Abstract
본 발명은, 섬유 직경이 10㎛ 이하인 섬유률 80% 이상 포함하고, 낙합(@合) 부직포 및 멜트 블로우 부직포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 부직포 층을 적어도 편면에 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 연마 시트에 과한 것이다. 이 연마 시트는 자기 기록 매체, 특히 자기 디스트 제조용 비자성 도금 기재의 텍스쳐 가공용으로 바람직하다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 연마 시트의 부직포 층을 구성하는 섬유 직경 10㎛ 이하의 섬유를 형성할 수 있는 분할성 섬유의 일례의 단면 형상을 모식적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.
제9도는 본 발명에 따른 연마 시트를 사용하여 비자성 도금 기재를 텍스처 가공한 상태를 나타내는 설명도이다.
Claims (15)
- 섬유 직경이 10㎛ 이하인 섬유률 80% 이상 포함하고, 낙합 부직포 및 멜트 블로우 부직포로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 부직포 층을 적어도 편면에 가짐을 특징으로 하는 연마 시트
- 제1항에 있어서, 낙합 부직포가 유체류에 의해 낙합된 것이 연마 시트
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 부직포 층이, 섬유 직경 1 내지 5㎛의 극세섬유와 섬유 직경 0.8㎛이하의 초극세섬유를 포함하는 연마 시트
- 제3항에 있어서, 극세섬유의 섬유 직경이 2 내지 3㎛이고, 초극세섬유의 직경이 0.5.㎛이하인 연마 시트
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 부직포 층에 있어서, 극세섬유가 섬유본수로 0.1 내지 5%이고, 초극세섬유가 섬유본수로 95 내지 99.9%인 연마 시트
- 제5항에 있어서, 부직포 층에 있어서, 극세섬유가 섬유본수로 1내지 3%이고, 초극세섬유가 섬유본수로 97 내지 99%인 연마 시트
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세섬유가 플리아미드 섬유 또는 폴리프로필렌 섬유이고, 초극세섬유가 폴리프로필렌 섬유인 연마 시트
- 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세섬유와 초극세섬유가 동일 섬유속내에 존재하고 있는 연마 시트
- 제1 항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유를 포함하는 충을 추가로 갖는 연마 시트
- 제1 항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강층을 추가로 갖는 연마 시트
- 제1 항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 친수성 보강층을 갖는 연마 시트
