本发明公开了一种电能熔制装置,包括熔制装置主架、电炉、输送装置、电极压送及提升装置和三根特殊材料电极;所述电炉安装在熔制装置主架底部,所述电炉上部设有电炉布料器,该电炉布料器与所述输送装置连接;所述三根特殊材料电极均通过电极把持器设置于所述电炉正上方的熔制装置主架上,所述三根特殊材料电极均与变压器连接;所述电极压送及提升装置设于熔制装置主架顶部。本发明提高品质及效率,降低能耗,从根本上消除废气污染和全部可使废料入炉解决固体废料的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种熔炉装置,特别涉及一种电能熔制装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,对白云石、矿渣、粉煤灰等原料熔制均采用燃烧炉熔制,该种熔制方法不仅消耗较多煤炭材料并造成废气污染,而且熔制出来的原料溶液品质较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效节能的电能熔制装置。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种电能熔制装置,包括熔制装置主架、电炉、输送装置、电极压送及提升装置和三根特殊材料电极;所述电炉安装在熔制装置主架底部,所述电炉上部设有电炉布料器,该电炉布料器与所述输送装置连接;所述三根特殊材料电极均通过电极把持器设置于所述电炉正上方的熔制装置主架上,所述三根特殊材料电极均与变压器连接;所述电极压送及提升装置设于熔制装置主架顶部。
优选的,所述电炉由炉外壳及安装在炉外壳内的熔池构成。
优选的,所述电炉底侧部设置有流料口。
优选的,所述电炉底侧部设置有放铁口。
原料通过输送装置送至电炉布料器,电炉布料器再将原料送入电炉中,三根特殊材料电极通过电极压送及提升装置压送至原料溶液中,特殊材料电极对电炉三相供电(供电参数为低电压,大电流),在交流电的作用下产生焦耳热,从而达到熔化和调温的目的;电炉内熔体由电炉流料口流出,熔化过程中还原出的铁(或其它金属)在电炉底侧部由放铁口放出。其中电极把持器调整特殊材料电极的上下位置,以保证熔体的温度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:提高品质及效率,降低能耗,从根本上消除废气污染和全部可使废料入炉解决固体废料的污染。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,该电能熔制装置包括熔制装置主架1,电炉2,输送装置3,电极压送及提升装置4,特殊材料电极5,电炉布料器6和电极把持器7;电炉2安装在熔制装置主架1底部,电炉2上部设有电炉布料器6,电炉布料器6与输送装置3连接;特殊材料电极5通过电极把持器7设置于电炉2正上方的熔制装置主架1上,特殊材料电极5与变压器连接;电极压送及提升装置4设于熔制装置主架1顶部;其中特殊材料电极5设有三根。优选的,电炉1由炉外壳及安装在炉外壳内的熔池构成,电炉1底侧部设置有流料口8和放铁口。
熔制开始时,原料通过输送装置3送至电炉布料器6,电炉布料器6再将原料送入电炉2中,三根特殊材料电极5通过电极压送及提升装置4压送至原料溶液中,特殊材料电极5对电炉1三相供电(供电参数为低电压,大电流),在交流电的作用下产生焦耳热,从而达到熔化和调温的目的;电炉1内熔体由流料口8流出,熔化过程中还原出的铁(或其它金属)在电炉底侧部由放铁口放出。其中电极把持器7调整特殊材料电极5的上下位置,以保证熔体的温度。

1.一种电能熔制装置,包括熔制装置主架,其特征在于,它还包括电炉、输送装置、电极压送及提升装置和三根特殊材料电极;所述电炉安装在熔制装置主架底部,所述电炉上部设有电炉布料器,该电炉布料器与所述输送装置连接;所述三根特殊材料电极均通过用以调节所述特殊材料电极上下位置的电极把持器设置于所述电炉正上方的熔制装置主架上,且能够在所述电极压送及提升装置的驱使下进行升降动作从而达到融化和调温的目的,所述三根特殊材料电极均与变压器连接;所述电极压送及提升装置设于熔制装置主架顶部,并与所述三根特殊材料电极连接,所述电炉由炉外壳及安装在炉外壳内的熔池构成,所述电炉底部设置有流料口和所述电炉底部设置有放铁口。
