本发明涉及用聚酯多元醇制备的具有改进的水解稳定性的聚氨酯高弹体(PUR高弹体)及其制备方法。
致密的或蜂窝状,即轻微泡沫状的半硬的弹性聚氨酯模制体常常是基于聚酯-聚氨酯材料合成的。为了改进这种材料在潮湿环境,即在导致水解的条件下的持久性,EP-A 982 336教导了向异氰酸酯组分中加入酸或酸衍生物,以通过质子化封闭多异氰酸酯加聚产物中的氨基和任选包含其中的胺类催化剂,并由此阻止尿烷键(Urethanbinding)的任何进一步裂解。为此,所用酸或酸衍生物相对于包含于混合物中的胺摩尔过量。为了相同的目的,DE-OS 198 38 167建议加入酸酐。
现已发现,如果向聚氨酯配剂中加入低于化学计量量的一元或多元羧酸的酯,其(第一)解离常数的pK值为0.5-4,优选1-3,可得到特别水解稳定的聚酯-聚氨酯。
本发明涉及由
a)二-和/或多异氰酸酯与
b)至少一种聚酯多元醇,其具有OH数为20-280,优选28-150,和官能度为1-3,优选1.8-2.4,
c)任选的其它聚醚多元醇或聚醚酯多元醇,其具有OH数为10-149和官能度为2-8,
d)任选的低分子量增链剂和/或交联剂,其具有OH数为150-1870,在
e)胺催化剂,
f)一元或多元羧酸的酯,其(第一)解离常数的pK值为0.5-4,优选1-3,
g)任选的发泡剂,和
h)任选的添加剂
存在下反应得到的聚氨酯高弹体,其中组分f)中的酯基数与组分e)中的氨基数的比例最大为1.0,优选0.5-0.8。
所述PUR高弹体优选通过预聚物方法制备,其中有利的是在第一步中由至少部分聚酯多元醇b)或其混合物与多元醇组分c)和至少一种二-或多异氰酸酯a)制备含有异氰酸酯基的加聚加合物。在第二步中,由这种含有异氰酸酯基的预聚物通过与低分子量增链剂和/或交联剂d)和/或与多元醇组分b)或c)或其混合物的剩余部分反应制备致密的PUR高弹体。如果在第二步中还应用水或其它发泡剂或其混合物,则可制备微孔PUR高弹体。

优选应用的多异氰酸酯是易于工业获得的那些,例如2,4-和2,6-亚甲苯基二异氰酸酯和这些异构体的任何混合物(“TDI”)、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,2′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和多苯基-多亚甲基多异氰酸酯,例如通过苯胺-甲醛缩合并随后光气化得到的那些(“粗品MDI”)和含有碳化二亚胺基团、Uretonimin基团、尿烷基团、脲基甲酸酯基团、异氰脲酸酯基团、脲基团或缩二脲基团的多异氰酸酯(“改性的多异氰酸酯”),尤其是那些由2,4-和/或2,6-亚甲苯基二异氰酸酯或由4,4′-和/或2,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯衍生得到的改性的多异氰酸酯。亚萘基-1,5-二异氰酸酯和上述多异氰酸酯的混合物也是很适合的。
但是,在本发明方法中特别优选应用含有异氰酸酯基的预聚物,这种预聚物是通过至少部分量的聚酯多元醇b)或者至少部分量的由聚酯多元醇b)、多元醇组分c)和/或增链剂和/或交联剂d)组成的混合物与TDI、MDI、TODI、DIBDI、NDI、DDI中的至少一种芳族二异氰酸酯,优选与4,4′-MDI和/或2,4-TDI和/或1,5-NDI反应生成含有尿烷基团和异氰酸酯基的加聚产物,其中NCO含量为10-27重量%,优选12-25重量%。
如上述,b)、c)和d)的混合物可用于制备含有异氰酸酯基的预聚物。但是,根据一个优选的实施方案,含有异氰酸酯基的预聚物是不用增链剂或交联剂d)制备的。
