植烷三醇在化学上被确定为3,7,11,15-四甲基-1,2,3-十六烷三醇,商业上可从F.Hoffmann-La Roche AG,Basel,Switzerland得到。
US 5776443描述了一种含0.001-1wt%植烷三醇、0.001-10wt%硅氧烷化合物和载体的护发组合物。
US 5834013描述了一种化装用或护肤用的组合物及其在使皮肤吸水方面的用途,该组合物呈以植烷三醇为基础呈立方形凝胶颗粒的含水和稳定的分散体形式。所述的组合物基本上包含:(a)0.1-15wt%的植烷三醇,和(b)0.1-3wt%的分散剂和稳定剂,如吐温20。
上述专利没有公开任何有关植烷三醇对发用染料耐洗性的效果。
现已发现,在发用色料组合物中加入植烷三醇能显著地提高发用染料的耐洗性,也就是说,能显著地提高洗涤过程中头发上染料颜色的耐久性。
发明内容
本发明涉及将植烷三醇用于发用色料组合物,以提高染色的头发的耐洗性。
另一方面,本发明涉及一种发用色料组合物,该组合物包含有效量的植烷三醇,以提高用该发用色料组合物染过色的头发的耐洗性。
本发明涉及(i)一种发用色料组合物,其中包含:
约0.1-约5wt%的植烷三醇,优选为约0.2-约1wt%;
约0.1-约3wt%的分散剂,优选约0.1-约1wt%;和
约0.1-约5wt%的发用染料,优选约0.1-约1wt%。
(ii)项(i)的组合物,其中分散剂为多元醇烷基或链烯基醚或酯。
(iii)项(ii)的组合物,其中该分散剂为吐温20。
(iv)项(i)至(iii)任一项的组合物,其中该发用染料为永久性染料。
(v)项(i)至(iii)任一项的组合物,其中该发用染料为半永久性染料。
(vi)项(v)的组合物,其中该染料为蒽醌染料。
(vii)项(vi)的组合物,其中该染料为ARIANOR草黄、ARIANOR柳桉木棕、ARIANOR钢青蓝、ARIANOR茜草红、ARIANOR乌木黑或ARIANOR赭土棕。
(viii)一种套装染发剂,包含下列成分:
约0.1-约5wt%的植烷三醇,优选约0.2-约1wt%;

具体实施方式
更具体地讲,本发明涉及一种发用色料组合物,包含:
约0.1-约5wt%的植烷三醇,优选为约0.2-约1wt%;
约0.1-约3wt%的分散剂,优选约0.1-1约wt%;和
约0.1-约5wt%的发用染料,优选约0.1-约1wt%;
组合物中剩余的成分基本上是载体,所述的载体即常规上用于发用色料组合物的载体,是一种适宜的含水载体。
本发明组合物中的分散剂,可以是常规上用于发用染料组合物的任何分散剂,譬如阴离子、阳离子、非离子、两性的、两性离子(甜菜碱)表面活性剂,以及它们的混合物。
举例来说,适宜的分散剂选自:
(1) 多元醇的烷基或链烯基醚或酯,
(2) N-酰化氨基酸及其衍生物和用烷基或链烯基N-酰化的缩氨酸及其盐,

在上面列出的化合物中,所述的烷基和链烯基具有8-22个碳原子是适宜的。
优选的分散剂是多元醇的烷基或链烯基醚或酯。在这些分散剂当中,应特别提到的是由至少20个氧化乙烯单元聚氧乙烯化的脱水山梨醇烷基或链烯基酯,如20个氧化乙烯单元的脱水山梨醇棕榈酸酯或市场上出售的聚山梨酯40,商品名为Montanox 40 DF,产自Seppic公司;和20个氧化乙烯单元的脱水山梨醇月桂酸酯或市场上出售的聚山梨酯20,商品名为Tween 20,产自ICI公司。特别优选Tween 20。

