Abstract

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗乳腺疾病的中药胶囊。
二、背景技术
乳腺疾病在我国属常见病，它的覆盖面占妇女人数的75％-85％，(其中包括轻、中、重三类)，随着全社会乳房疾病普查的广泛开展，科学辅助检测手段的普遍应用，各种乳腺疾病的查出率均有提高。这种乳腺疾病上升的趋势，严重威胁着广大妇女同志的健康。而现有治疗乳腺疾病的方法和药物，虽然也有很多，不仅包括西药也包括中药，西药只能缓解症状，但不能治本，现有的中药虽也有一定效果，但疗程长，而治愈率不高，只能止痛，不能化瘀、解痈，更不能治愈，因此乳腺疾病成为临床上的疑难病症。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据中医辩治理论，提供一种治疗乳腺疾病的药物。中医学认为，急慢性乳腺炎，乳腺增生，乳腺肿瘤等分属于中医的“乳痈”、“乳癖”的范畴；乳房结块、乳房疼痛，是其两大主要症状，而肝郁气滞，痰浊互结，毒邪瘟结则是乳腺疾患的共同病理基础。所以本发明的药物配方选择：
香附35-40份，白芍35-45份，柴胡40-50份，鸡内金40-55份，木香30-35份，枳壳20-25份，鹿角30-40份，厚朴30-35份，玄参20-30份，蒲公英30-50份，牡丹皮20-35份，昆布40-50份，夏枯草20-30份，鸡血藤30-40份，红花20-25份，三七10-15份，茯苓25-30份，海藻40-50份、豆蔻40-55份。
本发明的白芍、枳壳、香附、厚朴、鸡内金、茯苓具有活血化瘀，疏肝理气，以消致病之本的功能；
海藻、昆布、蒲公英、夏枯草具有散结化痈，清热解毒之功效，可治疗乳腺病的主要症状；
牡丹皮、红花、木香、鸡血藤、鹿角、三七、玄参、柴胡、豆蔻具有补肾精，养阴凉血，活血化瘀，平肝潜阳、行气理气，消炎止痛之功效。
中医理论认为，诸药相合，且能达到调理内分泌，平肝补肾，活血化瘀，解毒散结，消块止痛之功效。
本发明的制配方法是：
选择上述比例的香附、柴胡、木香、鸡内金、枳壳分别用食醋浸泡30分钟，捞出凉干备用；
上述比例的白芍用麸皮加适当的食醋放在铁锅里文火炒15分钟，晾凉备用；
上述比例的鹿角、厚朴、玄参、蒲公英、牡丹皮、昆布、夏枯草、鸡血藤、红花、三七、茯苓、海藻、豆蔻分别放在铁锅中用文火炒15分钟，晾凉备用；
将上述炮制的药材放入烘箱烘干，冷却后粉成粉末，装入胶囊即可。
本发明的积极效果是：疗程短，效果快，服用方便，价格低廉，无任何副作用，经临床试用，本发明适用于乳腺疾病各阶段的病情治疗，如乳腺小叶增生、乳结、乳痈、乳痛、乳腺管堵塞、乳腺纤维组织单项或多项增生阶段的治疗。
四、具体实施方式
取香附35g，白芍35g，柴胡45g，鸡内金55g，木香35g，枳壳30g，鹿角30g，厚朴30g，玄参20g，蒲公英40g，牡丹皮20g，昆布40g，夏枯草30g，鸡血藤35g，红花25g，三七10g，茯苓30g，海藻45g，豆蔻50g用前述方法炮制后制成胶囊，每粒重0.25g。
用法：口服；
用量：一日三次，一次3-5粒。
经期停服。
经106例病人使用观察，其中96人口服本发明中药胶囊，10人用抗菌素针剂(输液)；配合外敷消炎药膏。(三天换一次外敷消炎止痛药膏)。结果口服中药胶囊的2-3天治愈50人；3-7天治愈30人；7-15天治愈10人；16-20天治愈3人；21-30天治愈2人；30-35天治愈1人；而用抗菌素加外敷药膏10人有：3人15-25天治愈；6人26-30天治愈；还有一人效果不明显，结果又改成口服中药胶囊后6天治愈。对照来看，中药胶囊治疗乳腺疾病优于抗菌素效果，特别是乳期急性乳腺炎，口服此药一天止痛，3天消炎化结。
治疗乳腺疾病(包括乳腺小叶增生、腺泡上皮、腺管堵塞、乳腺管纤维组织的单项或多项增生)观察治疗106例病人中：23岁左右30例；26-35岁左右有46例；35-48岁左右的约有20例。肿块大小一般约3厘米左右×3厘米左右，4厘米左右×5厘米左右，5厘米左右×6厘米左右，；还有乳腺管堵塞成条锁状，硬如铁条，长约3厘米左右，粗3毫米，长3-4厘米左右，粗约4毫米左右，等不同体征的全部病历均是通过体征检查和远红外乳腺诊断仪的确诊，大部分是一侧重，另一侧稍轻。对于年龄段在25左右，性格开朗，按时服药，70％的急性乳腺炎，口服此药一天见轻、二天止痛、三天治愈。
对于口服此药疗效慢，时间长的，占比例30％左右，在临床病例、病情分析，年龄段在40-50岁左右，乳腺疾病约有5-20年左右均没有得到及时有效治疗，多数含有乳腺几种病症的存在如(乳腺小叶大块结块、乳腺管条状堵塞、硬如铁条、乳腺纤维化、硬如铁块等)。况且这种年龄段的病人大多是心胸狭窄，不能完全按时服药。但经一段时间的治疗也都达到了预期的治疗效果—痊愈。本发明的药物在临床上应用有效率是百分之百。

1、一种治疗乳腺疾病的中药胶囊，其特征在于：它是由香附35-40份，白芍35-45份，柴胡40-50份，鸡内金40-55份，木香30-35份，枳壳20-25份，鹿角30-40份，厚朴30-35份，玄参20-30份，蒲公英30-50份，牡丹皮20-35份，昆布40-50份，夏枯草20-30份，鸡血藤30-40份，红花20-25份，三七10-15份，茯苓25-30份，海藻40-50份，豆蔻40-55份粉碎后制成的胶囊。
