Abstract

本发明公开了一种贮物瓶盖，涉及瓶盖技术领域，它由顶盖、贮物筒和筒架组成，其贮物筒的上部与顶盖连接螺纹的螺距大于顶盖与筒架连接螺纹的螺距，其贮物筒下部与筒架通过上下朝向的筋条相互嵌合，筒架在其瓶口接合部以下部分的侧面设有开口。本发明用来装在饮料瓶口上，与现有技术相比，它解决了采用热合膜封口的贮物筒这类瓶盖在使用中操作和饮用不方便的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓶盖技术领域，尤其是一种能盛装粉剂或浓缩液的瓶盖。
背景技术
现有的技术中，一些以固体粉末或浓缩液与水混合而成的组合饮料，如瓶装茶等，因其的固有特性，不易保存。为提高它的保存期限，有人发明了在瓶盖上设有能盛如奶粉、茶粉等固体粉末或是浓缩液的物件，使粉末颗粒与水分开，更易保存，饮用前才将其混合。这种作用的瓶盖目前已有多种，但从其贮物的封存方式分，有采用内塞封口的瓶盖，有采用簿膜粘合封口结构的瓶盖，前者结构较为复杂，而且贮放物料的封口可靠性较差、保存时间较短；后者如“带手压一次性套盖的饮料瓶”(中国专利号为：ZL97241376.6)该技术方案为该瓶的瓶盖部分包括有一顶盖，在瓶口处设有能盛固体粉末颗粒或是浓缩液的一次性手压套盖，它虽然提高了组合物饮料的保存期限，但是存在如下不足：一是在使用时，打开顶盖后还需将套盖下压，使位于套盖下方的齿刺破套盖，让固体粉末颗粒或浓缩液落入瓶中，使用不够方便；二是压入瓶口的贮物筒如果要取出来方可将瓶口入口饮用，则操作更繁锁，而且取出的贮物筒要扔到垃圾桶中，增加了处理难度，还可能造成部分人随地乱扔；如果压入瓶口的贮物筒不取出来便将瓶口入口饮用，则会大大减小饮料的出口大小，造成饮用不便。
发明内容
本发明主要目的是提供一种贮物瓶盖，它所要解决的问题是采用簿膜封口的贮物筒这类贮物瓶盖在使用中操作和饮用不方便的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的方案是：这种贮物瓶盖它包括有外壁内侧面设有螺纹的顶盖、其底部开口边缘凸起的筒架和装在该筒架内其底面由薄膜封口的贮物筒这些与现有技术相类同的零件和结构，此外：所述贮物筒的上部通过螺纹与所述顶盖连接，该螺纹的螺距大于所述顶盖与筒架连接螺纹的螺距；所述该贮物筒与其外的所述筒架通过上下朝向的筋条相互嵌合，这样可让顶盖旋出筒架的同时将贮物筒下推，以代替现有技术中打开顶盖后还需用手压下贮物筒的操作；此外，在所述筒架在其瓶口接合部以下部分的侧面设有开口可使贮物筒在压入筒架底部的状态下，仍具有足够大的出水口径，以方便饮用。
上述顶盖与所述贮物筒连接的螺纹可以是设在顶盖的筒形内壁上；所述贮物筒与所述筒架的嵌合可以是单向止动的齿的嵌合结构，在此情况下，上述的筋条即起棘齿作用，这样不仅方便二者的组装，同时可防止贮物筒随旋出的顶盖转动。上述筒架的瓶口接合部可以是连接在筒形外壁上的一圈罩形物，该罩形物内侧的上部设有内齿，该罩形物内侧的下部设有向内突出的钩，这种结构在本贮物瓶盖与饮料瓶组装时只需将本贮物瓶盖压装在瓶口上即可。上述贮物筒与所述顶盖内壁连接的螺纹可以设置为多头螺纹，该螺纹的螺距可以是所述顶盖外壁螺纹螺距的2~20倍，这种设置可以较好地保证螺纹的连接强度和和使用的方便。上述筒架底部开口边缘凸起部顶端的形状最好呈齿形，以保证贮物筒封口膜能够顺利开启让贮料尽可完彻底落下。上述贮物筒设置为上部直径小于下部直径的多级圆筒的复合体，有利于在贮物筒留置筒架内时，让饮料瓶中的液体在通过本贮物瓶盖时具有足够大的出液口径。上述顶盖的下端可以设置有通过薄筋连接的锁定环部，该锁定环部与所述筒架的外侧之间通过棘齿棘爪结构相连接，该锁定环部起一次性使用的锁定和标志作用，以防售前的意外开盖。
本申请所述的筋条，是指凸出表面的长条物状，可以是一条，也可以是相互排列的多个齿条。
由于采用了上述方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、使用方便。由于贮物筒与顶盖连接的螺纹的螺距大于顶盖与筒架螺纹的螺距，而且所述该贮物筒下部与其外的所述筒架通过上下朝向的筋条相互嵌合，因此，当顶盖旋出筒架的同时，贮物筒只能沿上下朝向的筋条被推下到筒架的底部，其封口薄膜被筒架底部开口凸起的边缘刺破，使其内所贮物从筒架底部开口落入瓶中，而饮料瓶中的水也可以从筒架在瓶口接合部以下部分的侧面开口倒出，因此使用很方便，一次通常的开瓶操作便可完成下料和即时饮用。
2、使用方便。由于筒架的瓶口接合部是连接在筒形外壁上的一圈罩形物，该罩形物内侧的上部设有内齿，该罩形物内侧的下部设有向内突出的钩的这种结构，以及贮物筒与筒架是以单向止动的齿的结构相嵌合，都是方便于本贮物瓶盖的生产组装和将其便于机械化地装上饮料瓶口上。
3、具有一次性使用的锁定和标志功能，以防售前的意外开盖。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实例对本发明的结构作进一步详述：
如图1所示，本贮物瓶盖由顶盖1、贮物筒3和筒架2组成。其顶盖1具有与顶面连接筒形的外壁1.1和内壁1.2，在外壁1.1和内壁1.2的内侧面均设置有连接螺纹，其中内壁1.2上的连接螺纹为3头，螺距为20毫米；外壁1.1上的连接螺纹为3头，螺距为2毫米；顶盖1外壁的连接螺纹上连接着筒架2的上部，顶盖1的下端设有通过薄筋连接的锁定环部1.3，该部内侧设有棘爪，与此相对应连接的筒架2上则设有棘齿。筒架2的中部设有罩形结构的瓶口接合部，在瓶口接合部罩形物内侧的上部设有上下朝向的内齿2.1，罩形物内侧的下部设有向内突出的钩2.2，筒架2在其瓶口接合部以下部分的侧面设有开口，筒架2底部的开口边缘的凸起部2.3为筒状结构，其顶端呈两颗尖齿。贮物筒3是上部直径小于下部直径的两级圆筒体的复合体，底部设有开口，在开口处设有封口薄膜3.1，在使用状态下，贮物筒3内装有饮料粉3.2。贮物筒3的上部通过螺纹与顶盖1内壁1.2连接，贮物筒3的下筒体部上设有棘爪，它与其外筒架2上所设有上下朝向的筋条作为的棘齿相互嵌合。
本发明在使用时，筒架2的瓶口接合部罩在饮料瓶口上，并与饮料瓶口相结合，旋转顶盖1使其与筒架2旋下的同时，一方面，顶盖1的锁定环部1.3因单向止动的齿的作用不能随之转动而使薄筋拉断，另一方面在顶盖1相对筒架2退出的同时，贮物筒3在筒架2上所设有上下朝向的筋条的约束下向下运动，当顶盖1脱离筒架2时，贮物筒3已降至筒架2的底部，贮物筒3上的封口薄膜3.1被筒架2底部开口边缘的凸起部2.3顶端刺破而让贮物筒3内的饮料粉3.2从筒架2底部的开口掉入饮料瓶中，在此状态下，筒架3上部的小筒体与筒架2之间形成的通道接通了筒架2瓶口接合部以下部分的侧面开口。饮用时，无需取出贮物筒3，瓶中的饮料便可从此通道中倒出筒架2的上端筒口外。

