Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及吹塑,具体而言涉及具有形成在分别由两个或者多个型坯给料的模具中的两个或者多个物件注塑腔的改良吹塑模。
背景技术
技术人员熟知的是,吹塑技术广泛应用在生产诸如容器之类的空心塑料物件中。型坯通过热塑材料挤出形成,型坯位于模具的分离半模间。半模绕型坯关闭,分离组合件将模具中的型坯部分与模具外部的挤出型坯分离。空气注入模具中的型坯里面以将型坯的外表面压在模具的内表面上。当就这样形成的物体冷却,模具打开,物体从模具中弹射出。图1说明了使用此种技术的吹塑机,其中一系列模具放置在转动轮6上。在此机器中,型坯在模具达到转动周期内的九点钟的位置时从下面插入每个模具中。吹塑的物体在轮顺时针转动时冷却。模具打开,物体弹出,此时处于六点钟的位置。
在以前的如刚刚所述类型的垂直轮吹塑机中,典型的是,转轮上由单个型坯给料的每个模具有一个物件形成腔。在一些以前的垂直轮吹塑应用中,模具7与两个物件形成腔8一起使用,如图2中所示。在此以前的技术设计中,两个腔8都和单个型坯注射器成一直线,并都由单个型坯给料。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供增加吹塑机容量的全新吹塑模。本发明的另一目的是提供不增加操作机器的人力或者不需要资金成本显著增加的情况下增加现有轮吹塑机的容量的全新吹塑机。
简单而言,本发明打算提供其中每个模具具有两个或者更多腔的吹塑模,每个分别由两个或者多个型坯给料。由单个型坯给料的每个腔本身可以包括两个或者多个与型坯对齐的物件腔。

图4A是图3中模腔简略示意图,放置于图1中所示类型的垂直轮吹塑机中;
图4B是从注射器之上图4A往下看时的简略示意图,并显示出模腔的两半。
图5是参照本发明原理的双型坯模视图,显示了用于每个腔的单独的吹塑管和吹塑针。
具体实施方式
现在参照图3、4A和4B,由半模21和23组成的模具20固定在图1中所示吹塑机垂直轮6的支撑部件25上。根据本发明原理,模具20具有两个或者多个物体形成腔22(在此示例实施例中为三个),它们分别由单独的型坯注射器24给料。为了通用的目的,显示了每个单独腔22,其上部容器腔26和下部容器腔28与向腔给料的型坯对准。此示例实施例中的每个腔22制造相互附着的两个容器,每个模具制造三对这样的物体。显然,每个腔制造单个物体,在单个模具中也许仅有两个腔或者多于三个腔,每个腔分别由单独的型坯给料。在图1中六点钟位置,在图4A中简略显示,模腔22在一水平面上对齐。同样的,型坯注射器24也在此平面对齐。每个模腔优选的具有单独型坯分离组合件30,如2001年1月17日申请的申请序列号为No.09/760,734并转让给本发明受让人的共同待审专利申请所述。
所有的吹塑物体需要同时弹出以避免弹出物体在下游传输带上堵塞。为达到此目的,弹出器组合件应该在模具的一端安置在一起以使单个吹塑物体作为一个整体往下落。
图5与双腔、双型坯模具相关。每个型坯在模具关闭后被由分别不同的插入形成于模具中各不同的柱体33之一中的针之一所吹气。此处需要注意的是,引导轴衬34位于长圆柱33中,此圆柱紧密相邻于针插入型坯外侧的区域以保证型坯被吹到和避免针的束缚。
尽管对本单个优选实施例进行了说明,技术人员将会认识到在所附权利要求的精神和范围内可以修改并实施本发明。
Claims (9)
1、一种多型坯、多腔吹塑模组合包括:
由许多物件形成腔构成的吹塑模,所述每个腔适于通过模具周围各个单独开口由单独型坯给料。
2、一种垂直轮吹塑机组合包括:
安装有多个模具的轮,所述轮在型坯注射位置和物件弹出台之间间转动所述模具;
由多个物件形成腔构成的吹塑模,所述每个腔适于通过模具周围的各个单独的开口由单独型坯给料;
在所述型坯注射位置用以将各个型坯注射到所述每个模腔中的多个型坯注射器。
3、根据权利要求2所述的垂直轮吹塑机,其特征在于每个腔包括两个与所述型坯对准的物件形成腔。
4、根据权利要求2所述的垂直轮吹塑机,进一步包括在每个所述模具中的单独的圆柱,其提供通道使得针能够通过它插入以向每个型坯吹气。
5、根据权利要求4所述的垂直轮吹塑机,其特征在于至少一个通道包括位于和针进入型坯的区域相邻的轴衬。
6、根据权利要求3所述的垂直轮吹塑机,进一步包括在每个所述模具中的单独的圆柱,其提供通道使得针能够通过它插入以向每个型坯吹气。
7、根据权利要求6所述的垂直轮吹塑机,其特征在于至少一个通道包括位于和针进入型坯的区域相邻的轴衬。
8、根据权利要求1所述的垂直轮吹塑机,进一步包括在每个所述模具中的单独的圆柱,其提供通道使得针能够通过它插入以向每个型坯吹气。
9、根据权利要求8所述的垂直轮吹塑机,其特征在于至少一个通道包括位于和针进入型坯的区域相邻的轴衬。
