Abstract
本发明涉及洗护用品技术领域,具体涉及一种无刺激毛发修护组合物及防脱洗发露,所述组合物包括以下重量百分比组分:侧柏叶提取物0.5%‑10%、人参根提取物1%‑8%、姜根提取物2%‑12%、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物1%‑10%、甜菜碱0.5‑20%。本发明通过侧柏叶提取物、人参根提取物、姜根提取物、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物、甜菜碱的协效复配,可实现无生物累积洁净、保水作用完美结合,通过协同作用使组合物在毛发在洁净的过程中深入修复毛囊,同时有效提高产品的安全性。本发明组合物应用于防脱洗发用品,可达到清洁、修复、防脱、头发保湿等多重功效,适用于对头皮脱落困扰人群。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗护用品技术领域,具体涉及一种无刺激毛发修护组合物及防脱洗发露。
背景技术
在当今社会,熬夜成为越来越多人的习惯,熬夜时大脑皮层一直处在兴奋状态,难以受到抑制,大脑皮层越兴奋,那么从身体各个部位输送过来的血液和营养物质就越向脑部集中,而其他部分就有可能出现供血不足的情况,如果头皮毛囊经常处于一个供血不足的状态之中,营养不够,那么时间一久,头发可能就会慢慢变枯、变黄、变脆,甚至脱落。
另外,随着沙龙美发的盛行,染烫一款好看的适合脸型的发型简直是改头换脸,让颜值大大加分。但是,在染烫发的过程中,会致使头发表层的鳞片遭到破坏,使头发内部结构处于无保护状态,内部的水分和营养成分流失,而且市面上很多烫发药水中都含有碱性成分,具有一定的氧化作用,一旦接触到头皮,容易破坏毛发中的小皮,造成头发中的水分流失殆尽。
当发质受到了损伤,不当的护理清洁会让原本干燥发黄的头发变得更脆、打结严重、头发脱落数量增多。因此,对头发清洁的同时,头皮的修复也是同样重要。
现有技术中,制备洗发产品的原料月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(SLES),以其低价高泡清洁力强的优势而成为必不可少用原料,而其高添加量也带来一定刺激性。而且,防脱洗发产品只讲究头皮的单方面的疗效层面,很少考虑到生物积累对头皮至发根造成的伤害以及头皮的不良反应刺激而导致的头发脱落现象。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种无刺激毛发修护组合物及防脱洗发露。本发明公开了一种清洗过程中无生物累积、减少对头皮不良刺激、对毛发有修护作用的组合物及其在防脱洗发产品中的应用。
本发明利用甜菜碱保护细胞膜的性能,极大降低洗发洁净原料月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的刺激性,同时本发明组分无生物累积,也在一定程度上减少对头皮的不良刺激,使得洗发产品使用更温和,头发不会因刺激而脱落,采用可实现加速血液循环、修复受损毛发、激活毛囊成分、控油促代谢的功能性组分,并搭配具有头发保水能力甜菜碱,在保水的同时从毛囊到毛根修复受损头发,在毛发洁净的过程中更好的滋养毛发,让受损的毛发更强韧、更健康。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种无刺激毛发修护组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组分:侧柏叶提取物0.5%-10%、人参根提取物1%-8%、姜根提取物2%-12%、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物1%-10%、甜菜碱0.5-20%。
在本发明一实施例中,提供一种无刺激毛发修护组合物,包括以下重量百分比组分:侧柏叶提取物3%-5%、人参根提取物2%-5%、姜根提取物3%-7%、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物3%-9%、甜菜碱2%-6%。
进一步的,本发明的无刺激毛发修护组合物,还包括以下重量百分比组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8-18%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5-11%、PEG-2 月桂酸酯 0.001-5%。
进一步的,在本发明一实施例中,所述无刺激毛发修护组合物,还包括以下重量百分比组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-16%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-5%、PEG-2 月桂酸酯 0.05-2%,通过上述组分,可以在清洗的同时保持水分不流失。
进一步的,所述酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物的制备方法为:取茶树鲜叶置于恒温恒湿箱进行预水份处理,保持温度20℃-28℃,湿度80%-85%,时间19-22h,将处理叶转置高压均质破壁处理,时间65min后,取出半透性液泡膜受损伤叶置于无菌罐中,分两次少量投菌株进行发酵,保持湿度90%,温度24℃-29℃,发酵时间约2.5h完成发酵,取发酵好红茶放入无菌浸泡罐并加入双丙甘醇溶液浸泡8-24h再次进行破壁处理,处理液转入萃取罐中进行微波萃取,萃取过程采取程序升温,萃取时间为10-30min,微波功率为300-1500W,提取温度为50-80℃,将萃取液通过微孔滤膜过滤即得酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物。本发明中,制备的酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物可分散在化妆品级甘油、乙醇或丁二醇中备用。
本发明的组合物,不含有无硅油,清洗过程中无生物累积,甜菜碱特有的毛发保水作用,同时解决了清洗过程毛发失水变得干燥问题使毛发变得敏感,清洗过程中无不良刺激使头发不易敏感脱落。
