随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者对头发护理的重视程度也在增加,越来越多的人开始关注头发的健康,并愿意花费更多的时间和金钱来护理头发。“养护头发”概念已浮现,都说养发先养头皮,洗发水能否真正从根源上滋养头皮,这一问题受到越来越多消费者的重视。
目前市面上的洗发品种众多,按照功能通常分为普通洗发水、去屑止痒洗发水以及洗染洗发水等。目前为止,具有多种功效且安全的洗发水成为当下重点研究的方向。因此,除了适当的清洁效果之外,开发还能用于改善头发质地或视觉效果,例如柔软性、柔韧性、光泽等类型洗发产品十分有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增强头发光泽的洗发香波,该洗发香波在具有较好的头发清洁能力的同时,其还具有头发调理效果以及在连续使用过程中的头发调理效果,能够强韧头发,增强头发的光泽度。

本发明提供一种增强头发光泽的洗发香波,所述洗发香波的原料主要包括按照质量百分数计的以下组分:表面活性剂15-50%、保湿剂0.5-5%、珠光剂0.5-5%、植物调理剂1.5-15%、防腐剂0.01-0.1%、增稠剂0.3-1%、螯合剂0.05-0.2%、香味调节剂0.05-0.5%、pH调节剂0.01-0.3%和余量水;所述植物调理剂为蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根的混合提取物,所述蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根的质量比为(1-3):(1-2):(1-3):(1.5-3.0):(0.5-1.5)。
上述技术方案中,蓖麻根中含有多种有效成分,如蓖麻毒素、蓖麻酸、芦荟素等,这些成分具有很强的抗菌、抗病毒和抗炎作用,能够有效地消除病原体,减轻炎症反应,促进伤口愈合。蓖麻根中的蓖麻油中含有大量的蓖麻酸和亚油酸,这些成分能够促进皮肤细胞的再生和修复,增强皮肤的弹性和光泽,防止皮肤干燥、老化、皱纹等问题。蓖麻油中含有多种维生素和矿物质,如维生素E、锌、硒等,这些成分能够滋养头发,促进头皮血液循环,增加头发的弹性和光泽,防止头发脱落和断裂。
艾叶具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗凝、止痒、改善皮肤干燥等。艾叶提取物含有多种天然药物成分,被人体吸收后可增强人体抗过敏能力。艾草提取物中的挥发油成分可以杀灭细菌、真菌等微生物,起到消毒作用。艾草提取物具有抗氧化作用,可以预防皮肤老化,改善皮肤质量。
侧柏叶属于一味药性苦寒的中草药,可以起到凉血清热和化痰止咳的作用,能够治疗血热和肺热引起的一些病症。侧柏叶也可以生发乌发,并能消散肿毒,发挥出抗菌抑菌的功效。侧柏叶提取物,主要含有酚类化合物,这些化合物具有抗氧化、抗菌和抗炎症的功效。
桑根具有清热解毒、生津润燥、止咳平喘、降血糖等多种功效。含有多酚类成分,具有较强的自由基清除能力;含有多种氨基酸和多糖类物质,具有保湿作用;含有黄酮类成分,可以有效抑制炎症反应;桑根提取物中富含绿原酸和伞形酮,能够增加血管生成相关因子(VEGF、HGF、FGF2和FGF7)的表达,并由此在生发中起到作用。
芍药根提取物对皮肤具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的作用与功效。富含天然多酚类物质,具有强烈的抗氧化作用;芍药根提取物中含有芍药甙,淡化色斑、雀斑等色素沉淀;芍药根提取物含有芍药酸,具有抗炎、消炎、杀菌等作用,能够缓解肌肤炎症,促进肌肤细胞的再生;芍药根提取物中含有黄酮类物质,有很好的保湿功效。
进一步地,所述植物调理剂的制备方法为:
S1,将蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根干燥,分别机械粉碎成末;
S2,按配比称取粉末物料混合并完全浸没在50-80%乙醇水溶液中,然后使用N2作为载气,在40-60℃下真空加压10-40min,过滤,收集提取物滤液;
S3,将S2中提取物滤液减压浓缩,干燥,得到所述植物调理物。
优选的,所述的表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂10-30%、非离子表面活性剂1-10%和两性表面活性剂4-10%。
优选的,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇磷酸酯钠、椰油酰羟乙基磺酸钠、椰油酰甲基硫磺酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠中的至少2种;和/或,所述非离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺DEA;和/或,所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
