本实用新型涉及一种汽车配件，具体涉及的是一种汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件的改进发明。
【背景技术】
汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件安装在汽车底盘上，其作用是吸收路面传来的振动，缓和冲击。现有技术的汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件一般包括衬套、衬套橡胶和衬套外管，衬套橡胶设在衬套和衬套外管之间，衬套外管与衬套橡胶连接的部位为方管形，衬套橡胶的外圈是方形的，这样在使用时，衬套橡胶在衬套外管反作用力作用下，在不断的冲击和挤压过程中，橡胶内部组织结构容易发生变化，引起橡胶的严重变形、橡胶破损或断裂；还有，使用中的衬套橡胶的变形是收缩的，而现有技术的衬套橡胶上没有可压缩的空腔，这样使橡胶产生很大的内应力，引起橡胶内部组织结构的改变，缩短了缓冲橡胶组件的使用寿命。
【发明内容】
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种使用寿命长、节省材料成本低的汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件。
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的：汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件，包括衬套、衬套橡胶和衬套外管，衬套橡胶设在衬套和衬套外管之间，其特征在于：所述衬套外管与衬套橡胶连接的部位为圆管形。所述衬套橡胶内设有可压缩空腔。
本实用新型改变了衬套外管与衬套橡胶外圈的形状，使现有技术的方形改为圆形，这样就能有效分散衬套橡胶受力时对衬套外管的作用力，也就是分散了衬套外管对衬套橡胶的反作用力，改善了衬套橡胶的受力情况，提高了衬套橡胶的使用寿命，从而提高了整个汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件的使用寿命；还有，在衬套橡胶内设置了合理的可压缩空腔，这样就相当预留了衬套橡胶在受压时的变形空间，减少了橡胶收缩量和橡胶收缩时产生的内应力，增加了使用寿命，同时节省了材料，降低了成本。

参照附图1、2，该汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件，包括衬套4、衬套橡胶3和衬套外管1，衬套橡胶3设在衬套4和衬套外管1之间，所述衬套外管1与衬套橡胶3连接的部位为圆管形，所述衬套橡胶3的两侧端面上下均设有可压缩空腔2，这些可压缩空腔2在衬套橡胶压铸时同时留出。

1.汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件，包括衬套(4)、衬套橡胶(3)和衬套外管(1)，衬套橡胶(3)设在衬套(4)和衬套外管(1)之间，其特征在于：所述衬套外管(1)与衬套橡胶(3)连接的部位为圆管形。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车悬挂臂缓冲橡胶组件，其特征在于：所述衬套橡胶(3)内设有可压缩空腔(2)。
