Abstract
本发明涉及一种主治恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物，主要由海藻、昆布、没药、乳香、贝母、瓜蒌、当归、陈皮、大青叶、公英组成，使用时根据患者的不同症状在主药成份的基础上加减。本发明无毒副作用，总有效率可达61%。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物，属于中医药技术领域。
恶性淋瘤属原发于淋巴网状组织的恶性肿瘤，是血液病中较难治疗的疾病之一，目前国内外治疗这类疾病，西医临床通常采用手术切除病灶并同时配合使用化疗、放疗的治疗办法。这种治疗虽能在某种程度上使患者病情得到缓解，但不能从根本上避免由外科手术引起的并发症及化、放疗本身所产生的毒、副反应对人体的损害。由于化、放疗法治疗恶性淋巴瘤在杀死癌细胞的同时，也杀死了人体许多正常的健康细胞，导致患者新的化疗及放射性疾病，使患者心、肝、脾、肾及消化系统受到不同程度的损害，造成机体免疫功能下降，身体各部位的正常机能减退，病情往往得不到满意的控制和治疗。而国内中医界虽早已开始上述疾病在中医中药辩证施治方面的探索，但终因缺乏对中草药的科学配伍而导致辩病与辩证不能有机的结合，未能取得好的疗效。
本发明的发明目的在于避免上述西医疗法对人体产生的毒副作用，推出科学治疗恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物，即针对患者不同阶段的发病特点，采用辩病与辩证相结合的方法辩证施治。有的放矢地选择最佳用药的治疗方案，以取得较为理想的疗效。
本发明的发明目的可以通过以下技术方案得以实现：这种治疗恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物由海藻、昆布、没药、乳香、贝母、瓜蒌、当归、陈皮、大青叶、公英、十味中草药制成，各味中草药均占总重量的10％。使患者达到化痰散结通络、行气活血解毒的治疗效果。临床上针对患者不同的病变部位及发病特点，在上述基本方的基础上采用辩病与辩证相结合的方法辩治：即气血两亏者可在基本方的基础上加党参、黄芪、阿胶、白芍，且各占总重量的百分比为：海藻6．8％、昆布6．8％、没药6．8％、乳香6．8％、贝母6．8％、瓜蒌6．8％、当归6．8％、陈皮6．8％、大青叶6．8％、公英6．8％、党参8．2％、黄芪10．2％、阿胶6．8％、白芍6．8％。发热者可在基本方的基础上加夏枯草、白花蛇舌草、柴胡、黄芩，且各占总重量的百分比为：海藻6．8％、昆布6．8％、没药6．8％、乳香6．8％、贝母6．8％、瓜蒌6．8％、当归6．8％、陈皮6．8％、大青叶6．8％、公英6．8％、夏枯草8．2％、白花蛇舌草10．2％、柴胡6．8％、黄芩6．8％。腹痛者在基础方的基础上加白芍、厚朴、枳实，且各原料均占总重量的7．7％。兼皮肤损害者可在基础方的基础上加白鲜皮、苦参、金银花、土茯苓，且占总重量的百分比为：海藻6．9％、昆布6．9％、没药6．9％、乳香6．9％、贝母6．9％、瓜蒌6．9％、当归6．9％、陈皮6．9％、大青叶6．9％、公英6．9％、白藓皮10．3％、苦参6．9％、金银花6．9％、土茯苓6．9％。患者淋巴肿瘤发于头颈部者可在基本方的基础上加入桔梗、升麻，且分别占总重量的百分比为：海藻8．4％、昆布8．4％、没药8．4％、乳香8．4％、贝母8．4％、瓜蒌8．4％、当归8．4％、陈皮8．4％、大青叶8．4％、公英8．4％、桔梗8．4％、升麻7．6％。患者肿瘤发于喉部者可在基础方的基础上加入桔梗、玄参、射干，且占总重量的百分比为：海藻7．6％、昆布7．6％、没药7．6％、乳香7．6％、贝母7．6％、瓜蒌7．6％、当归7．6％、陈皮7．6％、大青叶7．6％、公英7．6％、桔梗7．6％、玄参9．1％、射干7．6％。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列积极效果：不仅避免了采用西医治疗人体的毒付作用，同时由于本发明以中医理论的化痰散结通络，行气活血解毒为主，它根据患者的临床表现而随症治疗，如药物配伍中用海藻、昆布、瓜蒌、贝母以化痰散结，用陈皮以行气化痰，用乳香、没药、当归以活血祛瘀，用大青叶、公英以清热解毒，诸药合用，可使患者顽疾缓解，寿命延长。优于单纯应用扶正消核，消痰化瘀，清热解毒等只限于根据疾病某一阶段的临床表现而采取单一的治疗方法。临床使用后，确有意想不到疗效，下表统计的31例患者均为在县级以上医院确诊恶性淋巴瘤前来求治者，其中男15例，女16例；分类中何杰金氏病29例，非何杰金氏病2例。发病部位：颌下15例，锁骨上7例，鼻咽部3例，锁骨上、腋下、耳前后多发者4例，喉部1例，胃淋巴肉瘤1例，疗程在8～10疗程者23例，10疗程以上者8例。疗效分析：