上述技术方案中,所述表面活性剂由非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂配伍,可选用的表面活性剂组分刺激性小,对皮肤极温和,同时具有很好的洗涤、调理、抗静电和杀菌作用,具有较好的柔软性,泡沫丰富、绵密、细腻且稳定,能带来更好的头皮清理效果且易清洗。
优选的,所述珠光剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、椰油酰胺甲基MEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱按照质量比(0.8-2):(0.5-1.5):1配制而成。
上述技术方案中,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯在表面活性剂复合物中加热后增溶或乳化,降温过程中析出镜片状结晶,因而产生强烈珠光光泽。按照上述比例复配的珠光剂能用于赋予头发珠光般光泽;同时搭配植物调理剂蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根的混合提取物滋养头皮和头发,强韧发丝,增加头发的弹性和光泽。配植物调理剂和珠光剂通过内外调理,协调增强头发光泽度。
优选的,所述保湿剂包括氨基酸、尿囊素、泛醇和马来酸改性蓖麻油。
更优选的,所述氨基酸、尿囊素、泛醇和马来酸改性蓖麻油质量比(0.3-1):(0.5-1.5):(1-2):(1-3)。
上述技术方案中,氨基酸,滋补秀发,为发丝健康提供营养动力。马来酸改性蓖麻油可以赋予皮肤和头发可量化的持久保湿功效。令皮肤和头发结构和外观得以显著改善。尿囊素是尿素的衍生物,具有增加皮肤、毛发最外层的吸水能力和促进细胞再生;尿囊素具有独特的溶角蛋白的性质,因此具有软化角蛋白的作用,能够保护头发,使头发光滑强韧。
优选的,所述氨基酸为牛磺酸或蛋氨酸。
上述技术方案中,蛋氨酸是毛发生长的另一种必需氨基酸,这种氨基酸是一种很强的抗氧化剂和硫磺仓库,对于治疗头发疾病有着不可忽视的作用,而且蛋氨酸有着很强的亲脂性,所以它有助于分解脂肪并防止脂肪在动脉和特定身体部分积聚。蛋氨酸的这种功能增加了毛囊和头皮的血液供应,进一步促进毛发生长。另外该氨基酸还在胶原蛋白的合成中起到作用,胶原蛋白负责提高头发的强度。
上述技术方案中,牛磺酸能够形成保护膜,为头发提供保湿和营养,防止头发因过度清洗而失去天然油脂和水分,减少头发分叉和断裂,让头发更加柔软顺滑。牛磺酸能够使头发更加有光泽,因为牛磺酸可以修复受损的头发并在头发表面形成保护层,提高头发的光泽度。牛磺酸能够修复因化学处理、染发等造成的毛发损伤,避免头发萎缩、变形等现象,保持头发的弹性和自然形态。
优选的,所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物。
优选的,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。
优选的,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠。
优选的,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮或苯氧乙醇。
进一步地,所述洗发香波还包括抗静电剂0.1-2%。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐10按照质量比(1-2):(1-2)配制而成。
上述技术方案中,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10复配得到的抗静电剂具有更好更持久的抗静电效果,辅以上述非离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺DEA等,提升吸收紫外线的功效,从抗静电的维度进一步阻挡了头发的外界损伤,更好地保护了头发,使得头发长久柔顺亮泽。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果:
本发明中的植物调理剂中的蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根提取物都具有抗炎、杀菌、保湿、促进头发生长的功效,混合提取物中富含多种活性成分,发挥多种作用,协同增强功效,能够抗炎杀菌、抗氧化作用,可以舒缓头皮、养护头皮,提升头发弹性和光泽,促进头发生长,而且各组分原料对皮肤无刺激性,安全性高。
本发明中的珠光剂采用乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、椰油酰胺甲基MEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱复配而成,提升乳化效果,赋予头发珠光般光泽,同时搭配植物调理剂,协同增强头发的光泽度,并可长效维持头发的柔顺亮泽状态。
