Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种翼子板支架,其特征在于,底座与管体之间设有橡胶,橡胶与管体硫化在一起,且橡胶采用直筒结构,底座采用直筒结构且表面设有螺纹孔,将硫化在一起的硫化管体压入直筒结构的底座,并采用螺钉联接,在管体的一端设有一端盖,端盖与管体之间为过盈配合。通过以上设置本实用新型不仅有效降低产品重量,同时改善整车对减震、缓冲性能的需求。

本实用新型涉及一种安装在汽车底盘,承载车尾灯和翼子板的支架。
背景技术
目前,重型卡车上使用的翼子板支架均采用纯金属焊接结构,此结构自身重量重,不具备减震和缓冲性能特点,在承受重载荷及过大冲击力作用下由于金属间的相互碰撞,易损坏其它部件。
发明内容
为克服现有翼子板支架纯金属结构自身重量重、且不具备减震、缓冲性能的特点,本实用新型采用橡胶结构翼子板支架,该产品不仅有效降低产品重量,同时改善整车对减震、缓冲性能的需求。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
底座与管体之间设有橡胶,橡胶与管体硫化在一起,且橡胶采用直筒结构,底座采用直筒结构且表面设有螺纹孔,将硫化在一起的硫化管体压入直筒结构的底座,并采用螺钉联接,在管体的一端设有一端盖,端盖与管体之间为过盈配合。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,底座1与管体3之间设有橡胶2,橡胶2与管体3硫化在一起,且橡胶采用直筒结构;由于产品的管体是弯管结构,不能采用锥形直管压入的方法,故底座的上设有螺纹孔,将硫化在一起的硫化管体与直筒结构的底座采取过盈配合后,采用螺钉4联接,防止管体3脱出和转动;管口端设有端盖5,使端盖5与管体3之间是过盈配合,具有防水、防锈蚀的作用并给翼子板支架带来了美观的效果。

1、翼子板支架,其特征在于:底座与管体之间设有橡胶,橡胶与管体硫化在一起,且橡胶采用直筒结构,底座采用直筒结构且表面设有螺纹孔,将硫化在一起的硫化管体压入直筒结构的底座,并采用螺钉联接,在管体的一端设有一端盖,端盖与管体之间为过盈配合。
