Description

Laundry detergent for infants and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laundry detergent, in particular to the field of IPC C11D1, and more particularly relates to laundry detergent for infants and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Infant skin is tender and resistant, and is especially easy to be infected by infectious microbe in the environment, clothes are the first barrier for protecting the infant skin from being damaged by the environment, skin cuticle is very thin, skin is sensitive, the control capability on acid and alkali is poor, and if the laundry detergent with potential safety hazard is used for a long time, the infant skin is damaged. The existing commercial children liquid laundry detergent is mostly added with anionic surfactant, and the natural product liquid laundry detergent is mostly conceptual product, and in order to meet the clean requirement, most of the liquid laundry detergent is added with chemical synthetic surfactant, enzyme preparation, brightening agent, fluorescent agent and preservative with poor safety, which are difficult to degrade or introduce dioxane into the detergent, or become formaldehyde donor, thus bringing potential safety hazard to physiological health and environment of people.
CN103710167B discloses a laundry detergent for infants and a preparation method thereof, which mainly comprises amino acid type surfactant, amine oxide, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, alkyl glycoside and fatty alcohol sodium sulfate. The components are mixed, dissolved and the like to form the liquid laundry detergent. Through the mutual matching of the components and the proportion of the components, a layer of warm and skin-friendly protective film is formed on the surface of the fabric fiber, so that the friction among the fabric fibers can be reduced; the formed protective film is combined with moisture in the air, so that the clothes have certain degree of smoothness, static electricity is reduced, and the washed clothes are more flexible. However, the composition is not friendly to the environment due to the fact that the composition contains the anionic surfactant fatty alcohol sulfate, is irritative to the skin of infants, and contains methylisothiazolinone which is taken as a formaldehyde donor and can release formaldehyde.

2. High temperature stability: after 24h at 40℃and after returning to room temperature, it was observed whether there was a significant change from before the experiment.
3. Low temperature stability: after 24h at-5℃and after returning to room temperature, it was observed whether there was a significant change from before the experiment.
4. Detergency: referring to QB1224-2012, national standard protein dirt cloth JB-02, the washing concentration of the selected laundry detergent is 2g/L.
The laundry dew prepared in example 1 was subjected to the following test, and the test data are shown in table 2.

Skin irritation experiments: 24 hours before the test, the skin was cut on both sides of the back spine of each rabbit (supplied by the laboratory animal center of the university of western traffic medical school) and the dehairing range was 3x6cm each. The laundry lotion prepared in example 1 was applied at 0.5 mL/dose uniformly to the skin on one side of each rabbit, once daily, and on the opposite side as a solvent control. And continuously smearing for 14d. The hair is sheared before daily application, so that the skin is not damaged, and the test object is ensured to be fully contacted with the skin. The skin reaction was observed daily for the presence of erythema edema.
2. Acute oral toxicity test: mice fasted for 16 hours prior to the test, without limitation to drinking water. The test is weighed and the test subjects are gastrically administered to the mice at a dose of 5000mg/kg. The dosage is 0.1ml/10g.bw, and the animals are closely observed for abnormal poisoning appearance after 14 continuous days.
