Abstract

一种新型弹性腰围无纺布,包括上层弹性无纺布(1)、下层弹性无纺布(2)以及夹设在两者之间的弹性元件(3),上层弹性无纺布(1)沿其厚度方向呈具有交错设置的上层波峰部(11)及上层波谷部(12)的波浪线状结构,下层弹性无纺布(2)沿其厚度方向呈具有交错设置的下层波峰部(21)及下层波谷部(22)的波浪线状结构,当弹性元件(3)呈零张力的自然状态时,弹性元件(3)复合在上层波谷部(12)与下层波峰部(21)上,各上层波谷部(12)与下层波峰部(21)的复合位置相对应,各上层波峰部(11)、各下层波谷部(22)均与弹性元件(3)不相接触。

Description

一种新型弹性腰围无纺布及其成型工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品产品生产原料领域,具体涉及一种新型弹性腰围无纺布及其成型工艺。
背景技术
现在市面上婴儿训练裤、女性安心裤、成人拉拉裤的弹性腰围常用的弹性腰围样式有两种,一种是上下两层无纺布之间加入橡筋复合而成,市面上常见的两层无纺布与橡筋复合的弹性腰围材料,一般是两层无纺布之间分布15-30根420d-620d左右粗细的橡筋,这种形式的弹性腰围由于橡筋较粗,容易产生勒痕,穿戴不舒适;而一种是弹性膜材料,弹性膜材料经过拉伸活化后具有一定的弹性,因此被应用于弹性腰围的制作。但是其拉伸倍率有限,弹性远不如橡筋制作的弹性腰围。且弹性膜材料价格高,应用在产品上会导致其成本的增加。同时,弹性膜材料透气性差,会导致穿戴不舒适。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供一种新型弹性腰围无纺布及其成型工艺,解决了现有的弹性腰围无纺布欠缺舒适性的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型弹性腰围无纺布,包括上层弹性无纺布、下层弹性无纺布以及夹设在两者之间的弹性元件,所述上层弹性无纺布沿其厚度方向呈具有交错设置的上层波峰部及上层波谷部的波浪线状结构,所述下层弹性无纺布沿其厚度方向呈具有交错设置的下层波峰部及下层波谷部的波浪线状结构,当所述弹性元件呈零张力的自然状态时,所述弹性元件复合在所述上层波谷部与下层波峰部上,各所述上层波谷部与下层波峰部的复合位置相对应,各所述上层波峰部、各所述下层波谷部均与所述弹性元件不相接触,所述弹性元件为100-400根橡筋平行设置组成,所述橡筋的直径为50d-200d之间。
优选的,所述弹性元件由两种以上不同拉伸率的橡筋组成,并沿所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度方向以拉伸率递增或递减的方式依次设置,形成两个以上不同拉伸倍率的弹性区间。
优选的,所述上层弹性无纺布、下层弹性无纺布与弹性元件复合后的拉伸倍率为1-5倍之间的任意数值。
优选的,所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度为100mm-200mm。
优选的,所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度为150mm。
一种新型弹性腰围无纺布的成型工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一、取两组弹性无纺布呈流水线布置,分别经一齿形啮合成型机构成型后分别形成上层弹性无纺布以及下层弹性无纺布,并继续向前输送;
二、在所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布之间加入沿两者宽度方向均布的复数根橡筋,并在所述橡筋上喷胶,所述橡筋为50d-200d尺寸的100-400根平行设置;
三、在所述上层弹性无纺布与橡筋、橡筋与下层弹性无纺布之间设置热熔胶而后进行粘合,形成所述新型弹性腰围无纺布。
优选的,所述橡筋具有两种以上不同拉伸率,并沿所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度方向以拉伸率递增或递减的方式依次设置,形成两个以上不同拉伸倍率的弹性区间。
优选的,所述啮合成型机构包括用于上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布成型的成型辊组以及用于导向的导向辊组,所述成型辊组包括凸辊以及的凹辊,所述凹辊外表面均布有成型凹槽,所述凸辊外表面设置有与所述成型凹槽适配的成型凸台,所述成型凹槽的宽度大于所述成型凸台的宽度。
优选的,所述啮合成型机构还包括设于所述成型辊组前的用于提高无纺布湿度的水雾喷头,以及设于所述成型辊组后用于定型的热风烘干装置。
优选的,上述步骤三也可以为将所述上层弹性无纺布、橡筋与下层弹性无纺布进行超声波焊接或者热压合,形成所述新型弹性腰围无纺布。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所采用的产品结构与以往的产品结构不同,采用上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布均为波浪线截面的结构,上层波谷部与下层波峰部夹设弹性元件,形成具有立体空隙的结构,能够使弹性腰围更好的保留无纺布材料的柔软度和透气性,也不容易对使用者产生勒痕,具有良好的使用舒适性,既有市面上常用的两种样式的弹性腰围材料的优点,又能够将其所存在的弊端摒弃;
