技术领域：
本发明涉及甲泼尼龙系列产品9，11---脱酯物的生产工艺方法。
背景技术：
传统的甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物的生产工艺，以中间体11-磺酸酯湿品、醋酸和醋酸钾为原料，进行9，11-脱酯反应，快速升温至充分回流，反应完毕后稀释、过滤、干燥得甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物。其缺点在于：本工艺采用磺酰化物湿品投料，磺酰化物的含水量不稳定，溶解后醋酸与水的比例不定，使得反应回流温度上下波动，温度偏高会破坏目的产物的结构，造成主产物质量和收率较低。
发明内容：
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题，提供一种甲泼尼龙系列产品9，11-脱酯物的生产工艺方法，以11-磺酸酯湿品、醋酸、醋酸钾为原料，快速升温至充分回流，补加控温水，调节回流反应在最佳的温度下进行，反应完毕后稀释、过滤、干燥得甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物。

补加控温水可快速调节醋酸与水的比例，使回流温度稳定，避免了由于温度过高而造成的产物结构被破坏的现象，产物的质量和收率显著提高。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供了如下技术方案：
以中间体脱氢物为原料，用甲磺酰氯进行磺酯化反应，反应完毕后，稀释、过滤，得磺酰化物湿品。以11-磺酸酯湿品、醋酸、醋酸钾为原料，快速升温至充分回流，补加控温水，调节回流反应在109℃±2℃下进行，反应完毕后稀释、过滤、干燥得甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物。
本发明的优益效果可以通过以上实验证明。

提高含量％＝(甲泼尼龙脱酯物含量-对照甲泼尼龙脱酯物含量)÷甲泼尼龙脱酯物含量×100％
以上磺酰化物样品和脱酯物样品经薄层色谱分离，用体积比为7∶3的氯仿和丙酮的混合溶液作展开剂，可以看出补加控温水的样品杂质明显少于未补加控温水的样品。
由上表可以看出，补加控温水，控制回流温度在109℃±2℃，甲泼尼龙脱酯物收率和含量都有明显提高，且回流温度在109℃±2℃时，产品的收率和含量的提高幅度基本相同。
由此可见，本发明的优益效果在于：以11-磺酸酯湿品、醋酸、醋酸钾为原料，快速升温至充分回流，补加控温水，调节回流反应在109℃±2℃下进行，降低了产物结构被破坏的程度，产物的质量和收率显著提高。
具体实施方式：
实施例1：用脱氢物10g与一定量的甲磺酰氯反应，反应完毕后，得磺酰化物湿品16.7g，用60g醋酸、25-30g醋酸钠与磺酰化物进行反应，快速升温至充分回流，回流温度为115℃，反应完毕后稀释、过滤、干燥得甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物8.4g，含量82.2％，收率为84.0％。
实施例2：用脱氢物10g与一定量的甲磺酰氯反应，反应完毕后，得磺酰化物湿品16.5g，用60g醋酸、25-30g醋酸钠与磺酰化物进行反应，快速升温至充分回流，补加控温水6.5ml，回流温度为109℃，反应完毕后稀释、过滤、干燥得甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物8.84g，含量86.2％，收率为88.0％。
实施例3：用脱氢物10g与一定量的甲磺酰氯反应，反应完毕后，得磺酰化物湿品16.9g，用60g醋酸、25-30g醋酸钠与磺酰化物进行反应，快速升温至充分回流，补加控温水7.5ml，回流温度为107.5℃，反应完毕后稀释、过滤、干燥得甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物8.75g，含量86.7％，收率为87.0％。
实施例4：用脱氢物10g与一定量的甲磺酰氯反应，反应完毕后，得磺酰化物湿品16.3g，用60g醋酸、25-30g醋酸钠与磺酰化物进行反应，快速升温至充分回流，补加控温水6ml，回流温度为110.5℃，反应完毕后稀释、过滤、干燥得甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物8.92g，含量85.9％，收率为89.0％。

1.一种甲泼尼龙系列产品9，11---脱酯物的生产工艺方法，其特征在于：以中间体脱氢物为原料，用甲磺酰氯进行磺酯化反应，反应完毕后，稀释、过滤，得磺酰化物湿品；以所得磺酰化物湿品、醋酸、醋酸钾为原料，快速升温至充分回流，补加控温水，调节回流反应在109℃±2℃下进行，反应完毕后稀释、过滤，干燥得甲泼尼龙9，11-脱酯物。
