Abstract

本发明涉及特别用于切削盘的减震片。
金刚石盘是公知的,它包括一个钢或铝盘,一个金刚石覆盖的板的冠部借助公知的焊接技术固定在钢或铝盘的圆周区域上。所述盘以每分高转数转动,用于切削大多数异种产品如岩石、混凝土、任何材料制成的瓦及一般的建筑材料。
用于切削木头、玻璃、铁的钢盘也是公知的,它们具有象锯那样的圆周齿冠或其上固定硬金属如Vidia。已经注意到传统的钢或铝切削盘,无论其用于建筑材料还是铁、木材等,都会形成引起振动的磁波或声波。
除了产生震耳欲聋的噪音以外,振动会显著影响盘的工作温度,因而显著减小其机械阻力。所述盘承受不同种类的变形,这会导致金刚石板或齿的断裂或脱落,这对操作者及对于被加工的产品都有相当大的危险。
本发明的目的是消除或抑制上述波的形成,从而防止钢或金属制成的公知的盘出现过热的现象。
另一个目的是在金刚石盘的情形中从切削及工作时间方面改善金刚石的工作。
上述的目的和其它的目的是通过减震片实现的,减震片的特征在权利要求书中阐明,具体来说,它包括一层或多层织物,所述织物是由碳纤维或由组合有其它人造纤维如玻璃纤维的碳纤维或只由玻璃纤维制成的,在所述片的至少一个表面上涂覆一层适于将所述片稳定地固定在钢或金属盘上的粘合剂。
对照以下附图,只是借助非限定性举例的方式对推荐的图示实施例进行描述,进一步阐明上述的和其它的特征。
图1以立体图表示圆形片;
图2表示片的横剖面。
现在参阅附图,标号1代表一个圆形片,其上有一中心孔2。
圆形片是由一或多个碳纤维织物层3形成的,其总厚度为十分之二至十分之八毫米,这样的厚度均不超过将要应用所述圆形片的金属片11的金刚石板10的或齿的厚度。
每个织物可以交错地由组合有玻璃纤维的碳纤维或混合有凯夫拉尔纤维的碳纤维实现。
或者,每个织物层可完全由碳纤维制成。
在组合纤维的织物的情形中,碳纤维的取向可以不同于玻璃纤维或凯夫拉尔纤维的取向。
在片的两个表面中的至少一个上,施加粘合剂层4,覆盖以纸或硬纸片5。当除硬纸片5,片1就可以贴在钢盘的一个表面上,从而与其形成整体。另一个片1也可以施加在盘的另一个表面上。
片1的厚度及其所用纤维的种类应根据制成盘的金属种类,以及其工作场合来确定。
由于切削盘的直径已是标准化的,片可以具有一个直径,该直径等于金刚石板或齿以内的盘的直径,但是,也可以象图1所示那样,它具有一个直径,该直径等于切削盘的最大直径,沿着相应于其它市售的较小直径的圆周具有弱化线或裁边线12。
这样就可以只上市一种通用的片,用户可在将片施加在盘上时直接进行适应性调整。
所述一个或多个织物层可以浸渍双成分树脂。

Claims (8)

1.用于金属制成的切削盘的减震片,其特征在于:它包括一个或多个碳纤维织物层(3),在所述片(1)的一面上有一个能够贴在金属盘(11)表面上的粘合剂层(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的片,其特征在于:它包括碳纤维和玻璃纤维制成的一个或多个织物层(3),两种纤维的取向不同。
3.如权利要求1所述的片,其特征在于:它包括碳纤维和凯夫拉尔纤维制成的一个或多个织物层(3),两种纤维的取向不同。
4.如权利要求1所述的片,其特征在于:它包括由玻璃纤维制成的一个或多个织物层(3)。
5.如权利要求1所述的片,其特征在于:它包括一个纸或硬纸片(5),其覆盖着粘合剂层(4)。
6.如前述一项或多项权利要求所述的片,其特征在于:它可具有的厚度,使其一旦施加在所述盘上时,并不超过齿的或金刚石板(10)的厚度。
7.如前述一项或多项权利要求所述的片,其特征在于:它呈圆形,其直径等于金刚石板或齿以内的盘的直径。
8.如前述一个或多个权利要求所述的片,其特征在于:它具有一个直径,该直径等于市售切削盘的直径,沿着相应于其它市售较小直径的圆周的弱化线或裁边线(12)。
