An antiallergic and soothing plant composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-10 parts of inonotus obliquus mixture and 0.1-10 parts of guaiacum mixture;
Wherein the inonotus obliquus mixture comprises inonotus extract, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, first polyalcohol and antiseptic, and the guaiacum mixture comprises water, guaiacum extract, second polyalcohol and antioxidant.
According to the invention, through the compounding of two plant extract components of inonotus obliquus and guaiacum, the raw materials are safe and mild, the two are mutually complemented, the synergistic effect is achieved, the onset time is quick, various symptoms such as burning stinging, tightening and drying, skin reddening, skin itching and dry itching are improved, and the inonotus obliquus and guaiac compound extract has excellent anti-allergic, soothing, anti-inflammatory and repairing effects; and the inonotus obliquus and guaiacum can be matched to effectively maintain and improve the moisture content of skin, further relieve the skin, repair the skin barrier and restore the skin to a healthy state.
Specifically, the mass ratio of the inonotus obliquus mixture to the guaiac mixture is 1:1.
Specifically, the inonotus obliquus mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-70% of inonotus obliquus extract, 25-31% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 4.1-8.5% of first polyol and 0.2-1.2% of preservative. The inonotus obliquus mixture is obtained by weighing and uniformly mixing the components according to the proportion.
Further, the first polyol includes at least one of glycerin and 1, 3-propanediol, and the preservative includes at least one of octanoyl hydroxamic acid and 1, 2-hexanediol.
Further, the inonotus obliquus extract and the lactobacillus fermentation lysate are prepared by the following steps: pulverizing Inonotus obliquus raw material, adding lactobacillus for fermentation to obtain fermentation liquor, and vacuum concentrating the fermentation liquor to obtain target product.
In the invention, the inonotus obliquus extract is prepared by adopting a lactobacillus fermentation method, and a byproduct lactobacillus fermentation lysate has good anti-inflammatory and skin conditioning effects;
specifically, the guaiac mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-4% of guaiacum extract, 1-10% of second polyol, 0.2-0.8% of antioxidant and the balance of water. The guaiac mixture is obtained by weighing and uniformly mixing the above components in proportion.
Further, the second polyol comprises one or more of propylene glycol, glycerin, and butylene glycol, and the antioxidant comprises one or more of p-hydroxyacetophenone, ascorbic acid, an ascorbic acid derivative, tocopherol, and tocopheryl acetate.
Further, the guaiacum extract is prepared by the steps of: the guaiacum raw material is orderly crushed, extracted by alcohol, concentrated in vacuum and sterilized to obtain guaiacum extract.
A cosmetic comprises base material and effective components, wherein the effective components are the plant composition with antiallergic and soothing effects.
The prepared plant composition can be directly added into cosmetic base materials such as face cream, skin care water, essence, facial mask, shampoo, bath lotion and the like as effective components, has wide application direction, and ensures that the obtained cosmetics have the effects of resisting inflammation and relieving.
Specifically, the mass percentage of the plant composition in the cosmetics is 0.2-20%; further, the plant composition accounts for 0.3-12% of the total mass of the cosmetic.

The guaiac mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3.5% guaiacum extract, 3% butanediol, 0.5% p-hydroxyacetophenone and 93% water.
Wherein, the preparation method of the inonotus obliquus extract and lactobacillus fermentation lysate is as follows: crushing inonotus obliquus raw materials, adding lactobacillus for fermentation to obtain fermentation liquor, and carrying out vacuum concentration on the fermentation liquor to obtain a target product;
the preparation method of the guaiacum extract comprises the following steps: the guaiacum raw material is orderly crushed, extracted by alcohol, concentrated in vacuum and sterilized to obtain guaiacum extract.

The present example provides an antiallergic soothing plant composition which differs from example 1 only in that it comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6g of inonotus obliquus mixture and 30g of guaiac mixture.

The present example provides an antiallergic soothing plant composition which differs from example 1 only in that it comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: inonotus obliquus mixture 30g, guaiac mixture 30g.
Example 4
The present example provides an antiallergic soothing plant composition which differs from example 1 only in that it comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: inonotus obliquus mixture 30g, guaiac mixture 10g.
Example 5
The present example provides an antiallergic soothing plant composition which differs from example 1 only in that it comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: inonotus obliquus mixture 2g, guaiac mixture 1g.
Table 1 shows the cosmetics containing the plant composition provided by the invention and experimental data of comparison test thereof, and the cosmetics are particularly essence. In this test, the plant compositions used in application examples 1 to 5 were examples 1 to 5, respectively, the inonotus obliquus mixture used in comparative example 1 was identical in specific components and mass% to the inonotus obliquus mixture in example 1, and the guaiacum mixture used in comparative example 2 was identical in specific components and mass% to the guaiacum mixture in example 1.