本发明的保湿剂氨基酸、尿囊素、泛醇和马来酸改性蓖麻油增加皮肤或头发表面水分含量的物质,从而改善皮肤或头发的水油平衡,改善其质感和健康状态,柔顺秀发。
本发明的表面活性剂所述表面活性剂由非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂配伍,可选用的表面活性剂组分对皮肤极温和,清洁能力强,且具有较好的柔软性,泡沫丰富、绵密、细腻且稳定,能带来更好头皮清理效果且易清洗。
本发明洗发香波科学设置了配方组分及其质量分数,制备得到的产品安全、温和,能洁净秀发,清爽头皮,能柔顺呵护发丝,改善毛躁发质,使秀发丝滑亮泽,具有较好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体的实施例,对本说明技术方案的具体实施方式进行进一步描述,这些实施例是为了对本技术方案的详细描述,而不是为了限制本技术方案。基于本说明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本说明保护的范围。
本发明以下实施例及对比例中所有原料均来自于市售。
制备例1
植物调理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根干燥,分别机械粉碎成末;
S2,称取蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根(质量比为1:1:1:1:1)的粉末混合,将混合物料完全浸没在60%乙醇水溶液中,然后使用N 2作为载气,在45℃下真空加压20min,过滤,收集提取物滤液;
S3,将S2中提取物滤液减压浓缩,干燥,得到所述植物调理物。
制备例2
与制备例1的不同在于:制备例2的蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药的质量比为3:2:2:1:1。制备方法同制备例1。
对比制备例1
与制备例1的不同之处在于:提取原料为艾叶、侧伯叶和芍药,三者的质量比为1:4:0.5。
对比制备例2
与制备例1的不同之处在于:提取原料为蓖麻根和桑根,二者的质量比为1:10。
制备例1-2和对比制备例1-2的各原料组分的用量单位为kg,用量表如下表1所示:

植物提取物的性能测试:
1.抗氧化作用测试
参照《T/SHRH 006-2018化妆品-自由基(DPPH)清除实验方法》,对制备例1-2和对比制备例1-2的植物调理剂进行DPPH自由基清除率试验。配置3%的植物调理剂水溶液,进行测试,测试结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药配伍混合提取物具有更优异的抗氧化作用,缺少其中2种或3种组分,抗氧化性能发生显著下降。五种组分搭配可以协同增强抗氧化活性,且在配伍比例范围内作用效果更佳。
2.抑菌作用测试
马拉色菌为人和动物皮肤表面的常见微生物,主要包括糠秕马拉色菌、合轴马拉色菌、球形马拉色菌、厚皮马拉色菌等。马拉色菌是一类嗜脂类真菌,在皮肤表面是一类条件致病菌,在某些致病因素的作用下,可引起脂溢性皮炎、马拉色菌毛囊炎、特应性皮炎和脂溢性脱发等病症,其异常活动也被认为是头屑形成的主要原因。
测试方法:使用0.3%的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)水溶液分别对制备例1-2和对比制备例1-2制备得到的植物调理剂稀释至3%测试样品。将橄榄油培养基配制好高温121℃灭菌15分钟,待培养基冷却至45℃时,倾入无菌平皿,待冷却凝固后,备用。刮取在橄榄油平板上生长5-7d的马拉色菌(购自广东微生物菌种保藏中心)菌落于无菌生理盐水中混匀。将配制好的菌悬液准确吸取0.1mL均匀涂布在培养基上,在平板上放置3个已灭菌的牛津杯,在牛津杯中加入0.2mL样品稀释液,加入0.3%的DMSO水溶液作为阴性对照,加入10%吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)作为阳性对照。置于培养箱中35℃下厌氧培养5-7d,观察菌落生长状况,记录抑菌圈(扣除牛津杯直径8mm)大小,结果如表3所示。
培养基配方为:蛋白胨10.0g,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5g,琼脂12.0g,牛胆盐4.0g,葡萄糖5.0g,酵母浸膏1.0g,全脂牛奶10.0g,橄榄油20mL,土温60 0.5mL,放线菌酮0.5g,氯霉素0.05g。