含有异氰酸酯基的预聚物可在催化剂存在下制备。但是,也可以在无催化剂存在下制备含有异氰酸酯基的预聚物并且只有在制备PUR高弹体才向反应混合物中加入催化剂。
合适的聚酯多元醇b)例如可由含有2-12个碳原子的有机二羧酸,优选含有4-6个碳原子的脂肪族二羧酸,和含有2-12个碳原子,优选2-6个碳原子的多元醇,优选二醇制备。合适的二羧酸的实例包括:琥珀酸、丙二酸、戊二酸、己二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、癸烷二羧酸、马来酸、富马酸、邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸和对苯二甲酸。这些二羧酸既可以单独应用也可以以相互的混合物的形式应用。代替游离的二羧酸,也可应用相应的二羧酸衍生物,例如二羧酸的具有1-4个碳原子的醇的一和/或二酯或二羧酸酐。优选应用含有琥珀酸、戊二酸和己二酸的二羧酸混合物,其量的比例为例如20-35/35-50/20-32重量份,尤其是己二酸。二-和多元醇的实例包括乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,2-和1,3-丙二醇、二丙二醇、甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、1,10-癸二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷和季戊四醇。优选应用1,2-乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷或上述二醇至少两种的混合物,特别是含有乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇、甘油和/或三羟甲基丙烷的混合物。此外,可应用来自内酯,例如ε-己内酯,或羟基羧酸,例如o-羟基己酸和羟基乙酸的聚酯多元醇。
为了制备聚酯多元醇,可使有机多羧酸,例如芳族和优选脂肪族多羧酸和/或其衍生物,与多元醇,在无或有酯化催化剂存在下,有利的是在惰性气氛,例如氮、一氧化碳、氦、氩氛气下,在溶液和也可以在熔体中于150-300℃,优选180-230℃,任选在减压下进行缩合,直到期望的酸数,该酸数有利的是小于10,优选小于1。
按照一种优选的制备方法,将酯化混合物在上述温度和常压缩聚直至酸数为80-30,优选40-30,然后在小于500mbar,优选10-150mbar下缩聚。合适的酯化催化剂的实例是金属、金属氧化物或金属盐形式的铁、隔、钴、铅、锌、锑、镁、钛和锡。然而,所述缩聚也可在液相,在用于共沸蒸出缩合水的稀释剂和/或夹带剂,例如苯、甲苯、二甲苯或氯苯存在下进行。
为了制备聚酯多元醇,使有机多羧酸和/或其衍生物与多元醇,有利的是以摩尔比为1∶1-1.8,优选1∶1.05-1.2进行缩聚。所得到的聚酯多元醇优选具有1-3,特别是1.8-2.4的官能度,并且数均分子量为400-6000,优选800-3500。
此外,可提及含有羟基的聚碳酸酯作为合适的聚酯多元醇。合适的含有羟基的聚碳酸酯包括本领域已知的那些,例如可通过二醇,如1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、二乙二醇、三氧乙二醇(Trioxgethylenglykol)和/或四氧乙二醇与碳酸二烷基酯或碳酸二芳基酯,例如碳酸二苯基酯或光气反应制备的那些。
在制备本发明的高弹体中,优选应用数均分子量为500-6000,优选800-3500,特别是1000-3300的二官能的聚酯多元醇。