生产中,先对两层无纺布进行啮合成型使其形成波浪线结构而后在将两者与橡筋复合,成型过程简单,能够准确地达到生产要求,也便于对现有设备进行整改,减少设备投入,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
实施例一
参考图1及图2,一种新型弹性腰围无纺布,包括上层弹性无纺布1、下层弹性无纺布2以及夹设在两者之间的弹性元件3,所述上层弹性无纺布1沿其厚度方向呈具有交错设置的上层波峰部11及上层波谷部12的波浪线状结构,所述下层弹性无纺布2沿其厚度方向呈具有交错设置的下层波峰部21及下层波谷部22的波浪线状结构,当所述弹性元件3呈零张力的自然状态时,所述弹性元件3复合在所述上层波谷部12与下层波峰部21上,各所述上层波谷部12与下层波峰部21的复合位置相对应,各所述上层波峰部11、各所述下层波谷部22 均与所述弹性元件3不相接触;具体的,本实施例复合时采用热熔胶粘合的形式,需要指出的是,还可以采用超声波焊接或者热压的形式进行复合;本实施例所采用的产品结构与以往的产品结构不同,采用上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布均为波浪线截面的结构,上层波谷部与下层波峰部夹设弹性元件,形成具有立体空隙的结构,能够使弹性腰围更好的保留无纺布材料的柔软度和透气性,也不容易对使用者产生勒痕,具有良好的使用舒适性;
具体的,如图2所示,所述弹性元件3由三种不同拉伸率的橡筋平行设置组成,并沿所述上层弹性无纺布1与下层弹性无纺布2的宽度方向以拉伸率递增或递减的方式依次设置,形成A、B、C三个不同拉伸倍率的弹性区间,其中,A区的弹性最大,使用时,A区位置位于靠近吸收物品裤头的位置,这个位置需要较大的拉伸倍率,才能防止穿着时吸收物品由于使用者的活动而下滑;而B及C区则选择拉伸倍率小于A区的橡筋,能够减少吸收物品裤头以下部位的弹性,进而避免对相应位置产生较大的拉力,保证了贴身的同时也避免了弹力过大产生勒痕,提高穿着时的舒适性。
本实施例中,所述弹性元件3为400根橡筋组成。具体的,所述橡筋的直径为50d。这种结构,较之市面上产品所选用的420d-620d而言,单根橡筋较细,故而选择的数目较多,在相同的宽度范围内选择设置更多橡筋,不仅能够保证弹性元件3的弹性,而且也能更好地分散弹力,使用者穿着时更加舒适,进一步可以减少勒痕的情况出现;
并且,根据产品不同,橡筋数目可以选用100-400根,同时其直径可以选用50d-200d之间规格,这样可以针对不同的使用人群设计合适弹性的腰围无纺布;
根据上述设置,本实施例所述上层弹性无纺布1、下层弹性无纺布2与弹性元件3复合后的拉伸倍率为1,同样根据生产需求,可以调整橡筋规格及数目,使拉伸倍率处于1-5倍之间的任意数值均可。
本实施例中,选用的所述上层弹性无纺布1与下层弹性无纺布2的宽度为 150mm。同样根据产品不同,所述上层弹性无纺布1与下层弹性无纺布2的宽度为100mm-200mm均可。
同时,本方案公开了一种新型弹性腰围无纺布的成型工艺,包括以下步骤:
一、取两组弹性无纺布呈流水线布置,分别经一齿形啮合成型机构成型后分别形成上层弹性无纺布以及下层弹性无纺布,并继续向前输送;
二、在所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布之间加入沿两者宽度方向均布的复数根橡筋,并在所述橡筋上喷胶,所述橡筋为50d-200d尺寸的100-400根平行设置;
三、在所述上层弹性无纺布与橡筋、橡筋与下层弹性无纺布之间设置热熔胶而后进行粘合,形成所述新型弹性腰围无纺布。
优选的,所述橡筋具有两种以上不同拉伸率,并沿所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度方向以拉伸率递增或递减的方式依次设置,形成两个以上不同拉伸倍率的弹性区间。
具体参考图3,所述啮合成型机构包括用于上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布成型的成型辊组4以及若干用于导向的导向辊组5,所述成型辊组5包括凸辊41以及的凹辊42,所述凹辊42外表面均布有成型凹槽421,所述凸辊41外表面设置有与所述成型凹槽421适配的成型凸台411,所述成型凹槽421的宽度大于所述成型凸台411的宽度。成型时,弹性无纺布进入所述凸辊41与凹辊42之间,经成型凸台411与成型凹槽421共同作用发生形变,形成连续的波浪线状结构;同时由于成型凹槽421的宽度设定更大,在生产中成型凸台411与成型凹槽421之间的空隙为弹性无纺布的形变提供了缓冲空间,避免因两者的刚性结构导致弹性无纺布出现破裂的情况出现,而且也降低了设备的安装难度及加工难度;
本实施例中,为了提高成型后的定型效果,可在所述成型凹槽421的底部或成型凸台411内嵌置加热管43,在弹性无纺布发生形变后予以一定热量,避免其发生成型后的部分回缩,能够具有更好的成型效果;
本实施例中,所述啮合成型机构还包括设于所述成型辊组4前的用于提高弹性无纺布湿度的水雾喷头6,以及设于所述成型辊组4后用于定型的热风烘干装置7。设置水雾喷头6及后续的热风烘干装置7,在成型前提高弹性无纺布的湿度,形变后经热风烘干,更利于定型,提高成型效率及效果。
需要指出的是,上述步骤三也可以为将所述上层弹性无纺布、橡筋与下层弹性无纺布进行超声波焊接或者热压合,形成所述新型弹性腰围无纺布。
