Abstract
一种保健茶枕,由枕芯与枕套组成,枕芯以茶叶为主要原料配以中草药制成,为克服现有茶枕中药用成分仅限于简单的几种,保健、治疗效果有限,且在治疗方面无明确针对性的缺陷,本发明针对临床常见的高血压、神经衰弱、肩周炎、小儿消化不良、食欲不振等疾病,在枕芯中配有相应的多味中草药,制成枕芯,成为保健、治疗效果好,并具有明确治疗目的保健茶枕。
Description
本发明涉及一种保健茶枕。
现有技术中，以茶叶为主要原料，配以中草药放入枕芯中制成的茶枕已有多例，如CN1136911A公开的＂茶枕＂，提供了一种以茶叶为主要原料，辅之于少许丁香、肉桂、艾叶做成的茶枕，通过闻、熏使茶叶以及其他的中草药药用成分被人体吸收，以达醒脑安神，护肤美容之功效。另有CN1166307A公开的＂决明桑菊枕＂，其配伍的中草药组分略有不同，以同时达到保健和治疗的效果。现有几种茶枕都利用了茶叶的较强吸收性，但其药用成分仅限于简单的几种，因此实际使用中，保健、治疗效果极为有限，且在治疗方面无明确的针对性。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述不足之处，提供一种保健、治疗效果好，并具有明确治疗目的的保健茶枕。
本发明的保健茶枕由枕芯与枕套组成，枕芯中以茶叶为主要原料配以中草药，具体配方分为以下四种类型：
a.高血压型
菊花75～85克、杜仲15～25克、臭梧桐叶25～35克、豨莶草15～25克、决明子15～25克、青木香15～25克、勾屯15～25克、寄生15～25克、下枯草15～25克、罗布麻叶15～25克、小蓟15～25克、西芎15～25克、独活15～25克、五加皮15～25克、川芎15～25克、辛夷10～20克、山支茶15～25克、丹参35～45克、茶叶1030～1080克；
b.肩周炎型
防风10～20克、羌活15～25克、秸本15～25克、细辛5～15克、白芷10～20克、菊花15～25克、艾叶75～85克、山奈5～15克、独活15～25克、千年健15～25克、鹿衔草15～25克、灵仙15～25克、海风屯15～25克、五加皮15～25克、川芎10～20克、伸筋草15～25克、徐长卿15～25克、红花5～15克、当归15～25克、茶叶1080～1120克；
c.神经衰弱型
京子15～25克、独活15～25克、合欢皮20～30克、石菖蒲10～20克、细辛5～15克、甘松5～15克、益智仁15～25克、首乌屯10～20克、川芎10～20克、菊花25～35克、艾叶75～85克、辛夷5～15克、山支茶15～25克、远志10～20克、罗布麻15～25克、丹参15～25克、茶叶1150～1190克；
d.幼儿型
菊花5～15克、艮花5～15克、胆草5～15克、板兰根15～25克、贯众15～25克、使君子5～15克、五加皮5～15克、灵芝5～15克、陈皮5～15克、香附5～15克、乌药5～15克、砂仁4～8克、白叩4～8克、肉桂4～8克、党参5～15克、黄芪5～15克、远志6～10克、甘草3～7克、石斛3～7克、茶叶300～320克。
本发明给出的保健茶枕，充分利用了茶叶的吸收作用，有针对性地选用近二十种中草药拌入茶叶制成枕芯，药物成分被茶叶吸收，当人们使用时，通过头温及头部的压力，使枕内药物的有效成分又缓缓散发出来，药效持久、显著，经北京复兴医院、华北制药集团有限责任公司职工医院等三家医院550例临床验证，对高血压、肩周炎、神经衰弱、婴幼儿消化不良等疾病有良好保健治疗作用，总有效率达89.34％，对身体无任何副作用。
下面给出本发明的具体实施例。
实施例1：
用于治疗高血压病的保健茶枕，其枕芯组分按下述重量比例配制，各组分作用列于其后。
菊花 80克 平肝明目、降压
杜仲 20克 补肾、降压
臭梧桐叶 30克 祛风湿、降压
豨莶草 20克 抗炎、降压
决明子 20克 润肠、降压
青木香 20克 解毒、消肿、降压
勾屯 20克 清热、平肝、降压
寄生 20克 镇心、安神、降压
下枯草 20克 清肝、明目、降压
罗布麻叶 20克 平肝、安神、降压
小蓟 20克 利胆、降压
西芎 20克 镇静、轻度降压
独活 20克 镇痛、降压
五加皮 20克 抗炎、镇痛、调整血压
川芎 20克 镇静、扩张血管
辛夷 15克 行气、温中、降压
山支茶 20克 降压
丹参 40克 养心、除烦、降压
茶叶 1055克
各成分除杂、筛选、烘干、粉碎后搅拌，装入枕芯套内，中草药粉碎后其长度不超过2CM，枕芯内容物含水率应低于8％，以下三种实施例中亦同此要求。
高血压病是导致脑血管病、冠心病的重要原因之一，治疗高血压病对防治心、脑血管病具有重要临床意义，保健茶枕的发明对治疗高血压病提供了一种病人易于接受简便易行的有效方法。经华北制药集团有限责任公司职工医院对31例I、II期高血压患者进行临床观察，证实高血压型保健茶枕有明显的降压作用，总有效率为74.1％，可减少降压药的用量或间断停用一种降压药。观察数据如下：