疗效标准：
完全缓解：肿大之淋巴结消失，病检淋巴结构正常，临床症状消失，随访5年以上未复发。
部分缓解：肿大淋巴结明显缩小，病检淋巴结结构部分异常，临床症状改善。
无效：治疗后肿大淋巴结及临床症状无明显改变。
下面进一介绍本发明的实施例：关于恶性淋巴瘤的成因问题，通过多年对患者的临床观察，认为该病与中医论著中的“症积”“马刀瘿”等症有相似之处。根据古人“无痰不成核”之说，造成恶性淋巴瘤疾病的主因多为肝郁日久，气郁化火，火毒灼津成痰，痰毒阏血搏结而成，或因脾气素亏，运化失司，水湿不运，凝聚为痰，痰积日久，痰毒瘀结于里而为本病，这便是产生本发明的病理思想。而痰毒停留位置不同，临床表现也不同。列举如下实施例：
例1：治疗恶性淋巴瘤中草药组合物的基本配伍：海藻10g、昆布10g、没药10g、乳香10g、贝母10g、瓜蒌10g、当归10g、陈皮10g、大青叶10g、公英10g；
例2：对于气血两亏的恶性淋巴瘤患者可在例1基本配伍的基础上加党参12g、黄芪15g、阿胶10g、白芍10g；
例3：对于发热型患者可在例1基本配伍的基础上加夏枯草12g、白花蛇舌草15g、柴胡10g、黄芩10g；
例4：对于腹痛型患者可在例1基本配伍的基础上加白芍10g、厚朴10g、枳实10g；
例5：对于兼皮肤损害的患者可在例1基本配伍的基础上加白藓皮15g、苦参10g、二花10g、土茯苓10g；
例6：对于恶性淋巴瘤发于头颈部者可在例1基本配伍的基础上加入桔梗10g、升麻9g；
例7：对于恶性淋巴瘤病灶位于喉部者可在例1基本配伍的基础上加入桔梗10g、玄参12g、射干10g。
上述各例，每日一剂，10剂为1疗程。
本发明经动物毒性实验，无毒副作用及其它不良反应。

1．一种治疗恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物，其特征在于该组合物由海藻、昆布、没药、乳香、贝母、瓜蒌、当归、陈皮、大青叶、公英十味中草药制成，各味中草药的含量均占总重量的10％。
2．一种治疗恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物，其特征在于制成该组合物的中草药原料及占总重量的百分比为：海藻6．8％、昆布6．8％、没药6．8％、乳香6．8％、贝母6．8％、瓜蒌6．8％、当归6．8％、陈皮68％、大青叶6．8％、公英6．8％、党参8．2％、黄芪10．2％、阿胶6．8％、白芍6．8％。
3．一种治疗恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物，其特征在于制成该组合物的中草药原料及占总重量的百分比为：海藻6．8％、昆布6．8％、没药6．8％、乳香6．8％、贝母6．8％、瓜蒌6．8％、当归6．8％、陈皮68％、大青叶6．8％、公英6．8％、夏枯草8．2％、白花蛇舌草10．2％、柴胡6．8％、黄芩6．8％。
4．一种治疗恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物，其特征在于制成该组合物的中草药原料为：海藻、昆布、没药、乳香、贝母、瓜蒌、当归、陈皮、大青叶、公英、白芍、厚朴、枳实，各味中草药的含量均占总重量的7．7％。
5．一种治疗恶性淋巴瘤的中草药组合物，其特征在于制成该组合物的中草药原料及占总重量的百分比为：海藻6．9％、昆布6．9％、没药6．9％、乳香6．9％、贝母6．9％、瓜蒌6．9％、当归6．9％、陈皮6．9％、大青叶6．9％、公英6．9％、白藓皮10．3％、苦参6．9％、金银花6．9％、土茯苓6．9％。
