Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种机动车冰上防滑带，它是
由防滑块串联而成，防滑块是在基布植入钢丝，钢丝
之间浇注有聚胺酯橡胶，具有耐磨性强、防滑效果好、
不会破坏无冰雪路面的优点。
Description
本发明涉及车辆轮胎技术领域，具体地说是属于机动车冰上防滑技术。
目前解决机动车在冰雪路面行驶防滑的办法是在轮胎外面装防滑链，这种防滑链的缺点是不耐磨损，而且在无冰雪的路面上行驶时，易破坏路面。
本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨损，而且当机动车在无冰雪路面上行驶时，不会破坏路面的机动车冰上防滑带。
本发明的技术方案是这样的，在需要防滑时，在车轮上装一个防滑带，这种防滑带是在基布材料上植上钢丝，先经淬火处理后，再浇注含体积25％瓷粉的聚氨酯橡胶，将钢丝浇注在里面钢丝的密度为50～110根／cm2，直径为φ0.3～1mm，植入的钢丝向车辆行驶的方向弯曲150～170度。浇注后含有瓷粉的聚氨酯橡胶的邵氏硬度在40～70之间。
本实用新型的优点是，含有瓷粉的聚氨酯橡胶，耐磨性能较好，因为其中浇注有钢丝，增加了耐磨性及防滑性能，而且当车辆在无冰雪路面上行驶时，不会破坏路面。

图4中防滑带是由防滑块【1】串连而成的。防滑块【1】的两旁连接着边块【5】，边块【5】通过铆钉【4】固定在连接带【2】上，边块【5】的外侧穿有紧固绳【3】。连接带采用和基布【7】同样的材料，紧固绳【3】采用尼龙绳。边块【5】采用普通橡胶材料。
图2中φ0.3～1mm的钢丝【6】以50～110根／cm2的密度被植在基布【7】上，浇注在含有体积25％瓷粉的聚氨酯橡胶中，基布【7】的背面是一层普通橡胶材料的背胶层【8】。基布【7】采用纺织品材料，钢丝【6】被植在基布【7】上后，先经淬火处理，然后浇注含有瓷粉的聚氨酯橡胶。
本实用新型的使用方法是，当机动车需要防滑时，将防滑带展开平铺在地面上，将车开上去，使车轮置于其上，将防滑带包在车轮上，将紧固绳拉紧固定即可。
Claims (4)
1、一种机动车冰上防滑带，包括防滑块、连接带、紧固绳、钢丝、基布，其特征为，防滑带是由防滑块串连组成，防滑块的两旁连接有边块，边块由铆钉固定在连接带上，边块外侧穿有紧固绳，防滑块的结构是在基布的一面植有钢丝，钢丝之间浇注有聚氨酯橡胶，基布背面有一层背胶层。
2、如权利要求1所述的机动车冰上防滑带，其特征为，基布上植入的钢丝密度为50～110根／cm2，钢丝直径为φ0.3～1mm。
3、如权利要求1所述的机动车冰上防滑带；其特征为，基布上植入的钢丝向车辆行驶的方向弯曲150～170度。
4、如权利要求1所述的机动车冰上防滑带，其特征为，浇注在基布上的聚氨酯橡胶中含有体积25％的瓷粉。
