Description

控制蜱螨目的方法
本发明涉及控制蜱螨目的方法。
根据日本公开特许公报平-8-319202A，已知2-甲氧基羰基4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺可以用于控制蜱螨目，显示其化学结构如下：
本发明提供控制蜱螨目，尤其孳生于室内的蜱螨的方法。
根据本发明，将对2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺压片或对含有2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和载体的组合物进行压片而获得的片剂放置于小的空间内为控制蜱螨目的有效的方法。
而且，本发明提供通过将对2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺压片或对含有2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和载体的组合物进行压片而获得的杀螨片剂。
本发明用于控制蜱螨的片剂含有2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺。可以使用通过将2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺单独压片获得的片剂，但是，标准方法是使用将2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和适当的载体的混合物进行压片而获得的片剂。
用于制备所述片剂的载体可以含有可升华的(sublimative)杀虫剂例如樟脑、萘、三噁烷和对二氯苯等以及普通的用于制备片剂的载体例如糊精、结晶纤维素、磷酸氢钙、碳酸钙、淀粉、乳糖等。当使用可升华的杀虫剂作载体时，用2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺控制蜱螨目，并期望对单独用2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺很难控制的织物害虫的控制作用可以增加。
用于本发明的片剂除2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺或2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺与载体的混合物之外，如果需要可以含有制备片剂的辅助剂例如润滑剂(滑石、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、液体石蜡等)。所述片剂可以含有其它的杀虫/杀螨的组分、增效剂和/或杀真菌剂。
在片剂中2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺的量通常为0.5-100％(重量)，片剂可以在通常为0.5-10kg/cm2的压力下压制成片。
根据本发明，将上述片剂放置于小的空间内以便控制蜱螨。放置片剂的小空间通常小于50cm3并且为密封的空间。实例有壁厨、杂物间、箱子(玩具箱、标本箱、衣箱等)、玩具中、杂物中、被褥(“futon”棉花、枕头等)等。当用于储存室、壁厨或杂物间时，将所述片剂置于适当的容器内悬挂较方便。当用于衣柜中时，通常将所述片剂置于厨柜中。2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺使用的量通常为0.1-200g/m3。
本发明的杀螨的方法对于孳生于室内的蜱螨特别有效，例如麦食螨科像美洲家刺皮螨(Dermatophagoides farinae]、欧洲家刺皮螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssnus)等，粉螨科例如河野脂螨(Lardoglyphuskonoi)、腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)、椭圆嗜粉螨(Aleuroglyphusovatus)，食甜螨科例如隐秘食甜螨(Glycyphagus privatus)、家食甜螨(Glycyphagus domesticus)、groceries mite(Glycyphagus destrutor)等，嗜渣螨属的螨，肉食螨科例如螯单梳螨属(Chelacaropsis)moorei、螯单梳螨属malaccensis、

制备实施例1
将2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺在5kg/cm2压力下压片得到片剂。
制备实施例2
将5份(重量)的2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和100份(重量)的樟脑的混合物在5kg/cm2压力下压片得到片剂。
制备实施例3
将5份(重量)的2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和100份(重量)的萘的混合物在5kg/cm2压力下压片得到片剂。
制备实施例4
将5份(重量)的2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和100份(重量)的对二氯苯的混合物在5kg/cm2压力下压片得到片剂。
制备实施例5
将5份(重量)的2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和100份(重量)的结晶纤维素(微晶纤维素；由Asahi Chemical Industry Co,Ltd.生产)的混合物在5kg/cm2压力下压片得到片剂。
接着，用试验实施例显示本发明的控制蜱螨目的方法。
试验实施例1
将由制备实施例1-5获得的片剂(1g)放置于铝板(直径：3.5cm)上。将所述板置于200cm3的塑料盒中。另一方面，通过滤纸使两个铝板(直径：3.5cm)延长，用粘合剂包围以防止螨逃跑，在所述板上释放20-50只美洲家刺皮螨。然后将装有饱和的硝酸铵水溶液的杯子置于塑料盒子的底部以保持湿度，然后密闭。4天后，用显微镜观察美洲家刺皮螨，证明杀螨率为100％。

Claims (6)

1．控制蜱螨目的方法，包括将对2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺压片或对含有2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和至少一种载体的组合物进行压片而获得至少一个片剂放置于小的空间内。
2．权利要求1的方法，其中所述小的空间为厨柜、壁厨或杂物间。
3．权利要求1或2的方法，其中所述载体为选自糊精、结晶纤维素、磷酸氢钙、碳酸钙、淀粉、乳糖、樟脑、萘、三噁烷和对二氯苯中的至少一种物质。
4．权利要求1、2或3的方法，其中2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺的用量为每立方米所述小空间0.1-200克。
5．通过将2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺压片或将含有2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和至少一种载体的组合物进行压片而获得的杀螨片剂。
6．通过将2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺压片或将含有2-甲氧基羰基-4-氯代三氟-甲磺酰基苯胺和至少一种载体的组合物压片而获得的片剂的杀蜱螨目的用途。
