Abstract
本实用新型公开了SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构及SPA水池,气路结构包括管路、控制阀组、接气套、第一弹性体和第二弹性体;该管路包括相对固定的接气部分和封板;该控制阀组包括控制板,该控制板位于封板下,该第一弹性体装接在管路和控制阀组间且顶抵控制阀组使控制板抵靠在封板下;该接气部分设有接气口,该接气套上下滑接在接气口,该第二弹性体装接在接气部分和接气套间且顶抵接气套使接气套抵靠在控制板下。它具有如下优点:能通过第一、第二弹性体的弹力及接气套的滑动实现补偿,确保接气口和控制板间的气路配合。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及SPA水池及其零部件技术领域,尤其涉及SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构及SPA水池。
背景技术
现有SPA水池的气路结构,包括管路和控制阀组,该管路包括相对固定的接气部分,该接气部分设有接气口,该控制阀组包括控制板,该控制板能转动连接在接气口之上,通过控制板相对接气部分的转动控制通气口和接气口接通以实现充排气或通气口和接气口密封以实现封闭。因长期使用,将可能导致控制板和接气口周圈间的紧配合松释,则可能出现漏气。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构及SPA水池,其克服了背景技术中SPA水池的气路结构所存在的不足。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之一是:SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,包括管路、控制阀组、接气套、第一弹性体和第二弹性体;该管路包括相对固定的接气部分和封板;该控制阀组包括控制板,该控制板位于封板下,该第一弹性体装接在管路和控制阀组间且顶抵控制阀组使控制板抵靠在封板下;该接气部分设有接气口,该接气套上下滑接在接气口,该第二弹性体装接在接气部分和接气套间且顶抵接气套使接气套抵靠在控制板下。
一实施例之中:该控制阀组包括固装在控制板下的隔气板,该第一弹性体顶抵隔气板。
一实施例之中:该控制阀组能转动连接在管路,该控制板上设有通气口,通过控制阀组转动控制通气口和接气套接通与否。
一实施例之中:该管路包括围壁和密封固接在围壁下周缘的底壁,该封板固设在围壁内,该接气部分和围壁固接且接气部分具有凸伸入围壁内的连接座,该接气部分设有接气路,该连接座上端面凹设有该接气路的接气口,该控制板位于连接座之上及围壁内。
一实施例之中:该接气套外通过间隔部固设有固柱,该连接座上端面凹设有凹槽,该接气套适配插入接气口内,该固柱插入凹槽内且第二弹性体装入凹槽内且顶抵在凹槽槽底和固柱间。
一实施例之中:该接气套上周缘朝外延伸成外凸缘,该外凸缘位于接气口之外。
一实施例之中:该控制阀组包括固装在控制板下的隔气板,该第一弹性体顶抵在隔气板和底壁间。
一实施例之中:该隔气板下凸设有凸柱,该第一弹性体套接凸柱。
一实施例之中:该控制板能转动连接管路且控制板相对管路在至少两个切换位置间转动,该控制板底面设有顶抵区域,该顶抵区域设于每相邻两个切换位置间,通过顶抵区域驱动接气套下压。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之二是:SPA水池,它设有所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
第一弹性体装接在管路和控制阀组间且顶抵控制阀组使控制板抵靠在封板下,第二弹性体装接在接气部分和接气套间且顶抵接气套使接气套抵靠在控制板下,接气套接通接气口,则能通过第一、第二弹性体的弹力及接气套的滑动实现补偿,确保接气口和控制板间的气路配合。
第一弹性体顶抵隔气板,布局合理,结构紧凑。

具体实施方式
实施例一
请查阅图1至图8,SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,包括管路1、控制阀组2、接气套3、第一弹性体4和第二弹性体5。
该管路1包括相对固定的接气部分11和封板。具体结构中,该管路1还包括围壁13和密封固接在围壁13下周缘的底壁14,该接气部分11和围壁13固接且接气部分11具有凸伸入围壁13内的连接座15,该接气部分11设有接气路,该连接座15上端面凹设有该接气路的接气口16,该封板能装拆固装在围壁13内且位于连接座15之上。
该控制阀组2包括控制板21和固装在控制板21下的隔气板22。该隔气板22插入围壁13内,该控制板21位于封板下且位于连接座15之上,该第一弹性体4位于围壁13内且装接在底壁14和控制阀组2间且顶抵控制阀组2使控制板21抵靠在封板下;具体结构中,该隔气板22下凸设有凸柱23,该第一弹性体4为弹簧且套接凸柱23,顶抵在隔气板22和底壁14间。
