Abstract

本发明涉及一种铰链。
背景技术
迄今为止采用由一与家具壁连接的安装板和一固定在它上面的铰链臂组成的铰链，其中铰链臂与安装板可调整地连接。例如由DE3513521 A1已知这种类型的铰链。
还已知，安装板和铰链臂制成一体，并且安装板弯曲到铰链下面，其中安装板通过调整螺钉与铰链臂连接，参见DE 200 20 998 U1。
发明内容
本发明的目的是，更经济同时外观更令人满意地制造这种类型的相对于家具壁高度可调的铰链。
按本发明这个目的通过以下特征来实现。

本铰链由此可以简单的方式在高度上调节并且由于铰链的外形而具有一个封闭的形象。高度调节本身可以例如通过调节螺钉实现。
按照一种优选的实施例，做成凸起的铰链臂区向外凸起，使得为了调整而将铰链臂做成特别是弹性的。
按照另一种实施例，该区域向内凸起。另一种实施例设想，固定法兰具有环形的加强棱边，使得达到可靠地固定在家具壁上。
另一种实施例设想，其侧壁是中凸的铰链臂的纵向区做成弹性的。

具体实施方式
用10表示铰链的总体，它包括一铰链臂12，铰链臂具有两个支承在它上面的铰接销14、16，并且可旋转地支承两个铰接杆18、20，它们在对置的末端处借助于铰接销22、24与一例如装在家具门25上的铰链壳体27可旋转地连接。为了能沿D和E方向调整这种铰链臂，此铰链臂12设有法兰28，该法兰具有用于固定螺钉的长孔30和折弯的加强棱边31。这使得可以沿E方向进行调整。
如果希望沿D方向调整铰接销14、16，则操纵支承在铰链臂12的螺纹36内的调节螺钉34。如果这样转动调节螺钉34，使它压向家具壁19，那么铰链臂的梁38便压离家具壁19。铰链臂12的凸起的侧壁40弹性退让，从而可以沿D方向调整铰接销16、14还有门25。凸起的侧壁40和梁38或连续的过渡区域在横截面上构成一个带张开的臂的U形，它通过家具壁19连接而基本上描绘一种梯形。更强烈弯曲的臂在此也应该理解为梯形的概念。
按图1的实施例是所谓的多关节铰链。这里铰接杆18、20需要一相应于载荷要求的支承，因为它们要承受沿垂直于图纸平面的方向分布的重力。如图4中所示，在铰链臂的凸起部分40的这个区域内相互平行分布。这个平行壁区向拱起(凸起)的壁区的过渡是平滑和无台阶的，如特别是由图2可见。其次图2示出，拱起(凸起)既可以做成是向外的，也可以做成是向内40’的。这仅仅取决于，铰链臂12在这个区域内做得具有这样的弹性，即在调节螺钉34的力的作用下，门25可以沿箭头D方向或相反方向作弹性运动。通过固定螺钉29穿过法兰28的长孔30的方法使铰链臂12可以沿箭头E方向和相反方向调整。

Claims (7)

1.带有至少一个铰接销的铰链，该铰链具有一做成为铰链臂(12)的第一铰链件，该第一铰链件与一第二铰链件(27)可旋转地连接，其中铰链臂(12)具有基本上U形的横截面，在此U形臂以其末端朝向家具；并且在U形臂的末端上，在一个平行于家具的平面内侧向设有折弯的固定法兰(28)，
其特征为：
a)基本上U形的横截面在朝向家具的末端处张开，使横截面成梯形分布；
b)其中在铰链臂(12)的位于固定法兰(28)对面的末端处，梯形横截面具有向平行的U形臂的连续过渡；
c)至少一个铰接销(14、16)设在所述平行的U形臂的区域内；
d)梯形横截面区的对置的侧边不是平的，而是做成为凸起的；
e)所述铰链臂做成为具有弹性的，并且铰链臂上设有调节螺钉(34)。
2.按权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征为：铰链臂(12)横截面区的凸起部分(40)向外拱起。
3.按权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征为：铰链臂(12)横截面区的凸起部分(40)向内拱起。
4.按权利要求1至3之一所述的铰链，其特征为：平行于家具壁分布的固定法兰(28)具有环形的加强棱边(31)。
5.按权利要求1至3之一所述的铰链，其特征为：铰链臂在梯形凸起地构成的区域内做成为弹性的。
6.按权利要求1至3之一所述的铰链，其特征为：借助所述调节螺钉(34)使各U形臂之间的连续过渡在高度上是可调节的。
7.按权利要求1至3之一所述的铰链，其特征为：在所述固定法兰(28)上设有用于固定螺钉(29)的长孔(30)。