本发明的无刺激毛发修护组合物中:侧柏叶提取物取自柏科植物侧柏的干燥嫩枝叶,雄性激素分泌过剩毛囊机能低下时,油脂分泌过剩会引发细菌,侧柏叶提取物能明显抑制细菌滋生的作用。同时,中医讲血热生风,侧柏叶提取物具有的清热凉血的功效,能让风热随气上窜头顶得不到营养脱落的毛根得以润燥滋血,其抗氧化性能激活毛母细胞使生长衰退的毛囊复活。
人参根提取物能调节中枢神经系统兴奋过程和抑制过程舒缓头皮紧张,具有增强造血作用,可改善头部皮肤血液循环和调节免疫力,达到促进毛发生长的作用。
姜根提取物可以抑制头皮痒,活化毛囊组织,增加毛囊细胞的营养供给,刺激新发生长并不过度刺激头皮,强化发根,使头部皮肤血液循环正常化。
酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物在平衡油脂同时除去头屑,能够改善油脂分泌过旺以及头屑堆积而导致头皮代谢问题。
特别的,本发明的添加的活性组分酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物,是红茶加入活性菌经过自身酶发酵分解,产生的茶多酚活性酵素,其抗氧化能力可达到L-抗坏血酸的100倍。本发明将其应用于洗发用品,能很好的控油去屑、抑菌消炎效果,其而特有的茶黄素 (TFS)、茶红素(TRS)和茶褐素(TB)也能促进头皮血液循环,起到生发效果。
本发明中,利用甜菜碱的保护细胞膜的性能极大降低洗发洁净原料月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的刺激性,同时本发明组分无生物累积,在一定程度上减少对头皮的不良刺激,使用时更温和,头皮不易敏感,使得中药有效成分得到更好的吸收。本发明的修护组合物组成的金字塔结构,让头发从毛囊到毛根每一根都得到修复滋养。本发明同时解决了防脱洗发产品的生物积累性、温和性、头皮滋养等一系列问题,防止因头皮刺激而导致的头发脱落问题,本发明无需另外添加抗敏剂,减少抗敏耐药性,能够在不知不觉中修复受损毛发。
本发明还提供一种无刺激毛发修护防脱洗发露,包括上述的无刺激毛发修护组合物。

过多的皮脂分泌物堆积在毛囊周围压迫或堵塞毛囊,容易抑制头发的正常生长,导致头发受阻而易脱落。本发明提供的无生物累积洗发产品,能清净头皮的同时不对头皮产生刺激。月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱具有的降低表面张力性能,使亲油性基团与皮脂或油污结合,亲水性基团与水分子结合。在表面活性剂分子的作用下将附着于头皮深处的代谢物、油脂污垢、灰尘分离并溶于水并排出水外。甜菜碱特有的保护细胞膜及保湿性能,降低洗发原料SLES对头皮和头发的刺激,同时让头皮在清洗过程中不会因为过于干燥变得敏感而容易脱落。
本发明的护防脱洗发露中,含有一种由毛囊活性物侧柏成分、改善微循环精华人参根成分、刺激毛囊生长组成的生姜成分、改善毛囊代谢酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物以及细胞保护因子甜菜碱组合而成的的毛发修护组合物。通过各组分的协效复配,使得毛发清洗能舒缓头发的不良脱落、加速毛囊细胞新陈代谢,让头发更强韧、健康。其中,侧柏叶清热凉血,为治疗血燥脱发之佳品;人参内含有与雌激素有关的植物激素,这些物质的存在可改善头部皮肤血液循环和调节免疫力,达到促进毛发生长的作用;姜根可以使头部皮肤血液循环正常化,活化毛囊组织,有效地防止脱发、白发,刺激新发生长,并可抑制头皮痒,强化发根;酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物在平衡油脂同时除去头屑,能够改善油脂分泌过旺以及头屑堆积而导致头皮脱落问题;甜菜碱像扁豆的结构容易与水分子结合,物理条件改变时,它很容易把水分子释放,让水分子可被活细胞利用。通过以上成分的协效复配,能够在洁净头皮在清洗过程中加速毛发代谢、滋养发根、让毛发更健康。
本发明通过侧柏叶提取物、人参根提取物、姜根提取物、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物、甜菜碱的协效复配,能在修复受损毛发,深入毛囊发挥保水作用,牢牢锁住有效成份。
本发明组合物可实现无生物累积洁净、保水作用完美结合,通过协同作用使组合物在毛发在洁净的过程中深入修复毛囊,同时有效提高产品的安全性。通过实验已经证明本发明组合物具有显著地减少头发脱落效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明创新性的将中药加速血液循环成分、中药修复受损毛发成分、中药刺激毛囊成分、中药控油促代谢成分协效复配,再搭配具有头发保水能力甜菜碱,在保水的同时从毛囊到毛根修复受损头发,让受损的毛发更强韧、更健康。
本发明组合物应用于防脱洗发用品,可达到清洁、修复、防脱、头发保湿等多重功效,适用于对头皮脱落困扰人群。特别的,本发明适用于生理性脱发、掉发频繁并为此产生困扰人群,不适用病理性(无毛囊、毛囊坏死不可逆)人群。

本实施例提供一种实施例1-6任一项所述的酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物的制备方法,具体为:取茶树鲜叶置于恒温恒湿箱进行预水份处理,保持温度25℃,湿度82%,时间20h,将处理叶转置高压均质破壁处理,时间65min后,取出半透性液泡膜受损伤叶置于无菌罐中,分两次少量投菌株进行发酵,保持湿度90%,温度27℃,发酵时间约2.5h完成发酵,取发酵好红茶放入无菌浸泡罐并加入双丙甘醇溶液浸泡18h再次进行破壁处理,处理液转入萃取罐中进行微波萃取,萃取过程采取程序升温,萃取时间为20min,微波功率为1000W,提取温度为65℃,将萃取液通过微孔滤膜过滤即得酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物。

性能测试
