Abstract
一种柔性道路护栏,它包括基座1、立柱2、护栏3和连接件,其中基座1位于立柱2的下端,二者连为一体,护栏3上设有安装孔,其特征是立柱、基座和护栏均采用PE搪胶材料搪塑而成,它们均为空心结构,在护栏3长度方向的两端设有阴、阳模块式接口,即一端为外轮廓略小的阳模接口,另一端则为能与阳模接口相配的阴模接口。其优点是本实用新型具有极强的柔性,在发生车辆撞击时,具有极大吸振性能,能大大消除因撞击而产生的巨大的能量,同时,可大大减小车辆的损坏和人员的伤亡程度,且一般情况下,无须进行维护,经济而耐用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种道路护栏,特别是涉及一种具有良好的防撞性能的柔性道路护栏。
在现有技术中,道路护栏已有多种形式,易于拆卸安装和防撞是两个最常见考虑的改进因素,如中国实用新型专利92102135.6《道路护栏的可拆换式架设装置》,主要是为克服常用行车护栏的架设装置减振效果不佳,且安装、拆卸均无法快速的缺陷而设计的,以中空垫体取代实心垫体,而得以发挥吸震作用,各组件间则采用可拆卸组合方式,有助于缩短安装时间。但其仍存在不足之处,它的组件均采用强度和硬度都较高的金属材料或水泥等材料,虽然采用中空垫体吸震,但减震的作用是很有限的,当受到车辆的撞击时,必然会造成变形损坏,反之,它又反作用于车辆,也必然使车辆和人员造成极大的损坏和伤亡。受到损毁的道路护栏还需重新更换组件修复。即使稍有碰撞,护栏也必然变形,必须经常进行维护。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以减轻碰撞后的损坏的柔性道路护栏。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下的技术措施来实现:它包括基座、立柱、护栏和连接件,其中基座位于立柱的下端,二者连为一体,护栏上设有安装孔,其特征是立柱、基座和护栏均采用PE搪胶(英文名:Rotational Grade Polyethylene)材料搪塑而成,它们均为空心结构,在护栏长度方向的两端设有阴、阳模块式接口,即一端为外轮廓略小的阳模接口,另一端则为能与阳模接口相配的阴模接口,这样能将多个护栏首尾相接,无限延长。
本实用新型所述的护栏其截面形状可以是“B”字形,有利于提高护栏的强度和韧性。
本实用新型所述的连接件还可以包括中空垫块和联接螺栓,垫块的前端面为平面,用于与护栏背面接触,垫块的后端面为与立柱横截面形状相吻合的形状,以便于两者间的相互配合。垫块的作用在于可以扩大立柱形状的使用范围,无论是圆柱形、或方柱形、或其它多边形立柱均可采用,同时,垫块还可以提高本实用新型的抗振性能。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下的优点:(1)具有极高的减振性和柔性。由于采用PE搪胶材料和中空结构,使本实用新型具有极强的柔性,在发生车辆撞击时,不但护栏而且立柱都会象弹簧一样变形并最大限度地吸收震动,消除因撞击而产生的巨大的能量,特别是连接件采用中空垫块时效果更显著,另一方面由于它的材料自身的特性使它象海绵一样柔软,对车辆的反作用力降到最低,可大大减轻对车辆的损坏程度,同时减小人员的伤亡;如果将护栏接口配合中一接口上的安装孔制成长形,更有利于其在碰撞中的弹性变形,进一步提高减振性;(2)本实用新型在发生撞击后,由于它的柔性作用,对它自身的损坏程度也是很小的,小的撞击,外力撤消后,它可恢复原形,无须进行修复工作;(3)本实用新型的生产成本较低,且不需要维护,不受日晒雨淋的侵蚀,可减轻道路护栏建设和维护的成本,经济耐用;(4)本实用新型在颜色上可以有多种选择,有利于改善道路环境。
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述:

图1~4所示的柔性道路护栏是本实用新型的一种实施例,它包括基座1、立柱2、护栏3和连接件,其中基座1位于立柱2的下端,二者连为一体,基座埋于地下以固定立柱,护栏上设有安装孔,立柱、基座和护栏均采用PE塑胶材料搪塑而成,它们均为空心结构,在护栏长度方向的两端设有阴、阳模块式接口,即一端为外轮廓略小的阳模接口,另一端则为能与阳模接口相配的阴模接口,安装孔就设置在接口部位,阳模接口上的安装孔为长形孔,以利用配合安装,更重要的是有利于护栏在遇到碰撞时,能够有较大弹性变形,这样,在将护栏固定于立体上的同时,可以固定两护栏的接口,通过接口能将多个护栏首尾相接,无限延长;所述的护栏的截面形状可以为“B”字形,有利于提高护栏的强度和韧性;所述的连接件包括中空垫块4和自锁联接螺栓5、6,垫块的前端面为平面,与护栏背面配合,并由联接螺栓5将这两配合面固定联结,垫块的后端面为与立柱圆形的横截面形状相吻合,由联接螺栓6贯穿立柱将垫块的后端面固定于立柱上;在护栏上还安装了其它的道路设施--反射路标。
图5所示的柔性道路护栏是本实用新型的另一种实施例,它包括基座1、立柱2、护栏3和连接件,与上例不同的是所述的连接件只有自锁联接螺栓5,它将护栏3直接安装在立柱2上,螺栓贯穿立柱。
Claims (5)
1.一种柔性道路护栏,它包括基座(1)、立柱(2)、护栏(3)和连接件,其中基座(1)位于立柱(2)的下端,二者连为一体,护栏(3)上设有安装孔,其特征是立柱、基座和护栏均采用PE塑胶材料搪塑而成,它们均为空心结构,在护栏(3)长度方向的两端设有阴、阳模块式接口,即一端为外轮廓略小的阳模接口,另一端则为能与阳模接口相配的阴模接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性道路护栏,其特征是所述的护栏(3)的截面形状为“B”字形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柔性道路护栏,其特征是安装孔就设置在接口部位,在阴、阳模接口中,其中任意一个接口上的安装孔为长形孔。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的柔性道路护栏,其特征是所述的连接件还包括中空垫块(4)和联接螺栓,其中垫块(4)的前端面为平面,后端面为与立柱横截面形状相吻合的形状,以便于两者间的相互配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柔性道路护栏,其特征是所述的连接件包括中空垫块(4)和自锁联接螺栓(5)、(6),垫块的前端面为平面,与护栏背面配合,并由联接螺栓(5)将这两配合面固定联结,垫块的后端面为与立柱(2)圆形的横截面形状相吻合,由联接螺栓(6)贯穿立柱将垫块的后端面固定于立柱上。
