Abstract
一种电连接器,包括纵长的绝缘本体、若干导电端子、包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳以及一对加强件;所述绝缘本体包括沿纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、连接所述侧壁的两个端壁,以及位于所述侧壁与所述端壁之间的插槽,所述导电端子排列在所述侧壁并包括凸伸入所述插槽的接触部;所述金属外壳包括包覆所述侧壁的侧板及包覆所述端壁的端板;每一所述端壁设有沿纵长方向贯穿的通槽,所述加强件容置在对应通槽内,如此所述加强件向内面对所述插槽,向外则贴覆在所述端板的内表面。通过在端壁设置沿纵长方向贯穿的通槽,加强件设置于通槽内能够有效减小绝缘本体于纵长方向的长度,使得连接器结构更加紧凑。

【技术领域】
本实用新型为一种电连接器。
【背景技术】
相关现有技术请参中国发明专利CN111834769A号所公开的一种连接器,包括绝缘本体、若干导电端子以及金属加强件;所述绝缘本体设有对接面、两侧壁、限位壁以及插槽,所述两侧壁与所述限位壁共同围设形成所述插槽。对于该种结构的连接器由于限位壁的存在外加金属加强件的存在,使得整个绝缘本体在纵长方向上长度较长。
因此,有必要提供一种改良的连接器来解决以上问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构更为紧凑的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,包括纵长的绝缘本体、若干导电端子、包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳以及一对加强件;所述绝缘本体包括沿纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、连接所述侧壁的两个端壁,以及位于所述侧壁与所述端壁之间的插槽,所述导电端子排列在所述侧壁并包括凸伸入所述插槽的接触部;所述金属外壳包括包覆所述侧壁的侧板及包覆所述端壁的端板;每一所述端壁设有沿纵长方向贯穿的通槽,所述加强件容置在对应通槽内,如此所述加强件向内面对所述插槽,向外则贴覆在所述端板的内表面。
进一步地,所述加强件与端板通过焊接的方式固定于一起。
进一步地,所述绝缘本体设有对接面,所述插槽贯穿所述对接面,所述加强件高于所述对接面。
进一步地,所述加强件的顶缘的内侧设有倾斜向下延伸的导引面。
进一步地,所述端壁设有朝上的第一抵挡面,所述端板向下抵压在所述第一抵挡面,所述通槽设有朝上的第二抵挡面,所述加强件向下抵压在所述第二抵挡面,第二抵挡面与第一抵挡面平齐或者第二抵挡面较第一抵挡面临近所述对接面。
进一步地,所述通槽进一步设有在垂直于纵长方向的横向方向,所述通槽在横向方向上延伸且超过所述插槽的范围。
进一步地,所述插槽设有内底面,所述插槽的内底面低于所述第一抵挡面。
进一步地,所述通槽的横向方向设有与导引面相配合的配合面,所述配合面远离对接面向下倾斜。
进一步地,所述金属外壳设置有由壳体撕裂形成的扣持片,所述绝缘本体设置有与扣持片配合的扣持孔。
进一步地,所述加强件为不锈钢材质。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:通过在端壁设置沿纵长方向贯穿的通槽,加强件设置于通槽内能够有效减小绝缘本体于纵长方向的长度,使得连接器结构更加紧凑。此外,加强件与金属壳体焊连接,以达到固定连接的效果,可以有效防止加强件在对插时脱落。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本实用新型。
【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1-6所示,本实用新型揭示了一种电连接器100,包括纵长的绝缘本体1、若干导电端子2、包覆绝缘本体1的金属外壳3以及一对加强件4,绝缘本体1包括沿纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁11、连接侧壁11的两个端壁12,以及位于侧壁11与端壁12之间的插槽13,导电端子2排列在侧壁11并包括凸伸入插槽13的接触部21;金属外壳3包括包覆侧壁11的侧板31及包覆端壁的端板32,每一端壁12设有沿纵长方向贯穿的通槽14,加强件4容置在对应通槽14内,如此加强件4向内面对插槽13,向外则贴覆在端板32的内表面,加强件4与端板32紧密连接,可以有效防止对插时对绝缘本体1的损伤。
