Abstract
一种发光二极管全集光功能灯,主要包括光源组件,印刷电路板和扩散透镜盒,所述光源组件由发光二极管、平凸会聚透镜和抛物面反射镜组成,光源组件固定于印刷电路板构成光源板,塑料扩散透镜盒为其最终包容体。本实用新型的优点是LED光源组件采用两次集光技术,使LED芯片所发出的原始散射光线被最大限度地收集并配以扩散透镜盒作为光源板的最终包容体,结构紧凑、合理、便于安装。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种以发光二极管为光源的功能灯,特别是一种发光二极管的全集光功能灯。
发光二极管又称(LED)作为一种新型光源由于其使用寿命长、功耗低、抗振性能好、发光响应速度快及具有固定的光色等优点,正越来越多地被应用于各种灯具产品,而目前的LED灯具产品都因其对发光二极管的应用设计尚未十分成熟而多为普通灯具产品,目前虽有一种LED交通信号灯问世并且有成功的推广应用,但其在设计构思上大多是采用一种一次集光再配上外层有色透镜片,这种设计对LED光源的有效应用不够理想,浪费了LED的其他可利用散射光线,对一些要求中心光强输出高而可视角度较小的灯具上尚可使用,但对于一些具有配光要求高、外观形状特异的灯具如各种机动车辆用信号指示灯以及需要能亮度高、显色性好,有一定范围要求的照明灯具来说,已有的LED灯的设计和结构已难以适用。
本实用新型的目的在于解决已有技术存在的问题,提供一种可满足各种具有较高配光要求和外观形状各异,组装性能优良的LED功能灯。
本实用新型的构成主要包括光源组件,印刷电路板和扩散透镜盒,所述光源组件由发光二极管、平凸会聚透镜和抛物面反射镜组成,光源组件固定于印刷电路板构成光源板,塑料扩散透镜盒为其最终包容体。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、LED光源组件采用了两次集光技术原理,便得由LED芯片所发出的原始散射光线被最大限度地收集并根据设计要求形成高强度定向集束光,在较少数量的LED资源配置条件下,使灯具发光亮度更高。
2、采用功能性扩散透镜盒的构思,在通过透镜的不同光学设计来解决各种灯具不同配光要求的基础上,利用塑料制品的成形工艺性好的特点,把扩散透镜盒设计制作成能够满足各种灯具外观形状要求的光源板的最终包容体,这种紧凑形模块结构便于对灯具实施组装或更换。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的结构原理及实施例作详细说明:
实施例一:参见图1、图2、图3
图中1为发光二极管,2为与抛物面反射镜,3为平凸会聚透镜,4为扩散透镜盒,5为LED印刷电路板。在发光二极管外设有抛物面反射透镜2,在发光二极管的头部设有平凸会聚透镜3,从而组成光源组件,将该组件以六角蜂窝状密排形式固定于印刷线路板5上并在其底部用硅胶9密封组成光源板,再将最终包容体扩散透镜盒4封。装于光源板外:使用时可将其安装于底座6中,用固定螺钉7固定再配以装饰圈8。当接通电源由发光二极管1芯片发出的散射光线在其头部形成主力光线P,通过平凸会聚透镜3的会聚收集,形成LED平面光阵的主力平行集束光P’,该主力平行集束光P’在其透过扩散透镜盒4向外射出时由该透镜将光线扩散折射形成能满足功能灯具所需配光要求的规则光线P”,其过程完成了一次集光,此时灯具已具备基本满足使用需要即具有相当高的发光亮度与合适的配光性能。由LED1芯片发出的散射光线其所射出的主力光线P以外的可利用光线Q,通过抛物面反射镜2的反射收集作用下,形成具有相当强度的有效补充平行光束Q’,该平行光束在透过平凸会聚透镜3时,被依次偏转形成与透镜光轴成一定夹角且夹角由大逐渐变小的出射光线Q”由于该透镜盒的光学结构设计其对具有变量夹角的出射光线Q”的折射并不象对平行集束光P’的折射那样为连续均匀细分,因此,当该光线Q”进而透过扩散透镜盒4向外射出时,其所形成的则是具有相当能量的有效混合光线S”,其与光线P”叠加能使灯具的亮度在原有的基础上得到更大的提高,其过程完成了两次集光。由此可见,两次集光技术的应用,能使LED芯片所输出的光线能量得到充分地利用。
该LED投射灯采用了可满足照明光谱要求的白光发光二极管1,与抛物面反射镜2,以及菲湟尔会聚透镜3一起配套应用,以六角蜂窝状密排形式,组合形成高效定向光阵,其输出的高光强白光集束光在无色透明的塑料扩散透镜盒4的折射下,按照适当的投射照明配光范围要求作光线输出。
实施例二:与实施例一相同,所不同的是本实施例为具有能满足汽车灯具所需的LED汽车组合尾灯单体产品(参见图4、图5)。其外形结构依从整套汽车组合尾灯设计需要而变化成各种形状如桑塔纳轿车组合尾灯需要设计成一矩形的LED光源组件。本实施例LED功能灯单体产品是一种典型的车用信号指示功能灯。
由于本实用新型所涉的发光二极管光源板其所工作形成的主体光为平面平行集束光,它使得扩散透镜的配光设计成为简单。因此,只要采用不同光色的LED,及配用相应颜色(根据需要也可以是透明无色)和配光性能的扩散透镜盒,并且作为LED光源板最终包容体的该扩散透镜盒满足车辆对灯具的各种要求如结构、形状、色泽、强度及密封性能等,就能形成各种具有特定功能的车用灯具如制动灯、位置灯、转向灯或是防雾灯等。
Claims (2)
1、一种发光二极管全集光功能灯,主要包括光源组件,印刷电路板和扩散透镜盒,其特征在于所述光源组件由发光二极管、平凸会聚透镜和抛物面反射镜组成,光源组件固定于印刷电路板构成光源板,塑料扩散透镜盒为其最终包容体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管全集光功能灯,其特征在于所述平凸会聚透镜为球面正透镜或菲湟尔透镜。