任选将聚醚多元醇和聚醚酯多元醇c)用于制备本发明的高弹体。聚醚多元醇可按已知的方法制备,例如,通过烯化氧在碱金属氢氧化物或碱金属醇盐作为催化剂存在下,并加入至少一种含有2-3个结合的反应性氢原子的起始分子通过阴离子聚合,或者烯化氧在Lewis酸,例如五氯化锑或氟化硼醚化物存在下通过阳离子聚合。合适的烯化氧在亚烷基中含有2-4个碳原子,实例包括四氢呋喃、1,2-环氧丙烷和1,2-或2,3-环氧丁烷。优选应用环氧乙烷和/或1,2-环氧丙烷。所述烯化氧可单独应用、先后交替应用或者作为混合物应用。优选应用1,2-环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷的混合物,其中环氧乙烷的用量为10-50%,作为环氧乙烷封端(“EO封端”),因此得到的多元醇含有大于70%的伯末端OH。合适的起始分子包括水或二-和三元醇,如乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、1,4-乙二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷等。合适的聚醚多元醇具有2-8,优选2-6,特别优选2-4个官能度和数均分子量为500-8000,优选800-3500。优选应用聚(氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯)多元醇。
其它合适的聚醚多元醇包括聚合物改性的聚醚多元醇,优选接枝聚醚多元醇,特别是基于苯乙烯和/或丙烯腈的那些,它们是由丙烯腈、苯乙烯或者优选苯乙烯和丙烯腈的混合物,例如以重量比90∶10-10∶90,优选70∶30-30∶70,在上述聚醚多元醇中就地聚合制备的,以及包括聚醚多元醇分散体,其中作为分散相常常含有1-50重量%,优选2-25重量%的例如无机填料、聚脲、聚酰肼、含有与叔氨基结合的聚氨酯和/或蜜胺。
为了改进b)的聚酯多元醇和c)的聚醚多元醇的相容性,还可加入聚醚酯多元醇。这些聚醚酯多元醇是通过聚酯多元醇,优选具有1-3个,特别是1.8-2.4个官能度和数均分子量为400-6000,优选800-3500的聚酯多元醇的丙氧基化或乙氧基化得到的。
为了制备按照本发明的PUR高弹体,还可应用低分子量双官能的增链剂、三-或四官能的交联剂,或者增链剂和交联剂的混合物作为组分d)。
这类的增链剂和交联剂d)用于改进机械性能,特别是PUR高弹体的硬度。合适的增链剂例如链烷二醇、二亚烷基二醇和多亚烷基多元醇,和交联剂例如三-或四元醇和具有3-4个官能度的低聚多亚烷基多元醇,常常具有<800,优选18-400,特别是60-300的分子量。作为增链剂优选应用具有2-12,优选2、4或6个碳原子的烷二醇,例如乙二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,7-庚二醇、1,8-辛二醇、1,9-壬二醇、1,10-癸二醇并且特别是1,4-丁二醇和含有4-8碳原子的二亚烷基二醇,例如二乙二醇和二丙二醇以及聚氧亚烷基二醇。其它合适的还有具有通常不超过12个碳原子的支链和/或不饱和的烷二醇,例如1,2-丙二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、2-丁烯-1,4-二醇和2-丁炔-1,4-二醇、对苯二甲酸与含有2-4个碳原子的二醇的二酯,例如对苯二甲酸-二-乙二醇酯或对苯二甲酸-二-1,4-丁二醇酯、对苯二酚或间苯二酚的羟基亚烷基醚,例如1,4-二-(β-羟基乙基)-对苯二酚或1,3-(β-羟基乙基)-间苯二酚、具有2-12个碳原子的链烷醇胺,例如乙醇胺、2-氨基丙醇和3-氨基-2,2-二甲基丙醇;N-烷基二链烷醇胺,例如N-甲基-和N-