Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种小型汽油挖坑机的油门安全控制装置,包括操纵架,操纵架相对的两侧分别设有把手,右侧为油门操纵把手,左侧为操纵架平衡把手,操纵架上方固定设有油门控制装置。油门控制装置与操纵架中间位置所安装的汽油机通过油门线相连接,油门控制装置一侧设有触碰杆,油门操纵把手通过油门线与油门控制装置相连接。当挖坑机工作时,如果旋转的钻头碰到树根或者石块而停止转动,操作者的身体会触碰到触碰杆,使之转动来调节油门控制装置,减少汽油机的油量供给,将汽油机的转速降低,避免了因扭矩过大而产生的危险。本实用新型设计合理,操作安全,简单轻便,实用性强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及工程机械技术领域,尤其涉及小型汽油挖坑机的油门安全控制装置。
背景技术
小型汽油挖坑机又叫做种植机,是指可由一个人操作的,通常用于农作物种植、栽树以及挖坑等作业的小型机械,它能节省人力并提高工作效率,用途非常广泛。
传统小型汽油挖坑机使用时,适合在平坦松软的土地作业,如果挖坑过程中碰到树根或者石块,钻头会因为突然卡住并停止转动,但是此时的汽油机仍旧在高速运转,产生的巨大扭矩导致操纵架和汽油机外壳跟着转动;操作者面对突然增加的扭矩,自然会本能地用力握紧把手,跟着机器一起转动,只有用较大的力气才能控制住机器,但仍有可能擦拭手臂,甚至跟着机器转动而摔倒,作业时存在安全隐患。
现有技术中,有些挖坑机通过在钻头钻杆与汽油机连接处设有缓冲结构,来减缓冲击力,但效果不理想。也有挖坑机通过在汽油机的输出端设置刹车结构,靠摩擦力来减少扭矩的传递,由于汽油机仍然在高速运转,高负荷使得离合器打滑,会影响产品的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种设计合理、操作安全、简单轻便的小型汽油挖坑机的油门安全控制装置。
一种小型汽油挖坑机的油门安全控制装置,包括操纵架,操纵架相对的两侧分别设有把手,右侧为油门操纵把手,左侧为操纵架平衡把手,操纵架上方固定设有油门控制装置。油门控制装置与操纵架中间位置所安装的汽油机通过油门线相连接,油门控制装置一侧设有触碰杆,油门操纵把手通过油门线与油门控制装置相连接。
当挖坑机工作时,如果旋转的钻头碰到树根或者石块,钻头会突然停止转动,反向的冲击力将带动操纵架按逆时针方向偏转,操作者的身体会碰到触碰杆,触碰杆转动调节油门控制装置,减少汽油机的油量供给,将汽油机的转速降低,扭矩减少,操作者就容易控制挖坑机。
当触碰杆到达极限位置B时,油门线完全松开,汽油机油门处于怠速状态,离合器脱离接触,没有扭矩输出,没有使操纵架偏转的力,操作者很容易重新找回平衡。
当操纵架重新回到原来位置时,触动杆会自动回复到初始位置A,汽油机恢复正常工作。
因为突然卡住并停止转动,通过减少汽油机的油门供给,将汽油机的转速降低,扭矩减少,操作者容易重新找回平衡,避免了因扭矩过大而产生的危险,同时也能保护机械设备本身,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1和图2对本实用新型作进一步描述。
一种小型汽油挖坑机的油门安全控制装置,包括操纵架1,操纵架1相对的两侧分别设有把手,右侧为油门操纵把手2,左侧为操纵架平衡把手3,操纵架1上方固定设有油门控制装置4。油门控制装置4与操纵架1中间位置所安装的汽油机通过油门线6相连接,汽油机安装在汽油机安装位置5,在油门控制装置4一侧设有触碰杆7,油门操纵把手2通过油门线6与油门控制装置4相连接。
当挖坑机工作时,如果旋转的钻头碰到树根或者石块,钻头会突然停止转动,反向的冲击力将带动操纵架按逆时针方向偏转。操作者会出于本能,更加用力地紧握油门操纵手把和操纵架平衡把手,完全没有能力松开油门操纵把手,于是双手和手臂跟着操纵架一起转动,而身体还来不及跟着转。这时,操作者的身体会碰到触碰杆,使触碰杆由初始位置A向触碰杆的极限位置B方向发生转动,从而调节油门控制装置,随着触碰杆由A到B转过角度的增加,逐渐松开油门线,减少汽油机的油量供给,将汽油机的转速降低,扭矩减少,操作者就容易控制挖坑机。
当触碰杆到达极限位置B时,油门线完全松开,汽油机油门处于怠速状态,离合器脱离接触,没有扭矩输出,没有使操纵架偏转的力,操作者很容易重新找回平衡。
当操纵架重新回到原来位置时,触动杆会自动回复到初始位置A,汽油机恢复正常工作。
本实用新型设计合理,操作安全,简单轻便,即使在布满砖石的地方钻孔作业,操作者也可很容易重新找回平衡,避免了因扭矩过大而产生的危险,操作无安全隐患,同时也能保护机械设备本身,延长产品使用寿命。

1.一种小型汽油挖坑机的油门安全控制装置,包括操纵架,操纵架相对的两侧分别设有把手,右侧为油门操纵把手,左侧为操纵架平衡把手,其特征在于:操纵架上方固定设有油门控制装置,所述油门控制装置与操纵架中间位置所安装的汽油机通过油门线相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述挖坑机的油门安全控制装置,其特征在于:所述油门控制装置一侧设有触碰杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述挖坑机的油门安全控制装置,其特征在于:所述油门操纵把手通过油门线与油门控制装置相连接。
