新型属于建筑材料，是指制作室内门用的铝蜂窝芯门板。
背景技术：
现有用作室内门的板材，多为空心支撑板两面胶粘五合板组成。使用的材料为木质，不防潮、不耐用、易褪色、易变形、开裂，表面造型处理选择范围少，材料不可重复利用，且有甲醛等对人体造成慢性伤害的化学物质，不环保。
发明内容：
本实用新型提供一种室内门用铝蜂窝芯门板，它由铝蜂窝芯板和装饰面板组成，铝蜂窝芯板是在铝蜂窝芯板两面用胶粘剂胶粘铝合金板复合而成，表面贴合装饰面板即可。其中，铝蜂窝芯板为正六边形蜂巢结构。正六边形蜂巢结构是在同等强度下，原材料用量最少、最合理、科学的结构，重量最轻、强度最高。铝蜂窝芯板，放在门框内。
本实用新型是将传统蜂窝芯经过改善用于室内门，利用铝蜂窝芯板的材料优势：重量轻、强度高，抗撞击、抗变形能力均远远优于传统室内用材，从而使室内门经久耐用，不受温差、湿度差异的影响。与传统的木质门扇相比，本板材用作室内门，在材料上体现环保、节能、无辐射、无甲醛等对人体造成慢性伤害的化学物质，利用金属铝材的可回收重复利用的优点，从而避免了天然木材的浪费，防火防潮，不易变形，不受地域性温度湿度差异的影响。

见附图，本实用新型是室内门用铝蜂窝芯门板，它由空心支撑板3和装饰面板4组成，其特征在于：空心支撑板3采用铝蜂窝芯板，并在铝蜂窝芯板两面用胶粘剂2胶粘铝合金板1复合而成，最后，表面贴合装饰面板4即可。其中，铝蜂窝芯板为正六边形蜂巢结构。
实施中，铝合金板1为3003H19，厚度为1.0mm，充分保证了铝蜂窝芯板的平整度；结构胶粘剂2为航空胶膜；铝蜂窝芯板采用六角形的蜂窝状铝材，它保证了铝蜂窝芯板的刚度，可承受很大的压力，同时还起到隔音层的作用；在铝合金板的外表面贴合各种效果的装饰面板，从而创造出既耐用、又美观实用的室内门。
在铝蜂窝芯板的表面做过处理，贴合各种装饰面板成型后，其隔音、隔热的性能良好，解决了木质室内门隔音、隔热程度不能满足要求的情况，且避免了木质室内门不防火防潮、易变形、开裂，受温度、湿度差异的影响较大的缺点。本铝蜂窝芯门板可综合利用木材的加工工艺和金属铝材的表面加工工艺，创造出各种颜色、造型、艺术图案等，可充分满足客户对风格、美感的要求。

2、按权利要求1所述的室内门用铝蜂窝芯门板，其特征在于：铝蜂窝芯板为正六边形蜂巢结构。