乙基-二乙醇胺、具有2-15个碳原子的(环)脂肪族二胺,例如1,2-乙二胺、1,3-丙二胺、1,4-丁二胺和1,6-己二胺、异佛尔酮二胺、1,4-环己烷二胺和4,4′-二氨基二环己基甲烷;N-烷基-、N,N′-二烷基-取代的和芳族二胺,其也可被烷基在芳基上取代并在N-烷基中具有1-20,优选1-4个碳原子,例如N,N,N′二乙基-、N,N′-二-仲戊基-、N,N′-二-仲己基-、N,N′-二-仲癸基-和N,N,N′二环己基-、(对-或间-)亚苯基二胺、N,N′-二甲基-、N,N′-二乙基-、N,N′-二异丙基-、N,N′-二-仲丁基-、N,N′-二环己基-、-4,4′-二氨基-二苯基甲烷、N,N′-二-仲丁基联苯胺、亚甲基-二(4-氨基-3-苯甲酸甲酯)、2,4-氯-4,4′-二氨基-二苯基甲烷和2,4-和2,6-亚甲苯基二胺。
组分d)的化合物可以混合物或单独的形式应用。也可应用增链剂和交联剂的混合物。
为了调节PUR高弹体的硬度,可以在相对宽的范围内改变构建组分b)、c)和d)的用量比例,对此硬度随着反应混合物中组分d)含量的增加而增加。
为了达到材料希望的硬度,构建组分b)、c)和d)的需要量可以通过实验以简单的方式确定。有利的是应用1-50重量份,优选3-20重量份的增链剂和/或交联剂d),基于100重量份高分子量的化合物b)和c)计。
本领域普通技术人员已知的胺催化剂可用作组分e),例如叔胺,如三乙基胺、三丁基胺、N-甲基吗啉、N-乙基-吗啉、N,N,N′,N′-四甲基-乙二胺、五甲基二亚乙基三胺及其更高级的类似物(DE-OS 26 24527和26 24 528)、1,4-二氮杂-双环-[2,2,2]-辛烷、N-甲基-N′-二甲基氨基乙基-哌嗪、双-(二甲基氨基烷基)-哌嗪、N,N-二甲基苄基胺、N,N-二甲基环己基胺、N,N-二乙基苄基胺、二-(N,N-二乙基氨基乙基)己二酸酯、N,N,N′,N′-四甲基-1,3-丁二胺、N,N-二甲基-β-苯基乙基胺、双-(二甲基-氨基丙基)-脲、1,2-二甲基咪唑、2-甲基咪唑、单环和双环脒、二-(二烷基氨基)-烷基醚以及具有酰胺基(优选甲酰胺基)的叔胺(按照DE-OS 25 23 633和27 32 292)。合适的催化剂还包括本领域已知的Mannich碱,它是由仲胺,例如二甲基胺,和醛,优选甲醛,或酮,例如丙酮、甲基乙基酮或环己酮,和酚,例如苯酚、壬基苯酚或双酚得到的。作为催化剂的包含对异氰酸酯基有活性的氢原子的叔胺的实例是三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、N-甲基-二乙醇胺、N-乙基-二乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、它们与烯化氧,如环氧丙烷和/或环氧乙烷,的反应产物,以及按照DE-OS 27 32 292的仲-叔胺。此外,含有碳-硅键的硅胺可用作催化剂,例如描述于US-PS 3 620 984中的那些,如2,2,4-三甲基-2-硅杂吗啉(silamorpholin)和1,3-二乙基-氨基甲基-四甲基二硅氧烷。也可应用含氮原子的碱,如氢氧化四烷基铵、六氢三嗪。NCO基和Zerewitinoff-活性氢原子之间的反应也被内酰胺和氮杂内酰胺大大加速。按照本发明,金属有机化合物,特别是有机锡化合物可同时应用作为另外的催化剂。除了含硫的化合物,例如二正辛基锡硫醇盐外,优选的有机锡化合物是羧酸的锡(II)盐,如乙酸锡(II)、辛酸锡(II)、乙基己酸锡(II)和月桂酸锡(II),以及锡(IV)化合物,如氧化二丁基锡、二氯化二丁基锡、二乙酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、马来酸二丁基锡或二乙酸二辛基锡。
