Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种折叠桌。
背景技术
现有技术的折叠桌通常将桌面和桌脚一体设置，大大增加了桌面的厚度以及重量。而且这种折叠桌收折后的厚度很厚，非常不方便收折后手提或搬运。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种折叠桌。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种折叠桌，包括桌面框架、桌脚和面板，所述面板配合设置在桌面框架上，所述面板的平面的厚度为Lb，所述面板的边缘具有向下延伸的边唇，所述边唇的厚度La<＝2Lb。
本实用新型实施例中，所述面板的背面设有向外凸起的凸台，所述面板在凸台处的厚度为Lc。
本实用新型实施例中，所述边唇的厚度La<＝1.5Lc。
本实用新型实施例中，所述凸台的四周为圆弧形。
本实用新型实施例中，所述凸台呈阵列分布，所述相邻两两凸台之间通过凸棱联接，所述凸棱的厚度与凸台的厚度相同。
本实用新型实施例中，所述面板的平面被凸台和凸棱分隔成数个单元平面，所述单元平面的中间设有向内凹陷的凹槽。
本实用新型实施例中，所述桌面框架包括在中部铰接的两单元框架，所述单元框架的旁侧下方铰接有两桌脚，所述两桌脚的中部与第一连杆的一端铰接，所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端滑动连接，所述第二连杆的另一端铰接在桌面框架的中部。
本实用新型实施例中，所述两桌脚之间的水平距离不大于面板平面的宽度。
本实用新型实施例中，所述一侧的两桌脚与桌面框架之间成“冂”形。
本实用新型实施例中，所述桌脚成“S”形。
本实用新型的一种折叠桌，具有如下有益效果：
1、对面板平面和边唇的厚度进行限制，使收折后的桌体厚度变薄、重量减轻，且通过增加凸台保证了结构的强度和稳定性。
2、改进了桌脚的形状，使桌脚的承重能力和稳定性提高。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图，对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本实用新型保护的范围。

参考说明书附图，本实用新型公开了一种包括桌面框架2、桌脚3和面板1的折叠桌，该桌面框架包括在中部铰接的两个单元框架20，每个单元框架上配合设置一个单元面板10，面板的平面11的厚度为Lb，且每个单元框架的旁侧下方铰接有两桌脚，两桌脚能向内收折到面板下方。其中，面板的边缘具有向下延伸的边唇12，桌面框架就固定安装在边唇的内侧，该边唇的厚度为La。为减少两单元面板对折后的厚度，使边唇的厚度La<＝2Lb。
在本实用新型实施例中，为增加面板的强度，在面板的背面设置向外凸起的凸台13，该面板在凸台处的厚度为Lc。该凸台的四周可以是圆弧形，凸台也可以是矩形等其他的多边形。面板背面可以纵横设置多个凸台，凸台呈阵列分布，且两两凸台之间通过凸棱14联接，凸棱的厚度与凸台的厚度相同。由此，面板的平面被阵列分布的凸台和凸棱分隔成数个单元平面110，在单元平面的中间可以设置向内凹陷的凹槽111，凹槽有效减轻面板的重量且增加表面积增加强度。因为凸起的凸台是不能影响边唇的对折的，所以要求边唇的厚度大于凸台的厚度，但同时需要较薄的边唇来减少厚度，因此令边唇的厚度La<＝1.5Lc。
为更好地实现桌子的收折，在一侧的两桌脚之间设置连接的横杆31，横杆实现了两桌脚的联动。横杆的中部与第一连杆32的一端铰接，第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆33的一端滑动连接，第二连杆的另一端铰接在桌面框架的中部。其中，第一连杆和第二连杆之间通过一滑套34来实现滑动连接。进一步地，桌脚可以设置成直的，令桌面框架一侧的两桌脚与桌面框架之间成“冂”形。实施例一中，两桌脚可以是竖直向下延伸的，参考图10。实施例二中，两桌脚可以扩张地向下延伸，参考图9。此时，两桌脚最下端的水平距离最大，但要求这个最大的水平距离不能超过面板平面的宽度，这样桌脚收折后才能收纳在边唇内侧。更进一步地，桌脚可以是“S”形的，令桌脚的中部收缩、下部扩张，以提高桌脚的稳定性以及承重能力。参考图11，实施例三中，“S”形桌脚的上端可以是竖直的。参考图12，实施例四中，“S”形桌脚的上端可以是弧形的。同时也要求两桌脚之间的水平距离不大于面板平面的宽度。
进一步地，面板优选厚度薄、重量轻的吸塑板，从而大大减轻面板的厚度和重量，节约材料且保证强度，降低成本。桌面框架可以采用空心的金属管件，以此在减轻重量的同时保证桌面的支撑强度。两单元框架在中部铰接处设有锁定机构21，锁定机构使单元框架在展开后被锁定，使桌子在展开使用时更加可靠。且该锁定机构设置在边唇的内侧，令外部更简洁美观且平整度更佳。在框架的侧边可以设置一个方便手提的提手22。

Claims (10)

1.一种折叠桌，其特征在于，包括桌面框架、桌脚和面板，所述面板配合设置在桌面框架上，所述面板的平面的厚度为Lb，所述面板的边缘具有向下延伸的边唇，所述边唇的厚度La<＝2Lb。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述面板的背面设有向外凸起的凸台，所述面板在凸台处的厚度为Lc。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述边唇的厚度La<＝1.5Lc。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述凸台的四周为圆弧形。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述凸台呈阵列分布，所述相邻两两凸台之间通过凸棱联接，所述凸棱的厚度与凸台的厚度相同。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述面板的平面被凸台和凸棱分隔成数个单元平面，所述单元平面的中间设有向内凹陷的凹槽。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述桌面框架包括在中部铰接的两单元框架，所述单元框架的旁侧下方铰接有两桌脚，所述两桌脚的中部与第一连杆的一端铰接，所述第一连杆的另一端与第二连杆的一端滑动连接，所述第二连杆的另一端铰接在桌面框架的中部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述两桌脚之间的水平距离不大于面板平面的宽度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述一侧的两桌脚与桌面框架之间成“冂”形。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种折叠桌，其特征在于，所述桌脚成“S”形。
