背景技术
现有的冶金行业熔炼炉有芯感应炉和无芯感应炉两类。有芯感应炉主要用于各种铸铁等金属的熔炼和保温,能利用废炉料,熔炼成本低,但启熔慢,不具有搅拌的功能。无芯感应炉分为工频感应炉、三倍频感炉、发电机组中频感应炉、可控硅中频感应炉、高频感应炉,启熔快,具有搅拌的功能,但熔炼和保温效果欠缺。
实用新型内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既具有有芯感应炉功能,又具有无芯感应炉功能的一种有芯无芯感应炉。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。感应炉的加热源由无芯感应体和有芯感应体构成的设计,是本实用新型的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于:启熔和保温时,或要求金属液搅拌时,开动无芯感应体;正常工作时,使用有芯感应体,不仅可以单独使用,而且可以多个使用,视功率大小而定。通电运行时,节能运行效率高,这种设备既可配一套电源,也可配两台以上电源,最佳所配电源为一拖二、一拖三、一拖四的串联电源,运行在低频率状态。