催化剂或催化剂组合的用量一般约0.001-10重量%,尤其是0.01-1重量%,基于具有至少两个对异氰酸酯有反应性的氢原子的化合物的总量计。
应用一-或多元羧酸的酯作为组分f)。在水溶液中测得的这些羧酸的(第一)解离常数pK值一般为0.5-4,优选1-3。作为酸组分合适的是例如烷基单羧酸,如甲酸,芳基单羧酸,如α-萘甲酸,烷基多元羧酸,如草酸、丙二酸、马来酸、富马酸和柠檬酸,以及芳基多元羧酸,如苯二甲酸的异构体和被烷基-取代的衍生物、1,2,4-苯三酸和1,2,4,5-苯四酸、萘二甲酸的异构体,以及α-羟基羧酸,例如扁桃酸或乳酸的环状双酯。优选应用饱和的或不饱和的C2-C4-烷基多元羧酸;特别优选应用草酸。合适的醇组分包括脂肪族一-和多元醇,如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、1,2-和1,3-丙二醇、丁醇的异构体、2-丁烯-1,4-二醇、2-丁炔-1,4-二醇、新戊二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷和季戊四醇。合适的芳基醇的实例包括苯酚和其被烷基取代的衍生物、萘酚及其被烷基-取代的衍生物、对苯二酚、间苯二酚、三羟基苯和在c)中提到的所有聚醚和聚醚酯多元醇。优选脂肪族一元醇,特别是甲醇、乙醇、正-或异丙醇、或正-、异-或叔丁醇。
在制备本发明的高弹体中所用的组分f)的量使包含在催化剂组分e)中的氨基的数量与包含在组分f)中的酯基的数量之比最大为1.0。优选选择0.5-0.8。
按照本发明的方法可以在无湿气和物理或化学发泡剂存在下制备致密的PUR高弹体,如PUR浇铸高弹体。
为了制备多孔的,优选微孔的PUR高弹体,优选用水作为发泡剂g),水就地与有机多异氰酸酯a)或与含有并氰酸酯基的预聚物在生成二氧化碳和氨基的条件下反应,该氨基本身继续与其它异氰酸酯基反应生成脲基并且在其中作为增链剂起作用。
如果必须向聚氨酯配剂中加入水以调节希望的密度,则加入水的量一般为0.001-3.0重量%,优选0.01-2.0重量%,特别是0.05-0.5重量%,基于构建组分a)、b)和任选的c)和d)的重量计。
也可用气体或易挥发的无机或有机物质代替水或优选与水组合作为发泡剂g),所述的易挥发的无机或有机物质在放热的加聚反应的作用下汽化并且有利的是在常压下具有-40-120℃,优选10-90℃的沸点,这些物质作为物理发泡剂。合适的有机发泡剂的实例包括丙酮、乙酸乙酯、被卤素取代的烷烃或全卤代烷烃如(R134a、R141b、R65mfc,R245fa)以及丁烷、戊烷、环戊烷、己烷、环己烷、庚烷或乙醚。无机发泡剂的实例包括空气、CO2和N2O。发泡作用也可以通过加入在高于室温的温度下分解为气体,例如氮气和/或二氧化碳的化合物达到,例如偶氮化合物,如偶氮二酰胺或偶氮异丁腈,或盐类,例如碳酸氢铵、氨基甲酸铵或有机羧酸的铵盐,例如丙二酸、硼酸、甲酸或乙酸的一铵盐。其它发泡剂的实例以及发泡剂应用的具体内容描述于R.Vieweg和A.Hchtlen(编者)的“Kunststoff-Handbuch”,第VII卷,Carl-Hanser-Verlag,München,第3版,1993,第115-118页,第710-715页。
在各种情况下可单独或以混合物形式,例如作为液体混合物或气体混合物或作为气-液混合物应用的固体发泡剂、低沸点的液体或气体的有利的用量取决于要达到的密度和加入的水量。所需量可容易地通过实验确定。满意的结果常常通过加入0.5-35重量%,优选2-15重量%的固体,0.5-30重量%,优选0.8-18重量%的液体和/或0.01-80重量%,优选10-50重量%的气体达到,在各种情况下基于构建组分a)、b)、c)和任选的d)的重量计。气体,例如空气、二氧化碳、氮气和/或氦气可以随高分子量的多羟基化合物b)和c),随低分子量增链剂和/或交联剂d),随多异氰酸酯a)或随a)和b)及任选的c)和d)通入。
