Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗肝病及腹水的苗药，它涉及药物配制品，目的是增加治疗肝病的药物品种。该苗药是由3味药材配制而成的苗药，其质量配比组成为：石见穿50，蟾酥40，凤尾草40。制法是按照配方的质量比例取石见穿、蟾酥、凤尾草共3味药材洗净、晒干分别研成细粉，混合均匀，再按照常规方法制成药丸，每丸1g，烘干保存，即得。本苗药的优点在于：所用药材少，成本低廉，无毒副反应，不易产生耐药性，显著疗效，其治愈率高、不复发，标本兼治，苗药攻坚，是治肝病的简易方剂。适用于急性乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化、肝腹水患者。

技术领域
本发明属于药物，具体来说，属于治疗肝病及腹水的药物组合物。
背景技术
肝病是指发生在肝脏的病变。包括乙肝，甲肝，丙肝，肝硬化，脂肪化，肝癌，酒精肝等等多种肝病。是一种常见的危害性极大的疾病。人体腹腔内在任何病理状态下导致腹腔内液体量增加超过200mL时，就称为腹水(ascites)。腹水是一种病征，产生腹水的病因很多，肝病就是其中一种。
数千年来我国在治疗肝病和腹水方面，积累了丰富的经验。近年来，传统的中草医公开了许多新配方。已经有数以百计治疗肝病的中草药配方申请了中国发明专利，例如96109597.0号《内外合治肝硬化的中药制剂“肝复汤”及“复方蟾酥膏”》、200410003120.3号《治疗肝病的清肝中药》、200810151113.6号《一种治疗肝癌的中药冻干粉针剂》、200910309350.5号《一种治疗肝脏中期恶性肿瘤病证的中药组合物及其制备方法》、201110003318.1号《一种治疗肝癌的中药制剂及其制备方法》等。上述种种治疗肝病的中药配方均各不相同，治疗效果也不尽相同。有的配方用药材多达20多味，配制不方便。所以医生们仍然在开发新的药物，更好地为患者服务。
苗族是主要分布在我国西南的少数民族。苗族有悠久的民族文化，苗医苗药就是苗族文化的一部分，其中有许多疗效显著的验方。但迄今为止，尚未有治疗肝病的苗药的相关报道和专利申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种治疗肝病及腹水的苗药，增加治疗肝病的药物品种，为人类健康服务。
本发明的解决方案是基于苗医的祖传秘方，参考发明人多年的行医实践，用以下3味药材配制出来的苗药，其质量配比组成为：
石见穿50 , 蟾酥40 , 凤尾草40 。
上述药材中：石见穿为唇形科植物紫参(Salvia chinensis)的全草，味苦辛、性平，可治贵炎（见江苏新医学院编《中药大辞典》597页）；
蟾酥为蟾蜍科动物大蟾蜍（Bufo bufo gargarizans）分泌的白色浆液，加工干燥的药材，甘微苦，温，有毒，可解毒、消肿、强心、止痛（浙江新医学院.中药大辞典: 2714页）；
凤尾草为凤尾蕨科植物凤尾草(Oldenlandia diffusa) 的全草或根，味淡微苦，性寒，有清热利湿、消肿解毒的功效，可治黄疸型肝炎（见《中药大辞典》487页）。
上述肝病是指急性乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化、肝腹水。
发明人提供的治疗肝病的苗药制备方法是：按照配方的质量比例取石见穿、蟾酥、凤尾草共3味药材洗净、晒干分别研成细粉，混合均匀，再按照常规方法制成药丸，每丸1g，烘干保存，即得。
本发明的治疗肝病的苗药用法是口服，每次服用2～3g，每天2次。
本发明的药物优点在于：所用药材少，成本低廉，无毒副反应，不易产生耐药性，显著疗效，其治愈率高、不复发，组方全面，标本兼治，苗药攻坚，是治肝病的理想方剂。适用于急性乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化、肝腹水患者。临床应用已取得较好成绩：几年来共收治乙肝患者27人，其中21人全部治愈，4人有效，2人无效；收治肝腹水患者3人，2人治愈，1人无效。总有效率为90％，治愈率为76.7％。

患者于2002年7月，感觉腹部不适，经多家医院诊断为乙肝，经人介绍，服用本配方40天后，复检全部正常，随访，已几年过去未复发。
病例2 张溢，男，45岁，贵州毕节市阴底乡人,电话：085718229314。
患者喜爱喝酒，发现食少腹胀，尿量减少，腹大如鼓。做肝功能化验，白球蛋白发生倒置，诊断为肝硬化腹水。用西药治疗未见效果，后经人介绍，服用本配方半月后，腹胀渐减，小便清长，明显好转，后继续服用三个月，食欲增加，又作肝功能检查， 白球蛋白比例恢复正常，并能参加一般劳动。
病例3 杜应立，六盘水市六枝特区人，电话：15085397360。
2007年3月，患者由于饮食不佳，脚手无力，后经医院肝功能化验，为慢性乙肝，经人介绍，服用本发明的药两个月后，基本治愈，后又继续服用一个月，医院诊断一切正常，体重明显大增，随访，两年内没有复发。
具体实施方式
实施例：
取石见穿50克、蟾酥40克、凤尾草40克共3味药材洗净、晒干分别研成细粉，混合均匀，再按照常规方法制成药丸粉，每丸1g，烘干保存，即得130丸。包装，置于阴干处保存。
使用时，患者按照每天2次，每次2～3丸服用。

1. 一种治疗肝病及腹水的苗药，其特征在于该苗药是由3味药材配制而成的，其质量配比组成为：
石见穿50 , 蟾酥40 , 凤尾草40。
2. 制备权利要求1所述肝病及腹水的苗药的方法，其特征在于按照配方的质量比例取石见穿、蟾酥、凤尾草共3味药材洗净、晒干分别研成细粉，混合均匀，再按照常规方法制成药丸，每丸1g，烘干保存，即得。
3. 如权利要求1所述肝病及腹水的苗药，其特征在于该药物的服用方法是口服，每次服用2～3g，每天2次。