本实施中,加强件4为金属件,优选为不锈钢材质,加强件4与端板32通过焊接的方式固定于一起,通过焊接的方式连接可以提升端板32与加强件4的结合强度,克服加强件4易脱落的的缺点,从而对绝缘本体1提供更好地保护。当然,可以理解地,于其它实施例中,加强件4还可以为其它材质,二者也可以通过其它方式固定在一起,如通过胶黏剂粘接或铆接等。结合图3与图4所示,绝缘本体1设有位于上方的对接面15,插槽13贯穿对接面15,加强件4高于对接面15,且加强件4的顶缘内侧设有倾斜向下延伸的导引面42。通槽14的横向方向设有与导引面42相配合的配合面16,配合面16远离对接面15向下倾斜。
继续参见图3至图6所示,在垂直于纵长方向的横向方向,通槽14在该方向上延伸的宽度超过插槽13的宽度范围。端壁12于其下端设有向外凸伸的凸台18,凸台18与端壁12的上端部形成有朝上的第一抵挡面180,端板32的下端向下抵压在第一抵挡面180,通槽14设有朝上的第二抵挡面141,加强件4向下抵压在第二抵挡面141,第二抵挡面141与第一抵挡面18平齐或者第二抵挡面141较第一抵挡面180临近对接面15,如此,端板32能够更好地覆盖和保护位于其内部的加强件4。插槽13设有内底面17,插槽13的内底面17低于第一抵挡面180。本实施例中,金属外壳3自上而下地套设至绝缘本体1上,为了防止金属外壳3在安装后与绝缘本体1脱离,绝缘本体1的侧壁11设有向外凸伸的凸条110,侧板31设有能够向下抵接在凸条110并覆盖凸条110的侧凸310,此外,侧壁11设有扣持槽19,侧板31设置有由外壳3撕裂形成并扣持于扣持槽19的扣持片33。
本实施中,对于加强件4的安装,其可以先与金属外壳3固定在一起,然后再将固定有加强件4的金属外壳3安装至绝缘本体。可以理解地,在其它实施例中,可以先将加强件4安装至插槽13中,然后将金属外壳3安装至绝缘本体1,最后再将加强件4通过诸如焊接、粘接或铆接等方式与金属外壳3进行固定。

Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器,包括纵长的绝缘本体、若干导电端子、包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳以及一对加强件;所述绝缘本体包括沿纵长方向延伸的两个侧壁、连接所述侧壁的两个端壁,以及位于所述侧壁与所述端壁之间的插槽,所述导电端子排列在所述侧壁并包括凸伸入所述插槽的接触部;所述金属外壳包括包覆所述侧壁的侧板及包覆所述端壁的端板;其特征在于:每一所述端壁设有沿纵长方向贯穿的通槽,所述加强件容置在对应通槽内,如此所述加强件向内面对所述插槽,向外则贴覆在所述端板的内表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述加强件与端板通过焊接的方式固定于一起。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有对接面,所述插槽贯穿所述对接面,所述加强件高于所述对接面。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述加强件的顶缘的内侧设有倾斜向下延伸的导引面。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端壁设有朝上的第一抵挡面,所述端板向下抵压在所述第一抵挡面,所述通槽设有朝上的第二抵挡面,所述加强件向下抵压在所述第二抵挡面,第二抵挡面与第一抵挡面平齐或者第二抵挡面较第一抵挡面临近所述对接面。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述通槽进一步设有垂直于纵长方向的横向方向,所述通槽在横向方向上延伸且超过所述插槽的范围。
7.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述插槽设有内底面,所述插槽的内底面低于所述第一抵挡面。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述通槽的横向方向设有与导引面相配合的配合面,所述配合面远离对接面向下倾斜。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳设置有由壳体撕裂形成的扣持片,所述绝缘本体设置有与扣持片配合的扣持孔。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述加强件为不锈钢材质。
