Abstract
一种建筑装修饰面用超薄型天然复合花岗石,由超薄石板层、玻璃钢层、铝铂夹层及底板片依次胶粘结而成,具有重量轻、强度高、阻燃、保温、隔音、防水防震的优点,解决了现有复合板强度低的问题,可广泛用于建筑内外墙、地面、卫生间、电梯间、屋顶等的建筑装饰。

本实用新型涉及建筑装修用复合饰面材。
石材作为饰面材料广泛用于各种建筑装修中,天然开采出的石料加工工艺复杂,成本高,使用受到一定的限制,为了解决这一问题,人们做了多种努力;如中国专利91206864.7号公开了一项名称为“建筑装修饰面用复合石板”的专利,它由厚度小于5mm的石材面层和以高强或轻质材料做成的底层组成,这种复合石板成本低,对石料要求比通常低,制作工艺简单,装饰效果好,存在的缺点是由于是底层玻璃纤维水泥、玻璃纤维石膏等,产品做为地面装修抗压强度要求高时则不适用。
本实用新型的任务是:设计一种强度高、重量轻、具有阻燃、保温、隔音、防水防震、成本低、适用面广的超薄型天然复合花岗石。
本实用新型的任务是以如下方式实现的:超薄型天然复合花岗石由超薄石板层、玻璃钢层、铝铂夹层及玻璃钢底板依次粘结而成。
本实用新型由于在超薄石板层的下面粘接有玻璃钢层,使得石板的抗压强度增强,即可装饰墙面,也可做地面装饰,由于在玻璃钢板的下面粘接有铝铂夹层,因此本实用新型具有保温、隔音、防水防震的功能。

本实用新型的一个最佳实施例,如图,超薄石板层1采用天然花岗石,厚度可选择3~5mm,通过胶粘接玻璃钢层2,在玻璃钢层2与玻璃钢底板之间为数片横截面呈瓦楞形的铝铂,通过胶粘接构成,如图2所示。本实施例粘胶选择环氧树脂胶。本实用新型根据不同的用途可以生产多种规格尺寸的产品。
Claims (3)
1、一种超薄型天然复合花岗石,由薄天然薄石板层与底层粘接而成,其特征在于:底层由玻璃钢层、铝铂夹层、玻璃钢底板依次胶粘接构成。
2、如权利要求1所述的天然复合花岗石,其特征在于:所说的铝铂夹层由数片横截面呈瓦楞形的铝铂构成。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的天然复合花岗石,其特征在于:所说的薄天然薄石板层的厚度为3—5mm。