由表3结果可以看出,阴性实验组无抑菌圈,表明抑菌实验所用DMSO水溶液不会对实验结果产生影响,阳性实验组的抑菌圈直径为12.5±0.3mm,表明10%ZPT具有较好的马拉色菌抑菌效果。制备例1-2和对比制备例1-2的植物提取物也均具有马拉色菌抑菌功效,其中制备例2的抑菌圈略小于阴性对照组,获得了与ZPT较为接近的抑菌效果。制备例1和制备例2的抑菌效果要显著好于对比制备例1和对比制备例2。说明由蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药配伍的组合提取物具有更好的抑菌功效。
实施例1-7洗发香波的组方如表4所示:

实施例1-7洗发香波的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将表面活性剂和水混合后,搅拌升温至80℃,溶解完全后加入乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、椰油酰胺甲基MEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的复配物和水,搅拌20min,得到物料A;
(2)将瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、柠檬酸、EDTA二钠、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、氨基酸、尿囊素、泛醇和马来酸改性蓖麻油加入至物料A中,恒温搅拌30min,降温至40-50℃;
(3)加入植物调理剂,搅拌均匀,降温至40℃以下;
(4)再加入香精、对羟基苯乙酮和剩余水,搅拌30min后出料。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于:不添加植物调理剂,其他组分相同。制备方法同实施例1。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于:不添加珠光剂,其他组分相同。制备方法同实施例1。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别在于:植物调理剂的组分不同,植物调理剂为对比制备例2制备的样品,其他组分相同。制备方法同实施例1。
对比例4
与实施例1的区别在于:珠光剂的组分不同,珠光剂乙二醇二硬脂酸酯,其他组分相同。制备方法同实施例1。
对比例5
与实施例1的区别在于:植物调理剂的添加量为0.5%,珠光剂的添加量为0.1%,其他组分相同。制备方法同实施例1。
对比例6
与实施例1的区别在于:植物调理剂的添加量为20%,珠光剂的添加量为10%,其他组分相同。制备方法同实施例1。
对比例7
与实施例1的区别在于:表面活性剂为椰油酰胺DEA15%和月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠17%,其他组分相同。制备方法同实施例1。
对实施例1-7和对比例1-7制备的洗发香波进行如下测试:
测试1:选取140名头发干枯毛躁、无光泽,头皮呈中性状态的长时间户外工作志愿者,志愿者头发至少20cm长且为直发,将志愿者随机分成14组,每组10人,分别使用实施例1-7和对比例1-7制备的洗发香波样品,按照2天/次的洗头频率连续使用15次,要求每次使用时清洗头部3min。
将志愿者头发梳整齐后,用光泽度分析仪从60°测量角度测定志愿者头部遮挡左侧耳朵的部分的头发的光泽度,每个志愿者测定3次取平均值。分别记录志愿者使用洗发水之前的头发光泽度以及使用洗发水15次后的头发光泽度,并计算使用后光泽度增长率(%)。计算公式为:光泽度增长率(%)=[(使用后光泽度-使用前光泽度)/使用前光泽度]*100%,测试结果见表6。
测试2:从志愿者头部剪取20cm长的头发,采用单根头发拉伸性能测试仪(上海湘杰XJ810)用0.01N,15mm/min的拉伸速度拉伸头发,测试头发的断裂伸长率(%)。每组实验重复3次以上实验,取平均值。分别记录志愿者使用洗发水之前的头发拉伸断裂强度(N)以及使用洗发水15次后的头发拉伸断裂强度(N),并计算使用后拉伸断裂强度增强率(%)。计算公式为:拉伸断裂强度增强率(%)=[(使用后头发拉伸断裂强度(N)-使用前头发拉伸断裂强度(N))/使用前头发拉伸断裂强度(N)]*100%,测试数据结果见表6。
测试3:志愿者在使用洗发水15次后,对洗发水进行使用评价,评价标准参见表5:

上述实验结果表明,实施例1-7具有良好的使用体验,对比例1-7相对较差。其中实施例7的综合评价最好,头发光泽度好,头发韧性高;实施例7和实施例1相比,珠光剂、保湿剂、抗静电剂和植物调理剂的成分含量配比有调整,通过这四种组分共同作用调理头发,获得了更好的综合改善效果。实施例1和对比例1-2的区别在于,对比例1-2分别未添加植物调理剂和珠光剂,对头发改善效果大幅下降,分别表现为韧性变差和光泽度变差。实施例1和对比例3-4的区别在于,对比例3-4植物调理剂和珠光剂的组成成分减少,对比例3-4的头发光泽度的增长率和拉伸强度的增强率都明显下降,头发韧性和光泽度均变差。实施例1和对比例5-6相比,对比例5-6的植物调理剂和珠光剂的成分添加过少或过多,超过配方范围,头发光泽度的增长率和拉伸强度的增强率都发生极为显著的下降,头发韧性和光泽度变得更差。实施例1和对比例7相比,表面活性剂不同,对比例7的表面活性剂仅含有2种,由月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠和椰油酰胺DEA组成,头发光泽度和拉伸强度都比使用前更差,可能原因是这二者的清洁能力不足,毛囊堵塞,导致头发不仅不能吸收营养,还滋生头皮炎症等问题,使得发质变得更差。
