Abstract
弹性伸缩性片,它给相互直交的二方向中仅一方向具有弹性伸缩性的片赋予了二方向的弹性伸缩性。其特征在于,在横向具有弹性伸缩性的平坦的片材料上形成着许多的褶裥,该褶裥向纵向延伸、并在横向上反复形成着峰6和谷7,在峰6的顶部8接合着沿横向具有弹性伸缩性的弹性线4。
Description
本发明涉及在纵向和横向上有弹性伸缩性的片。
原来,将由伸缩性弹性纤维构成的纤维网向一方向连续地供给,通过用被加热的压花辊或高压柱状水流对此进行处理,使纤维相互熔敷或机械地交织而得到肌肤触感好的无纺布,这是为人熟知的。这样的无纺布,使用于例如一次性使用尿布、生理用卫生巾等的一次性使用穿着用品。
这样的无纺布,在纤维网制造工序中及其后的纤维网处理过程中,弹性纤维容易朝向机械方向排列,其结果,所得到的无纺布向机械方向伸缩容易,但在与其方向正交的方向上不太伸缩。
因此,本发明的课题是使向一方向容易弹性伸缩、但在与其方向正交的方向上缺乏弹性伸缩性的片在其两方向上容易弹性伸缩。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的在互相正交的纵向和横向上具有弹性伸缩性的片,其特征是,在该片中,在上述纵向比上述横向容易弹性伸缩的平坦的片材料上形成着许多的褶裥,该褶裥向上述纵方向延伸并在上述横向上反复地形成峰、谷,在上述褶裥的多个峰的顶部外侧接合着在上述横向具有伸缩性的弹性构件。
在该发明的最佳实施例中,在上述褶裥的多个谷的底部外侧也接合着上述弹性构件。
在另一实施例中,上述弹性构件是线状物。在又一实施例中,上述弹性构件是在上述纵向和上述横向上具有弹性伸缩性的片状物。

以下,参照附图说明本发明的弹性伸缩性片。
图1是平坦的片材料1的立体图。图2是弹性伸缩性片2的立体图。片材料1可向双箭头Y方向弹性伸缩,但向双箭头X方向不伸缩、或即使可向X方向进行伸缩但也不像Y方向那样地容易进行伸缩、或向X方向非弹性地进行伸长。这样的片材料1有例如氨脂弹性丝、或卷缩的复合纤维等的伸缩性的丝向Y向顽强地取向着的无纺布或织布。
弹性伸缩性片2具有带有由片材料1折曲而形成的褶裥的片3、多条弹性线4。片材料1以其褶裥的峰6和谷7向箭头Y方向延伸、在箭头X方向中以其峰6和谷7的起伏反复进行的方式被折曲着。弹性线4向箭头X方向直线地延伸,以伸长状态或非伸长状态接合在带褶裥的片3的峰6的顶部8上。
弹性线4使用的是例如由天然橡胶、合成橡胶、塑料弹性体等构成的弹性线。这样的弹性线4由热熔粘接剂等的粘接剂与顶部8接合。作为弹性线4也可以使用具有弹性伸缩性的橡胶类的热熔粘接剂。线状延伸的热熔粘接剂在其处于熔融或半熔融状态时接合于顶部8而形成弹性线4。
这样的弹性伸缩性片2在被向箭头Y方向拉时,带褶裥的片3的褶裥伸展,与此同时,弹性线4弹性地伸长。故,弹性伸缩性片2在Y方向和X方向上弹性地进行伸缩。使多条的弹性纤维4的拉伸应力与向箭头Y方拉带褶裥的片3时的拉伸应力几乎相等地选择弹性线4的材料和形状,这样,该弹性伸缩性片2在Y方向和X方向上同样容易地进行弹性伸缩。弹性伸缩性片2可以以比较低的成本进行制造,适于作为一次性使用尿布等的一次性穿着用品的弹性构件使用。
图3是表示本发明的一实施例的与图2相同的图。在该弹性伸缩性片2中,多条的弹性线4螺旋状地被配置。
另外,图4也是表示本发明的另一实施例的与图2相同的图。在该弹性伸缩性片2中,直线地向X方向延伸的弹性线4除了从外侧接合在峰6的顶部8上之外,还从外侧(从图中的下方)接合在谷7的底部9上。
图5是表示本发明的又一实施例的与图2相同的图。在该弹性伸缩性片2中,在重合的2片带褶裥的片3、3之间夹装着在箭头Y方向和X方向具有弹性伸缩性的弹性片14。弹性片14通过热熔粘接剂(图中未示)接合在上方的带褶裥的片3的底部9和下方的带褶裥的片3的顶部8上。如该图示例,图2~4的弹性线4可代替弹性片14。
在该发明中,带褶裥的片3其表里无区别,即使将褶裥的峰部6换称为褶裥的谷部7,其实质上的意义不变。
若采用本发明,仅一方向上容易弹性伸缩的片材料向与该方向正交的另一方向也容易进行弹性伸缩。
Claims (4)
1.弹性伸缩性片,它是在相互正交的纵向和横向上具有弹性伸缩性的片,其特征在于,在上述纵向比上述横向容易弹性伸缩的平坦的片材料上形成着许多褶裥,该褶裥向上述纵向延伸,并在上述横向上反复地形成着峰和谷,在上述褶裥的多个峰的顶部外侧上接合着向上述横向具有伸缩性的弹性构件。
2.如权利要求1所述的片,其特征在于,在上述褶裥的多个谷的底部外侧也接合着上述弹性构件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的片,其特征在于,上述弹性构件是线状物。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的片,其特征在于,上述弹性构件是在上述纵向和横向上具有弹性伸缩性的片状物。
