Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗囊肿的药物，主要解决治疗囊肿只有依赖手术而无治疗药物的问题。它是取夏枯草、浙贝母、丹参、桃仁、红花、胆南星、半夏、三棱、莪术、薏苡仁、苍术、云苓、败酱草、黄芪、连翘、赤芍、海藻、昆布及黄柏等十九味中草药，将上述中草药洗净消毒后加工粉碎后制成，该药剂可以是蜜制丸剂或胶囊或片剂。本发明能在杀菌消炎的同时快速除湿消肿，对医治卵巢或肝、肾囊肿的总有效率达100%，治愈率达99.7%。本胶囊对一些妇科疾患如输卵管积水、宫颈糜烂、输卵管炎、盆腔炎等也有很好的疗效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗囊肿的药物，具体地说是一种能够消除卵巢或肝、肾囊肿及其炎症的中成药制剂。
背景技术
多年来医学界治疗卵巢或肝、肾囊肿的方法唯一的治疗方法是手术切除。手术切除往往给患者带来很大的经济负担和身体上的痛苦，手术之后不仅疾病的复发率较高而且有6％的致癌率，为防止囊肿恶变，对于患了卵巢囊肿的妇女有的医院还采取卵巢与囊肿一刀切的做法，因此许多育龄妇女不愿意接受手术。医患双方都在期盼一种不用开刀也能够治愈囊肿的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗和消除囊肿的中成药，它能在杀菌消炎的同时快速除湿消肿并根治囊肿。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的：它是由下述配比的原料组份制成的：
夏枯草20-30g 浙贝母10-20g 丹参15-30g 桃仁8-12g
红花10-15g 胆南星4-8g 半夏4-8g 三棱10-15g
莪术10-15g 薏苡仁10-20g 苍术12-18g 茯苓10-20g
败酱草15-30g 黄芪15g-30g 连翘10-15g 赤芍10-20g
海藻10-20g 昆布10-20g 黄柏10-15g。
该种治疗囊肿的药物的制备方法是：将上述组分的中草药洗净消毒后干燥粉碎，过80目筛，然后配置成药剂。所述的药物的剂型可以是丸剂或胶囊制品或片剂。
本发明的技术方案建立在多年来对卵巢或肝、肾发病机理的认识和中医辩证施治进行治疗的基础上，从祖国丰富的医学宝库中筛选出具有散结、抗癌功能的夏枯草、苍术，具有开破功能的三棱、莪术，活血化瘀功能的丹参、红花、桃仁，清热解毒消炎的败酱草、胆南星、连翘以及半夏，消除内热的赤芍，健脾益气并与三棱、莪术配伍使用的黄芪，以及具有较强化瘀滞作用的浙贝母、海藻、昆布和黄柏。这些药物相互配合能有效地消炎止痛，祛瘀消肿，清热解毒，健脾益气，防癌抗变，特别是在燥湿利水方面有奇特的疗效。据两年来429例临床试验统计，患者中囊肿的最大直径为10.5cm，最小直径为4.9cm，直径在6cm以下者计204例，6-10.5cm的有225人；囊肿在6cm以下的患者服药3-4周全部治愈；囊肿为6-10.5cm的患者中服药4周而愈者164人，占72.8％，服药5-6周囊肿完全消失者60人，占26.7％，剩余一例患者的囊肿也小于原来的1/5，本药物的总有效率达100％，治愈率达99.7％。本药物还对一些妇科疾患如输卵管积水、宫颈糜烂、输卵管炎、盆腔炎等也有很好的疗效。近期追访89例，其中卵巢囊肿49例，肾囊肿40例，治疗情况皆十分理想，回访患者的治疗情况举例如下：
郭瑞华，女，28岁，菏泽市牡丹区卫生局，患卵巢囊肿四年，曾到北京、济南等地治疗无效，后来不得不接受手术将囊肿连同右侧卵巢一并切除，一年后左侧又发现卵巢囊肿B超显示囊肿大小为6.9×4.9cm，服用本药24天后完全消失，现已生育一健康男婴。
钱丽萍，女，32岁，菏泽市牡丹区电视台，婚后六年不孕，B超检测右侧卵巢囊肿4.3×6.7cm，左侧卵巢囊肿6.4×8.6cm，且兼有输卵管积液，服用该药32天囊肿及输卵管积水完全消退，追访无复发。
郜普学，男，31岁，菏泽市牡丹区黄镇乡，两年前B超检测左肾囊肿10.3×12.7cm，右肾囊肿11.9×13.6cm，服药26天，全部治愈，至今没有反复。
孙宝梅，女28岁，菏泽市海联大酒店，做B超提示右卵巢4.6×5.1cm，左卵巢囊肿4.2×4.9，服药18天而愈，且服药后没有发现不良反应。
具体实施例：
本发明药物是由下述重量配比的原料制成的：
夏枯草20-30g 浙贝母10-20g 丹参15-30g 桃仁8-12g
红花10-15g 胆南星4-8g 半夏4-8g 三棱10-15g
莪术10-15g 薏苡仁10-20g 苍术12-18g 茯苓10-20g
败酱草15-30g 黄芪15g-30g 连翘10-15g 赤芍10-20g
海藻10-20g 昆布10-20g 黄柏10-15g
制备本发明药物的最佳重量配比是：
夏枯草25g 浙贝母15g 丹参20g 桃仁10g
红花12g 胆南星6g 半夏6g 三棱10g
莪术15g 薏苡仁15g 苍术15g 茯苓15g
败酱草25g 黄芪25g 连翘12g 赤芍15g
海藻15g 昆布15g 黄柏12g。
该种治疗囊肿药物制备药丸的方法是：按上述组分取夏枯草、浙贝母、三棱、莪术、苍术、茯苓、败酱草、黄芪、连翘等十九味中草药，将上述中草药洗净消毒后干燥粉碎，过80目筛；将蜂蜜加热至110°熬制，待炼蜜冷却后按10份药粉掺2-3份炼蜜的比例再添加适量水配置成丸，每10丸重2克。
使用时，日服三次，一次6-9克，温开水送服。
该种消囊肿药物制备胶囊的方法是：按上述组分取夏枯草、浙贝母、丹参、桃仁、红花、胆南星、半夏、三棱、莪术、薏苡仁、苍术、 茯苓、败酱草、黄芪、连翘、赤芍、海藻、昆布及黄柏等十九味中草药，将上述中草药洗净消毒后干燥粉碎至80目，然后放在水和酒精的混合液中浸泡、提取、干燥后混匀，装入0号胶囊。
使用时，日服三次，一次5-6粒，温开水送服。
此药孕妇忌服。

1、一种治疗囊肿的药物，其特征在于其制备方法为：将下述重量的各组份：
夏枯草20-30g 浙贝母10-20g 丹参 15-30g 桃仁 8-12g
红花 10-15g 胆南星4-8g 半夏 4-8g 三棱 10-15g
莪术 10-15g 薏苡仁10-20g 苍术 12-18g 茯苓 10-20g
败酱草15-30g 黄芪 15g-30g 连翘 10-15g 赤芍 10-20g
海藻 10-20g 昆布 10-20g 黄柏 10-15g洗净、干燥、消毒后加工粉碎，过80目筛，然后制成丸剂或胶囊剂或片剂。