为了制备致密的和多孔的PUR高弹体可任选向反应混合物中加入添加剂h)。可提及的是例如表面活性添加剂,如乳化剂、泡沫稳定剂、孔调节剂、阻燃剂、成核剂、抗氧化剂、稳定剂、润滑和脱模剂、着色剂、分散剂和颜料。乳化剂的实例包括蓖麻油磺酸钠盐或脂肪酸与胺的盐,例如油酸和二乙基胺的盐或硬脂酸与二乙醇胺的盐。也可同时应用磺酸,例如十二烷基苯二磺酸或二萘基甲烷二磺酸或脂肪酸,例如蓖麻油酸或聚合脂肪酸的碱金属盐或铵盐作为表面活性添加剂。优选的泡沫稳定剂是聚醚硅氧烷,特别是其水溶性的代表物。这些化合物一般通过环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物与聚二甲基硅氧烷基团连接得到。这类泡沫稳定剂例如描述于US-PS 2 834 748、2 917 480和3 629 308中。特别令人感兴趣的是按照DE-OS 25 58 523的通过脲基甲酸酯多支化的聚硅氧烷-聚氧化烯共聚物。合适的还有其它有机聚硅氧烷、乙氧基化的烷基酚、乙氧基化的脂肪醇、石蜡油、蓖麻油或蓖麻油酸酯、土耳其红油、花生油,和孔调节剂例如石蜡、脂肪醇和聚二甲基硅氧烷。此外,具有聚氧化烯和氟代烷基作为侧基的低聚的聚丙烯酸酯适合用于改进乳化效果、填料的分散、孔结构和/或用于其稳定。这些表面活性物质的用量一般为0.01-5重量份,基于100重量份高分子量的多羟基化合物b)和c)计。还可加入反应延迟剂、颜料或着色剂以及本领域已知的阻燃剂,和抗老化、耐大气的稳定剂、增塑剂和具有抑制真菌或抑制细菌作用的物质。
任选按本发明同时应用的表面活性添加剂和泡沫稳定剂以及孔调节剂、反应延迟剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂、增塑剂、着色剂和填料以及抑制真菌或抑制细菌的物质的其它实例以及这些添加剂的应用和作用描述于R.Vieweg和A.Hochtlen(编者)的“Kunststoff-Handbuch”,第VII卷,Carl-Hanser-Verlag,München,第3版,1993,第118-124页。
为了制备按照本发明的PUR高弹体,所述组分按照如此的量反应,即。使多异氰酸酯a)的NCO基团与组分b)、c)、d)中对异氰酸酯基团有反应性的氢的总和以及可能应用的化学发泡剂的当量比为0.8∶1-1.2∶1,优选0.95∶1-1.15∶1,特别是1.00∶1-1.05∶1。
本发明的PUR材料可通过文献中描述的方法,例如通过“一锅法”(one-shot)或预聚物法,借助于本领域技术人员已知的混合设备制备。优选按照预聚物方法制备。
在制备按照本发明的PUR材料的一个实施方案中,将所述起始组分在无发泡剂g)的存在下,一般在20-80℃,优选25-60℃的温度下均匀混合,并将所述反应混合物加入到任选加热的敞口模具中使其硬化。在制备按照本发明的PUR高弹体的另一个变体中,以同样的方式将所述构建组分在发泡剂g),优选水的存在下混合并加入到任选加热的模具中。加完后将模具闭合并使反应混合物发泡形成成型体,该过程在致密的条件下进行,例如具有致密度(成型体的密度与自由泡沫的密度之比)为1.05-8,优选1.1-6,特别是1.2-4。一旦所述成型体具有足够的强度,将其脱模。脱模时间特别是取决于模具的温度和几何形状以及反应混合物的反应性,一般为2-15分钟。
