本发明涉及一种电子组件，包括电子设备和面板装置，该面板装置具有设有驱动电子器件的第一面板，该电子设备设有用于与该面板装置交换控制参数的装置。
本发明进一步涉及一种在这种设备中使用的面板装置，以及用于至少两个这种装置的框架。
该面板装置可以是触摸屏或显示装置，其属于液晶显示装置、电致变色显示器、电泳显示装置和反射显示装置中的一个，包括干涉调制器和发光显示装置。该显示装置可以是无源或有源矩阵显示装置。这种有源矩阵显示装置的范例有TFT-LCD或AM-LCD、(O)LCD装置，其用于膝上电脑和管理器中，但是在GSM电话中的应用也开始变得广泛起来。
这种矩阵显示器通常通过选择线寻址，其通过开关(诸如TFT(MOS)晶体管)周期性地寻址(一组)选择线或行，同时通过(一组)数据线或列提供数据(电压)。因此，“控制参数”的意义包括这些驱动信号，但是也可以包括该显示装置(模块)与该电子设备之间的其它接口信号。类似的标记应用于触摸面板或在与电子设备的接口模式中使用的任何其它面板的控制和感测，诸如前光或背光面板、或面板控制3D效果。对于许多应用，其优选地是标准接口。其例如可以包括诸如垂直同步脉冲、水平同步脉冲、时钟信号等多种信号。其也可以包括关于大小和分辨率的信息，或关于应用的任何其它相关信息(彩色或单色)。
在如今的许多应用中，诸如笔记本和管理器(但当然也是在GSM电话中)便携(显示)装置是人们所喜爱的。然而便携性的代价是显示器更容易破碎，因为大多数显示器是易碎系统。然而从便携装置上更换破碎显示器的代价过高，因此通常是将整个装置全部更换。由于99％的功能还是有用的，这样就会浪费资源。这样就使得成本变高的原因翻倍。首先，显示器是被铸模该装置中以使其增加强度。结果，拆下显示器就必须破坏该装置。其次，一旦显示器拆下之后，必须在该装置中装配一个新显示器，并且考虑到有大量的连接(数千个至百万个以上)，这是个复杂的工作。

在其它应用中，特别是移动电话中，感觉需要具有大于该装置内有效区域的显示区域。引入可卷动的显示器就解决了这种需要。当移动可卷动的显示器时，上面所提到的保护措施必须省去，同时基板通常变得非常薄得多，并因此更易碎。
本发明的一个目的是至少部分地克服上述问题。因此，在根据本发明的第一个电子设备中，在该电子设备外面提供该显示面板，并且该面板可以在第一位置和第二位置之间移动，其中该面板装置至少具有一个框架，其包括位于所述第一和第二位置其中之一的第一面板，并且该框架包括至少包括另一个面板，其可以在第一位置和第二位置之间移动，所述至少一个面板可卷动或者可折叠。

该面板可以在基本上看不到该面板的第一位置与至少可以看到部分该面板的第二位置之间移动。中间的独特位置也可以是有效的。
“基本上看不见”表示实际面板的大部分是人眼看不到的，这样是因为其位于框架内，或者因为该面板处于折叠或翻转位置。词语“部分面板”表示不需要指代显示器面板的可视部分。该(显示器)面板可以实现为可折叠并可卷动的，在这种情况下，例如承载分离(显示器)面板的基板在折叠位置中翻转出来，此后其不能够翻转。
本发明是基于这样的发现，最好将该面板或显示器做成坚固的，这样可以利用框架或副框架(例如盒)中的面板或显示器，在面板(显示器)失去功能之后，可以丢弃该面板(显示器)(以及框架和副框架)。当使用柔性面板(显示器)(例如包括集成行和列驱动器)时，这就更加有吸引力，并且可以得到廉价的“塑料电子器件”。通过提供框架或副框架中的(显示器)面板，就减小了这种框架或副框架中的驱动电子器件的数量，利用易处理的(显示器)面板就更加有吸引力。
通过在框架中提供多个面板，功能就进一步增加了，就可以得到上面所提到的可能性。
该框架可以储存在封装外壳中。可以从轴杆机构、棘爪机构、磁固定和粘胶组成的组中选择用于将该框架(或副框架)固定在该封装外壳中的固定装置。这样就打开了提供易处理显示器面板的通道，其可以(临时地)储存在这种封装中。
该面板装置和该电子设备可以是机械互连的或可机械互连的，这取决于应用类型。而且可以进行无线通信。这样就能够在多于一个设备中使用这种面板(显示器)装置，并且这种装置甚至具有“装载”数据的可能性，类似于装载证章、信用卡或类似装置。
优选实施例具有的框架包括用于每一单独面板的副框架。如果一个副框架可以沿中轴滑动(并且优选地也可以沿所述中轴转动)，就可以得到非常微型的盒状装置。
在一个实施例中，该滑动装置包括驱动电子器件，而该副框架可以具有公共的滑动装置。