同时,在生产中,橡筋在复合前可以具有一定张力或无张力的状态;本实施例采用无张力状态进行生产;而在具有一定张力的情况下,在完成分切后橡筋会对成型后的弹性无纺布产品形成进一步的收缩效果,加大上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的形变量,同时也提供更大的弹性。
生产中,先对两层无纺布进行啮合成型使其形成波浪线结构而后在将两者与橡筋复合,成型过程简单,能够准确地达到生产要求,也便于对现有设备进行整改,减少设备投入,降低生产成本。
实施例二
如图4所示,与实施例一相比,为另一种具有可实现本发明申请方案的产品结构,在生产时,弹性元件3为具有一定张力的状态,并对上层弹性无纺布1与下层弹性无纺布2的夹设面进行喷胶对弹性元件3进行夹设粘附,在成品后,当所述弹性元件3呈零张力的自然状态时,各所述上层波峰部11与下层波峰部21、上层波谷部12与下层波谷部22的复合位置相对应。此为本方案另一生产方式,仅生产方法不同,亦可达到相应的技术效果。
需要指出的是,本实施例复合时采用施胶粘合的形式,还可以采用超声波焊接或者热压的形式进行复合。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型弹性腰围无纺布,其特征在于:包括上层弹性无纺布、下层弹性无纺布以及夹设在两者之间的弹性元件,所述上层弹性无纺布沿其厚度方向呈具有交错设置的上层波峰部及上层波谷部的波浪线状结构,所述下层弹性无纺布沿其厚度方向呈具有交错设置的下层波峰部及下层波谷部的波浪线状结构,当所述弹性元件呈零张力的自然状态时,所述弹性元件复合在所述上层波谷部与下层波峰部上,各所述上层波谷部与下层波峰部的复合位置相对应,各所述上层波峰部、各所述下层波谷部均与所述弹性元件不相接触,所述弹性元件为100-400根橡筋平行设置组成,所述橡筋的直径为50d-200d之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布,其特征在于:所述弹性元件由两种以上不同拉伸率的橡筋组成,并沿所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度方向以拉伸率递增或递减的方式依次设置,形成两个以上不同拉伸倍率的弹性区间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布,其特征在于:所述上层弹性无纺布、下层弹性无纺布与弹性元件复合后的拉伸倍率为1-5倍之间的任意数值。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布,其特征在于:所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度为100mm-200mm。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布,其特征在于:所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度为150mm。
  6. 一种根据上述权利要求1所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布的成型工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    一、取两组弹性无纺布呈流水线布置,分别经一齿形啮合成型机构成型后分别形成上层弹性无纺布以及下层弹性无纺布,并继续向前输送;
    二、在所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布之间加入沿两者宽度方向均布的复数根橡筋,并在所述橡筋上喷胶,所述橡筋为50d-200d尺寸的100-400根平行设置;
    三、在所述上层弹性无纺布与橡筋、橡筋与下层弹性无纺布之间设置热熔胶而后进行粘合,形成所述新型弹性腰围无纺布。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述橡筋具有两种以上不同拉伸率,并沿所述上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布的宽度方向以拉伸率递增或递减的方式依次设置,形成两个以上不同拉伸倍率的弹性区间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述啮合成型机构包括用于上层弹性无纺布与下层弹性无纺布成型的成型辊组以及用于导向的导向辊组,所述成型辊组包括凸辊以及的凹辊,所述凹辊外表面均布有成型凹槽,所述凸辊外表面设置有与所述成型凹槽适配的成型凸台,所述成型凹槽的宽度大于所述成型凸台的宽度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述啮合成型机构还包括设于所述成型辊组前的用于提高无纺布湿度的水雾喷头,以及设于所述成型辊组后用于定型的热风烘干装置。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9中任一项权利要求所述的新型弹性腰围无纺布的成型工艺,其特征在于:上述步骤三也可以为将所述上层弹性无纺布、橡筋与下层弹性无纺布进行超声波焊接或者热压合,形成所述新型弹性腰围无纺布。