分别以安慰样品洗发露7为对比,用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜测试洗发露1-6、洗发露8-12的刺激性(按刺激性从小到大分为0-6分,0分为无刺激,6分为严重刺激)。选36位志愿者(此项测试志愿者为年龄在25岁-40岁),均分为12组,分别使用洗发露1-6、洗发露8-12清洗头发,分别测试志愿者左前额、右前额、左后枕、以及前后四个头皮区域(角质层水分含量、油脂含量)平均值,记录原始值,并于提供样品0天、7天、14天、28天回返(需测试前一天洗头)记录产品使用样后测试变化值,回返当天同步提供调查问卷形式记录个人瘙痒感观评价评分,用皮肤水分含量测试探头Corneometer CM 825测试头皮的含水量,并在皮肤油脂测试仪Cutometerdual&Sebumeter SM815下观测头皮油脂分泌量,通过以下公式计算改善率(%):(第N天测试值-0天原始值)/0天原始值*100%,其中,N=7、14、28,测试值包括个人瘙痒感观评价评分、头皮的含水量、头皮油脂分泌量;洗发露1-12的性能测试结果如下表4所示。

由表4可知,洗发露1-6与安慰样品洗发露7对比可见,本发明的毛发精华成分组合物用于洗发产品中可以降低洗发产品的刺激性,增加头皮的含水量,改善头皮瘙痒刺激,减少头皮屑,抑制油脂分泌,保持头皮水油平衡,强韧发质减少头发脱落。由洗发露8-12毛发精华成分组合物与洗发露3对比可见,本发明中侧柏叶提取物、人参根提取物、姜根提取物、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物、甜菜碱本发明中发挥协同作用,由洗发露3-5与洗发露2对比可见,本发明中当侧柏叶提取物、人参根提取物、姜根提取物、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物、甜菜碱成分在一定的复配比例下,组合物添加量在实际中达到最优效果。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。需注意的是,本发明中所未详细描述的技术特征,均可以通过本领域任一现有技术实现。
Claims (10)
1.一种无刺激毛发修护组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组分:侧柏叶提取物0.5%-10%、人参根提取物1%-8%、姜根提取物2%-12%、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物1%-10%、甜菜碱0.5-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无刺激毛发修护组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组分:侧柏叶提取物3%-5%、人参根提取物2%-5%、姜根提取物3%-7%、酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物3%-9%、甜菜碱2%-6%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无刺激毛发修护组合物,其特征在于,还包括以下重量百分比组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8-18%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5-11%、PEG-2 月桂酸酯 0.001-5%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无刺激毛发修护组合物,其特征在于,还包括以下重量百分比组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-16%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-5%、PEG-2 月桂酸酯 0.05-2%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无刺激毛发修护组合物,其特征在于,所述酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物的制备方法为:取茶树鲜叶置于恒温恒湿箱进行预水份处理,保持温度20℃-28℃,湿度80%-85%,时间19-22h,将处理叶转置高压均质破壁处理,时间65min后,取出半透性液泡膜受损伤叶置于无菌罐中,分两次少量投菌株进行发酵,保持湿度90%,温度24℃-29℃,发酵时间约2.5h完成发酵,取发酵好红茶放入无菌浸泡罐并加入双丙甘醇溶液浸泡8-24h再次进行破壁处理,处理液转入萃取罐中进行微波萃取,萃取过程采取程序升温,萃取时间为10-30min,微波功率为300-1500W,提取温度为50-80℃,将萃取液通过微孔滤膜过滤即得酵母菌属/木醋杆菌/红茶发酵产物。
6.一种无刺激毛发修护防脱洗发露,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-5任一项所述的无刺激毛发修护组合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的无刺激毛发修护防脱洗发露,其特征在于,还包括聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-6中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的无刺激毛发修护防脱洗发露,其特征在于,还包括角蛋白氨基酸、透明质酸钠、泛醇、生育酚乙酸酯中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求6所述的无刺激毛发修护防脱洗发露,其特征在于,还包括椰油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺 MEA、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求6所述的无刺激毛发修护防脱洗发露,其特征在于,还包括当归根提取物、中国地黄根提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、桑根提取物、黑芝麻提取物、枸杞果提取物、茶叶提取物中的一种或几种。