该范例中的框架部分4包括印刷电路板20。在该印刷电路板20上，驱动器芯片21以及与按钮18(或其它交互装置)交互作用的电气互联22连同(通过导体23)与触垫38的阵列接触的电气互联22设置在一起，其可以与触垫37连接。触垫37可以位于该显示箔片(如此处所示)的两侧，或者只位于一侧。而且，应该注意到的是，该框架部分4可以包含进一步的芯片、电池、以及特别是天线，以使得能够例如在该设备1与该显示装置2之间进行RF链接，而不是通过电气互联25，或者在该显示装置2与该显示器面板3之间进行RF链接，也不是通过图4中所示的连接部件6。该驱动器芯片21或印刷电路板20上进一步的电路可以用于实施关于信息交换的(标准)协议，例如如何在不同种类的设备中使用不同种类的显示器面板(具有不同数目的线，不同数目的列等)。另一方面，其可以用来在该设备1中提供尽可能多的控制电路。

在上面所示的实施侧中，当该可卷动的面板部分3、7做成可视的时候，该副框架5与框架部分4分离，但是如图5中可以看到在另一个实施例中，一组副框架5沿着框架部分4设置，而该面板部分3、7可以从所述副框架中取出，如箭头30所示。图5的该装置包括四个副框架5，每一个包含一个卷动装置17，已经参照图4对其进行了详细的描述。在该范例中，副框架5和框架部分4的组装具有公共的框架31。虽然所画出的该副框架5和框架部分4具有正方形的横截面，但是它们也可以是圆形或其它横截面，例如相比于用于照相的胶片的横截面或喷墨盒的横截面。图5的装置适合用于参照图2b所述的功能。
图6所的装置具有框架部分4和副框架5，其具有圆形的横截面。在图6a的实施例中，每一面板具有其自己的驱动部分40，如参照图4所述。图6b的实施例具有公共的驱动部分41。该公共驱动部分41能够绕轴42转动。在该范例中，该驱动部分41包括在圆柱体43上的驱动器芯片21。通过旋转到特定点，在该面板3、7上的所述驱动器芯片21与导电垫37之间通过弹簧接触就可以得到电接触。
图7和8的装置包括两个副框架5，其包括面板3、4。在这种情况下，其中一个或两个副框架5都可以关于轴45滑动。在该范例中，这是通过圆柱形框架46实现的，其具有用于框架部分4的空间49。
在滑动之后(参见图9a中的箭头47)，其中一个副框架5绕轴45转动(参见图9b中的箭头48)，以得到两部分的显示器装置，在一个显示器装置的情况下，它们都具有朝向观察者8的显示功能。不言而喻的是，其中一个面板可以具有触摸功能来代替显示功能。在该范例中，该框架部分4也用作推夹。通过集中方式(当所有框架部分4都存在于该圆柱形框架46中时，其也可以包括驱动电子器件；信息可以通过电磁辐射或者通过电子机械接触提供给圆柱形框架46中或者框架部分4中的驱动电子器件，在图8中未示出)完成用于不同副显示器的信息检索，或者通过分散方式完成(框架部分4需要存在于该圆柱形框架46中；信息通过电磁辐射提供到该框架部分4)。
图10的装置所示为两个副框架5，其通过使用枢轴50围绕垂直于该附图的轴折叠(参见图10中的附图53)。通过折叠两组51两个这样的副框架5，这些组可以围绕附图平面中的轴52折叠，就得到了码尺状的结构(图11)。在该范例中，通过首先展开组51(参见附图11中的箭头53)并然后展开每一组的副框架5(参见图11中的箭头54)，所得到的装置就显示了每一个顶上的四个平面。
图12的副框架5包含两个卷动装置17，用于卷起(显示器)基板10，例如显示器屏幕和触摸屏，同时使用两个分离的轴55。
图13和14分别示意性地显示了进一步实施例的视图和截面图，其中该框架部分4、5具有圆形横截面，而三个(图14中为2个)框架部分4、5环绕中心轴60以一个(基本上)未卷起的状态装配到彼此中。在将该框架部分4、5拉出或滑出之后，该面板10可以展开，以(在图13的范例中)提供三个不同(显示器)面板的组合。
如果统一了用于框架的标准，并且如果存在关于信息交换的(标准)协议，例如如何在不同种类的设备中使用(具有不同引线数目、列数目等)不同种类的显示器面板，这些应用当然将会非常有吸引力。
本发明的保护范围并不限于所述实施例，同时，本发明也可以应用于其它显示器装置，例如(0)LED显示、以及其它框架装置。
另一方面，该电子设备1可以适用于不同的应用(例如可以用于电话应用和计算器应用)，其分别具有不同种类的(显示器)面板(带有不同的引线数目、列数目等)。该显示器面板甚至可以通过不同的技术实现，例如一个显示器面板使用(0)LED技术，并且另一种显示器面板使用LCD。
在许多可能的应用中，该展开的显示器区域并不需要从单面可以看见。另一方面，该可卷动的显示器面板可以从两个相对侧观看。
而且该设备与(部分)显示器之间的互联并不必是电机种类的，如图所示。可以使用电磁耦合(红外辐射)来将数据提供给该显示器装置或该显示器面板。
可以使用本领域中所熟知的几个机构，将可卷动的基板(薄膜)附属到该框架上，或者用于储存该副框架5。
本发明在于每一和每个新的特定性特征以及每一和每个特定性特征的组合。权利要求中的附图标记并不限制它们的保护范围。词语“包括”的使用以及其连接词并不排除存在权利要求中所陈述的那些元件之外的其它元件。元件前面的冠词“一个”或“一种”并不排除存在多个这种元件。