千年健 20克 祛风湿、壮筋骨、治风湿痹痛
鹿衔草 20克 祛风湿、强筋骨
灵仙 20克 祛风湿、止痛通络
海风屯 20克 祛风湿、通络止痛
五加皮 20克 抗炎、镇痛
川芎 15克 镇痛、解痉
伸筋草 20克 祛风湿、舒筋活血

临床上治疗肩周炎通常采用的首选方法为口服消炎止痛类药物及局部强地松龙加利多卡因封闭治疗，外加辅助功能锻炼可获良好效果，但对45岁以上的中老年患者，胃肠功能较薄弱，口服消炎止痛类药物易引起腹痛及消化道溃疡，常使患者不能坚持服药治疗，保健茶枕可克服这一缺点，使消化道不受损伤，有通经活络，调理气血、祛瘀止痛的良好效果。据华北制药集团有限责任公司职工医院对47例肩周炎患者进行临床观察，显效10例，有效31例，无效6例，显效率为21.28％，有效率为65.96％，总有效率为87.24％。

治疗神经衰弱型保健茶枕，枕芯各组分及重量配方如下：

合欢皮 25克 安神、解郁、治少眠

根据华北制药集团有限责任公司职工医院对43例治疗神经衰弱患者临床观察资料，结果如下表：

证明保健茶枕对严重的失眠症，神经衰弱患者均有显著疗效，如对心烦不安，睡眠不好、头昏神疲、失眠、神经衰弱、易患感冒等症使用十天即可恢复正常，继续使用可巩固疗效。

艮花 10克 对多种细菌与流感病毒有抑制作用
胆草 10克 促进胃液分泌、健胃
板兰根 20克 有预防肝炎作用

五加皮 10克 能增加机体对疾病的抵抗力
灵芝 10克 增强机体免疫功能、并有抗过敏作用
陈皮 10克 促进胃液分泌、有助消化作用
香附 10克 能促进胃液分泌、健胃、驱风
乌药 10克 健胃驱风、促进肠蠕动
砂仁 6克 芳香健胃、排除消化道积气
白叩 6克 良好芳香健胃作用
肉桂 6克 健胃驱风、增强血液循环
党参 10克 提高机体免疫功能
黄芪 10克 提高抗病能力
远志 8克 对部分细菌有抑制作用

华北制药集团公司职工医院随机对10例临床表现为食欲不振、消化不良、易患感冒等症的患儿应用幼儿型保健茶枕进行治疗，观察结果如下：

可以看出保健茶枕有一定的预防保健作用，尤其对小儿消化系统疾患，如小儿食欲、消化不良效果比较显著，有效率在80％，显效40％，使用时间越长、效果越好。
另据北京复兴医院经过对92例病人的疗效观察，保健茶枕对临床常见、多发病——高血压、神经衰弱、肩周炎等有明显的治疗效果。
