Abstract
本发明提供了一种治疗肝病的清肝中药，是由下述重量配比的中药制成的药剂：山慈菇10-12份、蚤休10-12份、水牛角10-12份、乌梅10-12份、白术10-12份、人参10-12份、血竭8-10份、芦荟8-12份、斑蝥1-2份、蟾酥1-1.5份。本发明提供的清肝中药组合物具有疗效显著、疗程短、成本低的特点，用于甲型肝炎、乙型肝炎、酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝硬化、肝硬化腹水等各类肝病的治疗。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药，具体来说是一种用于乙型肝炎、酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝硬化、肝硬化腹水等各类肝病的中药组合物。
背景技术
肝病是一种人类常见病，如乙型肝炎、酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝硬化、肝硬化腹水。目前，已经有多种用来治疗肝病的药物，但现有的肝病治疗药物存在着效果不明显、疗程长、药物成本高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、疗程短的清肝中药，可用于乙型肝炎、酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝硬化、肝硬化腹水等肝病的治疗。
本发明的提供的药物通过泻肝火、解毒、散结、通经、活血、补气、健脾、提高免疫力为手段，达到上述目的。
本发明提供的治疗肝病的清肝中药为由下述重量配比的中药制成的药剂：
山慈菇10-12份、蚤休10-12份、水牛角10-12份、乌梅10-12份、白术10-12份、人参10-12份、血竭8-10份、芦荟8-12份、斑蝥1-2份、蟾酥1-1.5份。
上述中药可采用公知中药制药技术制成各种药剂学上的剂型，例如可将上述药物采用现有的制药手段制散剂，还可制成胶囊，也可煎成汤剂，或用蜂蜜蜜炼成蜜丸。
所述散剂的治疗肝病的清肝中药可以为散剂，由下述重量配比的中药制成的散剂：山慈菇10份、蚤休10份、水牛角10份、乌梅10份、白术10份、人参10份、血竭8份、芦荟8份、斑蝥1份、蟾酥1份。
所述治疗肝病的清肝中药可以为由下述重量配比的中药制成的丸剂：山慈菇12份、蚤休12份、水牛角12份、乌梅12份、白术12份、人参12份、血竭10份、芦荟12份、斑蝥2份、蟾酥1.5份。
上述药物组成中，山慈菇具有清垫解毒、消痈散结的功效；蚤休具有解毒消肿、凉肝定惊功效；水牛角：清热解毒、凉血；乌梅：增强免疫；白术：健脾、燥湿、利水；人参：补元气、增免疫；血竭：活血祛瘀、畅通经脉；芦荟：泻肝胆实火；斑蝥：破血攻毒、散结；蟾酥：消散结肿、止痛。
本发明提供的治疗肝病的清肝中药服用方法为早、晚饭后各服用一次，每次用药量为1.5-2.0克。禁忌辛辣食物及酒，孕妇禁用。
本发明提供的治疗肝病的清肝中药对甲型肝炎、乙型肝炎以及肝硬化腹水、脂肪肝、酒精肝有效率可达100％，具有疗效显著、疗程短、成本低的特点。临床试验乙型肝炎患者7例，其中显效2例，治愈4例，好转1例，用药时间为3个月；甲型肝炎患者4例，好转2例、显效2例，用药时间为2个月；肝硬化腹水患者1例，用药3个月，有显著疗效；酒精肝患者2例，显效2例，恢复正常1例，用药时间为3个月。另外，16位肝患者临床实验证明，服药前谷丙转氨酶均在500单位以上，服药一个月后谷丙转氨酶降至200单位左右，继续服用一个月后，肝功能均恢复正常。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的治疗肝病的清肝中药作进一步说明。
实施例1
取山慈菇10g、蚤休10g、水牛角10g、乌梅10g、白术10g、人参10g、血竭8g、芦荟8g、斑蝥1g、蟾酥1g，采用传统制药工艺研成120目以上的粉末，制成散剂，为方便服用，可制成胶囊，每粒胶囊内装入0.5g由上述中药制成的粉末。服用时每日2次，1次4-5粒，早晚饭后各服用一次，用温开水送服，1个月为一个疗程。可用于治疗各型肝炎如甲型肝炎、乙型肝炎，以及肝硬化腹水、脂肪肝、酒精肝等。
实施例2
取山慈菇12g、蚤休12g、水牛角12g、乌梅12g、白术12g、人参12g、血竭10g、芦荟12g、斑蝥2g、蟾酥1.5g，研成120目以上的粉末，采用传统工艺用蜂蜜蜜炼成重量为5g蜜丸，每丸用上述中药粉末2g。服用方法为1日2次，1次1丸，早晚饭后用温开水送服。

1、一种治疗肝病的中药，其特征在于是由下述重量配比的中药制成的药剂：山慈菇10-12份、蚤休10-12份、水牛角10-12份、乌梅10-12份、白术10-12份、人参10-12份、血竭8-10份、芦荟8-12份、斑蝥1-2份、蟾酥1-1.5份。
2、如权利要求1所述的治疗肝病的中药，其特征在于是由下述重量配比的中药制成的散剂：山慈菇10份、蚤休10份、水牛角10份、乌梅10份、白术10份、人参10份、血竭8份、芦荟8份、斑蝥1份、蟾酥1份。
3、如权利要求1所述的治疗肝病的中药，其特征在于是由下述重量配比的中药制成的丸剂：山慈菇12份、蚤休12份、水牛角12份、乌梅12份、白术12份、人参12份、血竭10份、芦荟12份、斑蝥2份、蟾酥1.5份。
