Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗放射性脑干型脑脊髓病的中药制剂。中医认为放射性脑干型脑脊髓病表现为相应脑干节段的神经麻痹加偏瘫症状。中医辩证为气滞血瘀、脉络瘀阻型。为此，本发明选择具有益气、活血、通络的中药狗尾巴参、刺老鸦、白果根、牛尾菜、饱饭花、雉子筵、一叶获、丝瓜根、刺楸树根、甘草头，水煎成汤剂。经本院临床试验，有效率为93.3％，明显优于对照组，而且治疗成本低，值得临床推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗放射性脑干型脑脊髓病的中药制剂。
背景技术
放射性脑脊髓病是由放射治疗诱发的严重并发症之一，多数于接受放疗后12周～5年内发病(平均18个月)。其发生率与照射剂量、时间、照射野大小、照射的次数及个体对放射线的敏感程度有关。外照射直接损伤脑脊髓组织是该病主要原因，致使脑脊髓神经细胞变性、血管壁增厚，使血管腔变小，致管腔闭塞造成脑脊髓供血不足，引起缺血性改变，致使周边脑组织有水肿、炎症组织浸润，神经纤维脱髓和胶质增生的病理改变。放射性脑脊髓病主要表现按损伤部位的不同，分有大脑型、脑干型、脊髓型。西医治疗该病常采用激素治疗，疗效欠佳且副作用大，放疗中断和治疗时间延长又会降低治疗效果。中医药治疗放射性脑脊髓病不仅疗效肯定、无毒副作用而且价格低廉，对于提高机体耐受性，降低放射性脑脊髓病的发生率，缓解症状方面有显著的疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗放射性脑干型脑脊髓病的中药制剂。放射性脑干型脑脊髓病表现为相应脑干节段的神经麻痹加偏瘫症状。中医辩证为气滞血瘀、脉络瘀阻型，治宜益气、活血、通络。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗放射性脑干型脑脊髓病的中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：狗尾巴参9-15份、刺老鸦15-25份、白果根50-60份、牛尾菜9-15份、饱饭花3-6份、雉子筵9-15份、一叶获9-15份、丝瓜根3-9份、刺楸树根9-15份、甘草头3-6份。
优选的，狗尾巴参12份、刺老鸦20份、白果根55份、牛尾菜12份、饱饭花4份、雉子筵12份、一叶获12份、丝瓜根6份、刺楸树根12份、甘草头4份。
制备方法将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
方中：狗尾巴参生津益气、养阴润肺；刺老鸦补气安神、强精补肾、祛风活络；白果根益气补虚；牛尾菜补气、舒筋活络、活血；饱饭花强筋益气、消肿；雉子筵益中气、补阴虚；一叶荻活血舒筋、健脾益肾；丝瓜根活血、通经、消肿；刺楸树根散瘀凉血、祛风除湿；甘草头行瘀血、消肿毒。
临床资料
1、一般资料选取2008年1月至2010年12月入住我院的30例放射性脑干型脑脊髓病患者的临床资料，其中男性17例，女性13例，年龄44岁～75岁，平均56.1岁。原发疾病为鼻咽癌18例，食管癌11例，下颌釉质细胞癌1例。照射后至症状出现时间为16～25周15例，26～78周15例。随机分为两组，两组在性别比、年龄、病程等方面均无统计学差异(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
2、诊断标准(1)有头面部肿瘤或食管癌放射性治疗史；(2)放疗结束至临床症状出现有16～78周的潜伏期；(3)神经症状及体征与照射部位相符；(4)头颅CT检查可见颞叶、顶叶、丘脑或脑干有局限性坏死灶；(5)排除肿瘤转移或复发对神经系统的直接侵犯。
3、治疗方法对照组患者进行常规西医激素治疗，治疗组患者在西医治疗1周的基础上，从第二周起停用激素，服用本发明所述的中药制剂，称取狗尾巴参12g、刺老鸦20g、白果根55g、牛尾菜12g、饱饭花4g、雉子筵12g、一叶获12g、丝瓜根6g、刺楸树根12g、甘草头4g，水煎成汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚2次服用。两组均连续治疗1个月。
5、疗效标准根据患者一般状况按评分卡氏(KPS)标准。各型的症状在用药2周后症状缓解达80～90分的为显效；用药3周后症状改善以60～70分的为有效；用药4周后症状无改善以40～50分的为无效。
6、治疗结果患者治疗1个月后观察疗效，治疗组15例，其中显效11例(73.3％)，有效3例(20％)，无效1例(6.7％)，总有效率93.3％。对照组15例，其中显效6例(40％)，有效5例(33.3％)，无效4例(26.7％)，总有效率73.3％。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05)，治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取狗尾巴参12g、刺老鸦20g、白果根55g、牛尾菜12g、饱饭花4g、雉子筵12g、一叶获12g、丝瓜根6g、刺楸树根12g、甘草头4g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例二：称取狗尾巴参15g、刺老鸦15g、白果根60g、牛尾菜9g、饱饭花6g、雉子筵9g、一叶获15g、丝瓜根3g、刺楸树根15g、甘草头3g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例三：称取狗尾巴参9g、刺老鸦25g、白果根50g、牛尾菜15g、饱饭花3g、雉子筵15g、一叶获9g、丝瓜根9g、刺楸树根9g、甘草头6g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗放射性脑干型脑脊髓病的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：狗尾巴参9-15份、刺老鸦15-25份、白果根50-60份、牛尾菜9-15份、饱饭花3-6份、雉子筵9-15份、一叶获9-15份、丝瓜根3-9份、刺楸树根9-15份、甘草头3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗放射性脑干型脑脊髓病的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：狗尾巴参12份、刺老鸦20份、白果根55份、牛尾菜12份、饱饭花4份、雉子筵12份、一叶获12份、丝瓜根6份、刺楸树根12份、甘草头4份。
