Abstract

一种旋开式溶质与溶剂分隔瓶塞，其特征在于： 左螺纹空心螺杆与底部有隔离膜的左螺母套形塞相 套形成带有一个密封容器的瓶塞，盖上能使空心螺杆 一同转动的右螺纹防盗盖。这样能装在溶剂中理化 性质不稳定的溶质，当旋开瓶盖时溶质能自动投入瓶 内的溶剂中，这样可延长保存时，保持溶液固有特 色。

Description

本实用新型是属于一种能装物质的包装中的瓶塞。
现有的瓶塞是塑料、橡胶和软木制成，也有玻璃、金属或其它材料制成，其功能仅能封闭瓶口，阻止瓶内的固体、液体、气体向外泻漏，同时也阻止瓶外的物质包括微生物进入瓶内。在瓶塞的外侧一般都有瓶盖保护，提高瓶塞对瓶口封闭的的可靠性。当两种物质同时混合使用的，必须用两个瓶装，使用时很麻烦。现已有“即溶质与溶剂分隔瓶塞”（专利申请号93213486.6），可将溶质和溶剂分隔存放，当使用时打开瓶盖后尚需推动空心推杆才能将溶质投入瓶内的溶剂中。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能装被溶物质并在旋开瓶盖的同时自动将被溶物质投入瓶内的瓶塞。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种将在溶剂中不稳定的溶质装在外侧有大螺距单头或多头左螺纹的顶部为三角形、矩形或多边形的空心螺杆中，空心螺杆的下端有1－4个锐尖；空心螺杆与底部有隔离膜的内侧有大螺距单头或多头左螺母的套形塞相套形成一个密封容器，套形塞的外侧与瓶口紧紧相连，加盖顶部为三角形、矩形或多边形的能使空心螺杆随之转动的带有右螺纹的防盗瓶盖。瓶盖的螺纹方向与空心螺杆的螺纹方向必须相反。当旋开瓶盖时空心螺杆随瓶盖转动并在左螺纹作用下向下移动刺破隔离膜，使溶质进入瓶内的溶剂中。
本实用新型的瓶塞能密封瓶口，而且瓶塞里能装有物质，对于在溶剂中理化性质不稳定的溶质与溶剂分隔包装可延长保存时间，保持溶液固有特色，并可在旋开瓶盖的同时自动将溶质投入瓶内。

将装有溶质（1）的外壁有左旋螺纹（2）的顶部为多边形（3）、底部带有锐尖（4）的空心螺杆（5），旋入底部带有隔离膜（6）内壁有左旋螺母（7）的套形塞（7）中，再将套形塞（8）塞入瓶口（9），然后再盖上有右螺纹的防盗瓶盖（10）将其密封。

1、一种旋开式溶质与溶剂分隔瓶塞，其特征在于：外侧有大螺距单头或多头左螺纹的顶部为三角形、矩形或多边形的下端有1-4个锐尖的空心螺杆，与底部有隔离膜的内侧有大螺距单头或多头左螺母的套形塞相套形成带有一个密封容器的瓶塞，加盖顶部为三角形、矩形或多边形的能使空心螺杆随之转动的带有右螺纹的防盗瓶盖。右螺纹空心螺杆用左螺纹防盗盖。
