2. The hair shine enhancing shampoo of claim 1 wherein the plant conditioning agent is prepared by a process comprising:
s1, drying castor bean root, mugwort leaf, side primary leaf, mulberry root and peony root, and respectively mechanically crushing into powder;
S2, weighing powder materials according to a proportion, mixing and completely immersing the powder materials in 50-80% ethanol water solution, then using N 2 as carrier gas, pressurizing in vacuum at 40-60 ℃ for 10-40min, filtering, and collecting extract filtrate;
And S3, concentrating the filtrate of the extract in the step S2 under reduced pressure, and drying to obtain the plant conditioner.
3. The hair shine enhancing shampoo of claim 1 wherein the surfactant comprises 10-30% anionic surfactant, 1-10% nonionic surfactant and 4-10% amphoteric surfactant.

A hair shine enhancing shampoo according to claim 3 wherein said anionic surfactant is at least 2 of sodium laurylphosphate, sodium cocoyl isethionate, sodium cocoyl methylsulfosulfonate, sodium lauroyl oat amino acid; and/or, the nonionic surfactant is cocamide DEA; and/or, the amphoteric surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine.
5. The hair luster enhancing shampoo according to claim 1, wherein the pearling agent is glycol distearate, cocamidomethyl MEA, cocamidopropyl betaine, and is prepared according to the mass ratio of (0.8-2): 1-1.5): 1.
6. The hair shine enhancing shampoo of claim 1 wherein the humectant comprises amino acids, allantoin, panthenol and maleic modified castor oil.
7. The hair shine enhancing shampoo of claim 5 wherein the amino acid, allantoin, panthenol and maleic acid modified castor oil are present in a mass ratio of (0.3-1): 0.5-1.5): 1-2): 1-3.
8. The hair shine enhancing shampoo of claim 6 wherein the amino acids are taurine and or methionine.
9. A hair shine enhancing shampoo according to claim 1 wherein said thickener is an acrylic copolymer; the pH regulator is citric acid; the chelating agent is disodium EDTA; the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone or phenoxyethanol.
10. The hair shine enhancing shampoo of claim 1 further comprising an antistatic agent from 0.1 to 2%; preferably, the antistatic agent is prepared from guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and polyquaternium 10 according to the mass ratio of (1-2) to (1-2).