Claims (39)

1.一种电子组件，包括电子设备(1)和面板装置(2)，该面板装置具有设有驱动电子器件的第一面板(3，7)，该电子设备设有用于与该面板装置交换控制参数的装置，该面板装置设置在该电子设备的外部，并且该面板可以在第一位置和第二位置之间移动，其中该面板装置具有至少一个框架(4，5，31)，其包括位于所述第一和第二位置其中之一的第一面板和可以在第一位置和第二位置之间移动的至少一个进一步的面板(3，7)，所述至少一个面板是可卷动的或可折叠的。
2.根据权利要求1的电子组件，其适用于通过显示装置显示信息，至少一个面板(3，7)是显示面板(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的电子组件，该框架包括用于每一单独面板的副框架(5)。
4.根据权利要求3的电子组件，至少一个副框架(5)可以沿着该第一轴(45)滑动。
5.根据权利要求4的电子组件，至少一个副框架(5)可以关于该第一轴(45)转动。
6.根据权利要求5的电子组件，其中该副框架(5)具有公共的滑动装置(46)。
7.根据权利要求6的电子组件，其中该滑动装置包括驱动电子器件。
8.根据权利要求6的电子组件，该面板可以关于公共轴(60)卷动。
9.根据权利要求4的电子组件，至少两个副框架可以沿着第一轴关于彼此转动。
10.根据权利要求9的电子组件，至少一个进一步的副框架可以关于基本上垂直于第一轴的另一轴(52)转动或折叠。
11.根据权利要求3的电子组件，其中该副框架具有公共的驱动装置(21)。
12.根据权利要求11的电子组件，其中该驱动装置可以转动。
13.根据权利要求1或2的电子组件，该框架包括至少两个面板，每一个单独的面板可以从单独的轴(55)卷动。
14.根据权利要求1或2的电子组件，该面板装置和该电子设备被机械地互连起来，或者是可以机械互连的。
15.根据权利要求1或2的电子组件，该面板装置的驱动电子器件和该电子设备中的电子电路可以通过电磁耦合互连。
16.根据权利要求1或2的电子组件，该电子设备包括控制器，用于选择至少一个用于该面板装置的应用，并且进一步包括存储器装置，至少用于存储与所述应用相关的面板参数，以及用于将所述参数提供给该电子设备与该面板装置之间的接口的装置。
17.一种面板装置，具有设有驱动电子器件的第一面板(3，7)，该面板可以在第一位置和第二位置之间移动，其中该面板装置具有至少一个框架(4，5，31)，其包括位于所述第一和第二位置其中之一的第一面板和可以在第一位置和第二位置之间移动的至少一个进一步的面板(3，7)，所述面板是可卷动的或可折叠的。
18.根据权利要求17的面板装置，该框架包括用于每一单独面板的副框架(5)。
19.根据权利要求18的面板装置，其中至少一个副框架可以沿着该第一轴(45)滑动。
20.根据权利要求19的面板装置，其中至少一个副框架可以关于该第一轴(45)转动。
21.根据权利要求20的面板装置，其中该副框架具有公共的滑动装置(46)。
22.根据权利要求21的面板装置，其中该滑动装置包括驱动电子器件。