该接气套3上下滑接在接气口16,该第二弹性体5装接在接气部分11和接气套3间且顶抵接气套3使接气套3抵靠在控制板21下,通过第一、第二弹性体使得接气套始终紧配合控制板,以通过第一、第二弹性体实现补偿。具体结构中:该接气套3外通过间隔部固设有固柱31,该连接座15上端面凹设有凹槽151,该接气套3适配插入接气口16内,该固柱31插入凹槽151内且第二弹性体5为弹簧,该弹簧装入凹槽151内且顶抵在凹槽151槽底和固柱31端面间,结构简单,装配方便,补偿稳定可靠;该接气套3上周缘朝外延伸成外凸缘32,该外凸缘32位于接气口之外,以限定接气套最深插入位置。
该控制阀组2能转动连接在管路1的围壁内且能相对管路在至少两个切换位置间转动,切换位置和通气、排气,或者,第一通气、第二通气、排气一一对应,该控制板21上设有通气口24,通过控制阀组转动控制通气口和接气套接通与否,当接气套和通气口处于非接通状态,则控制阀组2切换至关闭状态以为关闭接气路;当接气套和通气口处于接通状态,则分为两个位置:第一个位置,接气套和通气口对齐接通,则控制阀组2切换至排气状态以为接气路排气,第二个位置,接气套和通气口错开但通过连接座上端面凹设有C形槽接通接气套和通气口,则控制阀组2切换至进气状态以为接气路充气。本具体实施方式的控制阀组切换时可通过下压控制阀组使控制板和封板分离以减少控制板和封板间的摩擦力,降低切换力,提升切换便利性。
进一步,该控制板31底面设有顶抵区域,该顶抵区域设于每两个切换位置间,通过顶抵区域能驱动接气套下压,一方面,该接气套的下压产生力度变化能提升用户切换手感,使用户通过切换手感即可感知是否切换到位。另一方面,能保持在切换位置,实现档位卡位功能。
实施例二
SPA水池,它设有所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本实用新型实施的范围,即依本实用新型专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型涵盖的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:包括管路、控制阀组、接气套、第一弹性体和第二弹性体;该管路包括相对固定的接气部分和封板;该控制阀组包括控制板,该控制板位于封板下,该第一弹性体装接在管路和控制阀组间且顶抵控制阀组使控制板抵靠在封板下;该接气部分设有接气口,该接气套上下滑接在接气口,该第二弹性体装接在接气部分和接气套间且顶抵接气套使接气套抵靠在控制板下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:该控制阀组包括固装在控制板下的隔气板,该第一弹性体顶抵隔气板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:该控制阀组能转动连接在管路,该控制板上设有通气口,通过控制阀组转动控制通气口和接气套接通与否。
4.根据权利要求1所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:该管路包括围壁和密封固接在围壁下周缘的底壁,该封板固设在围壁内,该接气部分和围壁固接且接气部分具有凸伸入围壁内的连接座,该接气部分设有接气路,该连接座上端面凹设有该接气路的接气口,该控制板位于连接座之上及围壁内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:该接气套外通过间隔部固设有固柱,该连接座上端面凹设有凹槽,该接气套适配插入接气口内,该固柱插入凹槽内且第二弹性体装入凹槽内且顶抵在凹槽槽底和固柱间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:该接气套上周缘朝外延伸成外凸缘,该外凸缘位于接气口之外。
7.根据权利要求5所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:该控制阀组包括固装在控制板下的隔气板,该第一弹性体顶抵在隔气板和底壁间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:该隔气板下凸设有凸柱,该第一弹性体套接凸柱。
9.根据权利要求1所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构,其特征在于:该控制板能转动连接管路且控制板相对管路在至少两个切换位置间转动,该控制板底面设有顶抵区域,该顶抵区域设于每相邻两个切换位置间,通过顶抵区域驱动接气套下压。
10.SPA水池,其特征在于,它设有根据权利要求1所述的SPA水池带补偿功能的气路结构。