Test population: 72 volunteers, each of which had different degrees of redness and sensitive discomfort on the face and body parts, were randomly divided into 12 groups, and the products of application examples 1-5, comparative examples 1-2 and control groups were used in units of groups, respectively.

The four improved scores are then summed and averaged to obtain the overall relief improvement score.
The test results are shown in table 2:

Looking at the overall relief results, application examples 1-5 all performed better than the control. The essence added with the inonotus obliquus and the guaiac has better soothing effect on the skin. The application example 3 and the comparison examples 1 and 2 are added with 6% of the effective components, and the improvement effect of the application example 3 is more excellent, and the inonotus obliquus mixture and the guaiac mixture have a synergistic effect.
Test 2: and (5) testing the moisturizing efficacy.
The testing method comprises the following steps: the multifunctional skin tester with Real Bubee intelligent digital display is used on the inner side of the forearm of the arm to test the skin moisture values before and after using the product (15 minutes), 3 groups of people are tested together, and the average value is obtained.

Application example 3 and comparative examples 1 and 2 each had 6% of the functional ingredient added thereto, and application example 3 had a more excellent moisture increasing (moisturizing) effect than comparative examples 1, 2 and control groups.
Test 3: the tape tearing test on the inner side of the arm (immediate redness improvement due to barrier damage).
The testing method comprises the following steps: on the inner side of the forearm of the left arm, 4 areas with the size of 1.5cm x2cm are drawn, the 3M adhesive tape is used for tearing for about 10 times on average, obvious reddening appears at the tearing position, after the reddening of the 4 areas with the size is consistent, the sample is smeared on each area, and the time is calculated. This test n=1.
Test sample: application example 3, comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and control group.
When the time is 60 minutes, the redness of the application example 3 completely disappears, while the comparative examples 1 and 2 still have light red marks, the redness of the control group is clearly visible, and the application example 3 can better eliminate the redness caused by the damage of the barrier.
Test 4: histamine sensitization test.
The testing method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a 5% aqueous solution of histamine diphosphate monohydrate (HISTAMINE BISPHOSPHATE MONOHYDRATE) for later use; on the inside of the left arm, 4 1.5cm x 2cm size areas were drawn, the skin began to feel itchy and tingling after 30 minutes of wet application of the aqueous histamine solution, and then comparative example 2, comparative example 1, application example 3 and control group were applied in this order from the upper arm to the lower arm, and the time was calculated. This test n=1.
After 30 minutes, the control had a significantly small rash and had a feeling of itching all the time, and the control 1 and control 2 had a slightly small rash around them but no feeling of itching, and application 3, which was the best, had no redness and rash, and no feeling of itching. Application example 3 can suppress the appearance of sensitive symptoms better.

wherein the inonotus obliquus mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-70% of inonotus obliquus extract, 25-31% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 4.1-8.5% of first polyol and 0.2-1.2% of preservative, and the components are weighed according to mass percentage and uniformly mixed to obtain the inonotus obliquus mixture;
The guaiac mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-4% of guaiacum extract, 1-10% of second polyol, 0.2-0.8% of antioxidant and the balance of water, and the components are weighed and uniformly mixed according to mass percent to obtain a guaiacum mixture;
The inonotus obliquus extract and the lactobacillus fermentation lysate are prepared by the following steps: crushing inonotus obliquus raw materials, adding lactobacillus for fermentation to obtain fermentation liquor, and carrying out vacuum concentration on the fermentation liquor to obtain a target product;
The guaiacum extract is prepared by the following steps: and sequentially carrying out crushing, alcohol extraction, vacuum concentration and sterilization treatment on the guaiacum raw material to obtain the guaiacum extract.

5. A cosmetic product comprising a base and an active ingredient, characterized in that: the efficacy component is the antiallergic and soothing plant composition of any one of claims 1-4.
6. The cosmetic product according to claim 5, wherein: the plant composition accounts for 0.2-20% of the total mass of the cosmetic.
