The light source is set in the same horizontal plane as the center line of the goniometric linear array CCD image sensitive surface and the reflector, and the parallel rays form a certain angle with the horizontal line; the grating reflector is a plane reflector installed on a plane grating; the plane reflector The mirror surface is parallel to the grating plane. The spectral wavelength of the spectrometer spectrum is calculated by the measured grating rotation angle. In this way, the additional error caused by the rotation mechanism and the rotation measurement mechanism of the ordinary spectrometer is overcome, and the accuracy and speed of the spectrometer measurement are higher.