但是,也可以使用任何其它的发用染料。例如半永久性(直接)发用染料,如那些商业上可得到的商品名为Iegalan、Cibalan、Vialon、Ortalan和Capracyl的染料。还可以使用天然的直接染料,如指甲花染料、甘菊染料、茜草根染料、檀香木染料或胡桃木染料。
举例来说,制剂可以是液体型、凝胶型或摩丝型。这些制剂的具体实例包括香波、调理剂、定型摩丝、定型发胶、定型凝胶、调理定型凝胶或凝胶摩丝。除发用色料之外,这些制剂还含有这类制剂通常使用的各种试剂,如两性表面活性剂、增稠剂、调理剂、螯合剂(除掉重金属)、防腐剂、香料和去离子水。
本发明的组合物可以通过将下面的方法适当地制备:将适量的植烷三醇溶解于适量的分散剂中,将所得到混合物加到基本上含水的护发制剂中,如发用染料溶液、定型摩丝、定型凝胶、定型发胶,或香波或调理剂。组合物无须包含任何优选的分子取向的植烷三醇。
当发用染料为永久性(或氧化性)发用染料时,本发明的组合物可适当地包含一套单独包装的第一中间体和第二中间体以及任选的氧化剂、至少一份含有植烷三醇和分散剂(用量同前)的独立包装。氧化剂的实例有过氧化氢和有机过氧化物(如过乙酸),并按本领域熟练的技术人员已知的量使用,譬如按每100g组合物0.001-0.05摩尔的量使用。因此,本发明还涉及套装染发剂,其中包含:
约0.1-约5wt%的植烷三醇,优选约0.2-约1wt%;
约0.1-约3wt%的分散剂,优选约0.1-约1wt%;
约0.1-约5wt%的发用染料,优选约0.1-约1wt%;
其中的发用染料由单独包装的第一中间体和第二中间体组成,并且其中至少存在一份单独包装的植烷三醇和分散剂。
本发明的组合物可以通过该领域中所使用的常规技术施用于头发,例如用刷子、海绵或其它的接触方式,如将组合物直接倒于头发上直至饱和为止和/或用手按摩或通理头发。
通过下面的实施例,本发明的优点和特征是显而易见的。
实施例1
发用色料组合物的制备
将0.2g的植烷三醇溶解于0.8g的分散剂(Tween 20),将该混合物加到99g的0.5%的发用染料水溶液中。
实施例2
将染发组合物施用于约10cm长的头发样品10分钟。然后用水冲洗并在空气中(自然)干燥。将该循环重复5次和10次。
实施例3
颜色测量
合0.1wt%或0.2wt%植烷三醇的发用色料组合物,已通过实施例1制备并通过实施例2施用于头发。
头发的颜色可以通过C.I.E.(Comite International de l’Eclairage即International Lighting Committee)的比色坐标系(L,a,b),用亮度(L)来确定。
在该颜色测量方法中,沿三条互相垂直的轴用光度法测量颜色,并比较冲洗之前的头发初始样品和冲洗5次和10次之后的头发样品之间的差异。
在CIELAB空间中,两个样品之间的差异由下式给出
ΔE=√[(Δa)2+(Δb)2+(ΔL)2]
ΔE为颜色差异
Δa为沿a轴的颜色差异
Δb为沿b轴的颜色差异
ΔL为亮度差异
结果见下表

Claims (18)
1.一种发用色料组合物,其中包含:
0.1-5wt%的植烷三醇;
0.1-3wt%的分散剂,其中所述分散剂为多元醇烷基或链烯基醚或酯;和
0.1-5wt%的发用染料,其中所述发用染料是半永久性阳离子发用染料。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中所述分散剂是非离子聚氧乙烯化的脱水山梨醇烷基或链烯基酯。
3.根据权利要求2的组合物,其中该分散剂为吐温20。
4.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中该发用染料为蒽醌染料。
5.根据权利要求5的发用色料组合物,其中该染料为ARIANOR草黄、ARIANOR柳桉木棕、ARIANOR钢青蓝、ARIANOR茜草红、ARIANOR乌木黑或ARIANOR赭土棕。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的组合物,其中包含0.1-1wt%的所述植烷三醇。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的组合物,其中包含0.1-1wt%的所述分散剂。
8.根据权利要求6的组合物,其中所述组合物包括0.1-1wt%的所述分散剂。
9.根据权利要求1-5或8的组合物,其中包含0.1-1wt%的所述发用染料。
10.根据权利要求6的组合物,其中包含0.1-1wt%的所述发用染料。
11.根据权利要求7的组合物,其中包含0.1-1wt%的所述发用染料。
12.套装染发剂,包含下列成分:
0.1-5wt%的植烷三醇;
0.1-3wt%的分散剂,其中所述分散剂为多元醇烷基或链烯基醚或酯;
0.1-5wt%的发用染料,其中所述发用染料是半永久性阳离子发用染料;
其中的发用染料由单独包装的第一中间体和第二中间体组成,并且其中至少存在一份单独包装的植烷三醇和分散剂。
13.根据权利要求12的染发剂,其中包含0.2-1wt%的所述植烷三醇。
14.根据权利要求12或13的染发剂,其中包含0.1-1wt%的所述分散剂。
15.根据权利要求12或13的染发剂,其中包含0.1-1wt%的所述发用染料。
16.根据权利要求14的染发剂,其中包含0.1-1wt%的所述发用染料。
17.根据权利要求1-11中任一项的发用色料组合物中的植烷三醇在提高染过的头发的耐洗性方面的用途。
18.根据权利要求12-16中任一项的套装染发剂中的植烷三醇在提高染过的头发的耐洗性方面的用途。