由实施例和对比例的结果可见,本发明提供的配方配伍的洗发水具有更好的洗发护发功效。
尽管已经示出和描述了本说明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本说明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本说明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种增强头发光泽的洗发香波,其特征在于,洗发香波的原料主要包括按照质量百分数计的以下组分:表面活性剂 15-50%、保湿剂0.5-5%、珠光剂0.5-5%、植物调理剂1.5-15%、防腐剂 0.01-0.1%、增稠剂0.3-1%、螯合剂0.05-0.2%、香味调节剂 0.05-0.5%、pH调节剂 0.01-0.3%、抗静电剂0.1-2%和余量水;所述植物调理剂为蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根的混合提取物,所述蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根的质量比为(1-3):(1-2):(1-3):(1.5-3.0):(0.5-1.5);所述植物调理剂的制备方法为:S1,将蓖麻根、艾叶、侧伯叶、桑根、芍药根干燥,分别机械粉碎成末;S2,按配比称取粉末物料混合并完全浸没在50-80%乙醇水溶液中,然后使用N2作为载气,在40-60℃下真空加压10-40min,过滤,收集提取物滤液;S3,将S2中提取物滤液减压浓缩,干燥,得到所述植物调理物;所述的表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂10-30%、非离子表面活性剂1-10%和两性表面活性剂4-10%;所述的阴离子表面活性剂为椰油酰羟乙基磺酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠;所述非离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺DEA;所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;所述珠光剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、椰油酰胺甲基MEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱按照质量比(0.8-2):(1-1.5):1配制而成; 所述抗静电剂为瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐10按照质量比(1-2):(1-2)配制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强头发光泽的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括氨基酸、尿囊素、泛醇和马来酸改性蓖麻油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的增强头发光泽的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述氨基酸、尿囊素、泛醇和马来酸改性蓖麻油的质量比(0.3-1):(0.5-1.5):(1-2):(1-3)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的增强头发光泽的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为牛磺酸和/或蛋氨酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的增强头发光泽的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸;所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠;所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮或苯氧乙醇。