Claims (8)

1.【权利要求1】一种贮物瓶盖，它包括有外壁内侧面设有螺纹的顶盖、其底部开口边缘凸起的筒架和装在该筒架内其底面由薄膜封口的贮物筒，其特征在于：
A、所述贮物筒的上部通过螺纹与所述顶盖连接，该螺纹的螺距大于所述顶盖与筒架连接螺纹的螺距；所述该贮物筒与其外的所述筒架通过上下朝向的筋条相互嵌合；
B、所述筒架在其瓶口接合部以下部分的侧面设有开口。
2.【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的贮物瓶盖，其特征在于：所述顶盖与所述贮物筒连接的螺纹是设在顶盖的筒形内壁上；所述贮物筒与所述筒架是以单向止动的齿的结构相嵌合，所述的筋条为棘齿。
3.【权利要求3】根据权利要求2所述的贮物瓶盖，其特征在于：所述筒架的瓶口接合部是连接在筒形外壁上的一圈罩形物，该罩形物内侧的上部设有内齿，该罩形物内侧的下部设有向内突出的钩。
4.【权利要求4】根据权利要求1、2或3所述的贮物瓶盖，其特征在于：所述贮物筒与所述顶盖内壁连接的螺纹为多头螺纹，该螺纹的螺距是所述顶盖外壁螺纹螺距的2～20倍。
5.【权利要求5】根据权利要求4所述的贮物瓶盖，其特征在于：所述筒架底部开口边缘凸起部顶端的形状呈齿形。
6.【权利要求6】根据权利要求5所述的贮物瓶盖，其特征在于：所述贮物筒为上部直径小于下部直径的多级圆筒的复合体。
7.【权利要求7】根据权利要求5所述的贮物瓶盖，其特征在于：所述顶盖的下端设有通过薄筋连接的锁定环部，该锁定环部与所述筒架的外侧之间通过棘齿棘爪结构相连接。
8.【权利要求8】根据权利要求6所述的贮物瓶盖，其特征在于：所述顶盖的下端设有通过薄筋连接的锁定环部，该锁定环部与所述筒架的外侧之间通过棘齿棘爪结构相连接。