主要取决于填料含量和类型,按照本发明的致密的PUR高弹体的密度为0.8-1.4g/cm3,优选1.0-1.25g/cm3。按照本发明的多孔性PUR高弹体的密度为0.2-1.4g/cm3,优选0.30-0.8g/cm3。
这种类型的聚氨酯塑料是特别有价值的原材料,用于常暴露于大气和潮气的工业部件,例如滚轴(Rollen)元件和弹性元件或者用于构建一层或多层鞋底。
实施例
为了制备聚氨酯测试体,在45℃下、在低压发泡设备(NDI)中,将A组分与B组分在45℃下按照A组分与B组分的重量比(MV)为100∶60混合,将所述混合物浇铸到加热至50℃的铝夹模(Klappform)(大小为200*140*5mm)中,封闭模具并在3分钟后将所述弹性体脱模。
在储存24小时后用冲压工具将如此制得的弹性平板冲压成形的肩形条(I型条:[ISO 37 I型标准])作为测试体。在老化测试开始前,按照上述标准确定三个测试体的拉伸强度初始值。然后在70℃和100%相对湿度下进行老化试验。定期在2-5天间隔取下样品,对此,每次从样品室取出三个测试体,在25℃修复24小时,然后按照D IN 53504测定其拉伸强度。结果列于表2中。

Claims (8)
1.一种聚氨酯高弹体,其包含
a)选自二异氰酸酯和多异氰酸酯中的至少一种;
b)至少一种聚酯多元醇,其具有OH数为20-280和官能度为1.8-2.4,和任选的
c)选自聚醚多元醇和聚醚酯多元醇中的至少一种,其具有OH数为10-149和官能度为2-8,和
d)任选的选自(i)分子量小于800的增链剂,和(ii)具有OH数为150-1870的交联剂中的至少一种,
在
e)至少一种胺催化剂,
f)选自(i)一元羧酸的酯,和(ii)多元羧酸的酯中至少一种,其解离常数或第一解离常数pK值为0.5-4,所述多元羧酸的酯(ii)含有选自草酸、丙二酸、马来酸、富马酸、柠檬酸、苯二甲酸、1,2,4-苯三酸、1,2,4,5-苯四酸的多元羧酸残基,且所述多元羧酸的酯(ii)含有至少一个选自甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、叔丁醇和苯酚的醇残基,
g)任选的发泡剂,和
h)任选的至少一种选自乳化剂、泡沫稳定剂、孔调节剂、阻燃剂、成核剂、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、脱模剂、着色剂、分散剂、颜料、反应延迟剂、抗老化稳定剂、增塑剂、抑真菌剂和抗菌剂的添加剂,存在下的反应的产物,其中组分f)中的酯基数与组分e)中的氨基数的比例最大为1.0。
2.按照权利要求1的聚氨酯高弹体,其中组分a)为4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和聚酯多元醇的预聚反应产物。
3.包含权利要求1的聚氨酯高弹体的模制体。
4.按照权利要求1的聚氨酯高弹体用于生产选自滚轴、弹性元件和鞋底的模制体的用途。
5.权利要求1的聚氨酯高弹体,其中所述一元羧酸的酯(i)含有选自甲酸和α-萘甲酸的一元羧酸残基,且所述一元羧酸的酯(i)含有选自甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、叔丁醇和苯酚的醇残基。
6.权利要求1的聚氨酯高弹体,其中所述一元羧酸的酯(i)含有至少一种选自甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇和叔丁醇的醇残基。
7.权利要求6的聚氨酯高弹体,其中所述多元羧酸的酯(ii)中的多元羧酸是草酸。
8.权利要求1的聚氨酯高弹体,其中组分f)中的酯基数与组分e)中的氨基数的比例为0.5-0.8。
